ScreenWakeUp

ScreenWakeUp is an Android app that uses a proximity sensor to lock and wake up the screen. How? Covering the proximity sensor of the app by putting the phone in your pocket forces the application to lock your device, whereas uncovering the same does the opposite. This can really be helpful especially, if you have ever been in a situation where you had put your phone into the pocket and speed-dialled a number mistakenly.

When installed, Screen WakeUp adds some icons to your smartphone’s app drawer. To access main interface of the app you just need to tap the ScreenWakeUp icon. The application apart from the lockscreen feature brings couple of other handy customizable options that one can use to determine how his device should behave when he covers/uncovers its proximity sensor. ScreenWakeUp can be downloaded from Google Play Store.

WARNING: BEFORE UNINSTALL YOU MUST RELEASE THE LOCK ADMIN! (run ScreenWakeUp and select on RELEASE LOCK ADMIN)
