According to a latest report, Nokia is working on a mid-range Lumia 825 Smartphone featuring a 5.2 inch display with 720p HD screen. In other news, Nokia’s rumored Windows RT powered tablet was also leaked by Chinese site Digwo and shows a 10 inch device with Verizon 4G LTE logo on the back. If the reports are to be believed the tablet will launch on September 26th and Smartphone might release in October.
According to the report in Chinese Media, Nokia Lumia 825 is based on the latest Windows Phone 8 GDR3 update which enables the support for quad core processor and Full HD display on the Windows Phone platform. Nokia Lumia 825 still packs a 720p HD display and not Full HD display which indicates that the device will be a mid range device.
Nokia Lumia 825 is expected to succeed Lumia 820. The site further suggested that the Lumia 825 will be powered by a quad core processor, possibly the Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 SoC clocked at 1.2 GHz. The report also claims that Nokia is expected to release the Smartphone in October. We have also been hearing the rumors about Nokia’s 6 inch phablet. It is possible that it might be this 5.2 incher instead of a 6 inch one or there may be a possibility that besides Lumia 825, Nokia is also prepping a 6 inched to launch before the year end.
In a related report on Nokia’s Windows RT tablet, the leaked back image of the tablet showcases a matte red backing with Verizon 4G LTE logo and ‘Windows RT’ on it.
