The 4.7 inch 1080p Full HD display HTC One Developer Edition is available to pre-order for a sum of $649+shipping. The phone is a straight $200 cheaper than the 64 GB unlocked iPhone 5 and comes with 2 GB RAM, Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 Quad core 1.7 GHz processor,  64 GB storage, 2300 mAh battery,  4 Ultrapixel rear Camera and 2.1 MP front camera. The phone is available to pre-order only with US credit card to customers having a US postal code. The device will work with AT&T, Sprint and T-Mobile in the USA with the connectivity compatible with T-Mobile’s upcoming LTE and HSPA+ on the reformed AT&T 1900 MHz network. The phone will start shipping April 18th, but we advise to be quick because the units might sell out much before that. For customers looking to apply promo codes, remember it can only be applied when you order via the website on the computer and not with purchases over the phone.

The HTC One DE is not only a premium feel and look Smartphone but also offers a lot more redesigning that conventional Smartphones such as front facing stereo speakers, two dual-membrane microphones for recording, open APIs for Bluetooth Low Energy, Infrared and more. It offers multiple frequency compatibility with HSPA/WCDMA: 850/1900/2100 MHz, GSM/GPRS/EDGE: 850/900/1800/1900 MHz and LTE: 700/850/AWS/1900 MHz (US). The pro is that you can play with the software without having to worry for warranty reprisal, and the con is that it is limited to US customers so enthusiasts wishing to lay their hands on the same from Canada and other neighboring countries will have to call in favors from their American friends.

Besides having the ability to work as a TV remote, the phone comes with features and enhancements like HTC BlinkFeed, HTC BoomSound, HTC Zoe, HTC Sense UI v5 and Beats Audio sound enhancement.
