The giant computer conglomerate Asus has officially revealed world’s first tablet Asus Eee Pad Transformer Prime, running on NVIDIA’s Tegra 3 processor just sometimes ago. The tablet will be available in the market form the next month with Honeycomb on-board.

The main proclamation comes in the wake of its postponement to get the ICS love, but it looks like Asus has decided to unleash the Asus Eee Pad Transformer Prime in the market and push the update over the air later. Asus Eee Pad Transformer Prime will be running on Android 3.2, when made available sometime next month.

Asus Eee Pad Transformer Prime Tech Specs

Accompanying the official debut of NVIDIA Tegra 3,the Asus  Transformer Prime made its debut today with features like a 10 inch 1280X800 resolution display, 8MP rear camera with LED flash, and 1.2MP front camera. Asus Eee Pad transformer Prime   is just .33 inch thick and comes with microSD card slot, 3.5mm audio jack, and micro HDMI slot.

Pricing

Asus has priced Asus Eee Pad Transformer Prime at $499 for the 32GB internal storage version and $599 for the 64GB storage version. The keyboard dock will separately available for $150.
