LG has finally showed off its one of the most powerful member of Optimus family i.e. The LG Optimus LTE II. This is the first Smartphone of the planet which offers 2GB of RAM for LTE connectivity. This will speed up the connectivity and will keep the performance stable. The LG Optimus LTE II will go on sale in Korea from this week. LG electronics mad this announcement today.

The LG Optimus LTE II is powered by a 1.5GHz Dual Core Processor and 2 GB of DDR RAM. This will make multitasking even faster than other Androids currently available in the market. Heavy applications will work smoothly. The LG Optimus LTE II takes Smartphones to the next level where you can think of ditching your portable computer.
The LG Optimus LTE II has got a True HD IPS Display of 4.7” inches. The Display is bright (550 nits) with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels.
The LG Optimus LTE II offers a primary camera of 8 Megapixels which is good for casual photography. It will allow you to take decent images. A new feature comes with the camera. This feature will allow users to select the best shot among multiple images take just before the shutter button is depressed. There’s one more feature called Voice Shutter feature which will allow the user to take photos using only their voice, elimination the camera shake that often occurs when pressing the shutter.
LG has finally moved to a new User Interface with the LG Optimus LTE II. The new User Interface will offer wide amount of features such as face recognition unlock, widget size and easy-to-organize folder management. A feature called Quick MemoTM also comes with the phone. This feature was seen in LG Optimus Vu. It will allow the users to take quick notes from any screen without opening any third party application.
The LG Optimus LTE II is shipping with the latest flavor of Android i.e. Android v4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. This will be the first LG Smartphone which will offer the Korean users the latest version of Android.
Another innovative feature only available for LG Optimus LTE II is the optional magnetic induction wireless charging system, sold separately. The Smartphone can be recharged by placing the device on the wireless battery charging pad. The system has been recognized by the Wireless Power Consortium with its “Qi” logo, assuring interoperability with all other Qi devices. We have already heard about this kind of feature which is coming with the Samsung Galaxy S III.
The LG Optimus LTE II has got a SiO+ battery of 2150 mAh which will keep the device alive for at least 50 hours under regular usage (as per our predictions).
“The LG Optimus LTE II is the most powerful Smartphone technology currently available in Korea,” said Dr. Jong-seok Park, President and CEO of LG Electronics Mobile Communications Company. “With a faster LTE network, the barrier for downloading and running very large applications is no longer a significant one for many customers, which is why LG saw a need for more RAM on high-end Smartphones.”
Currently, the LG Optimus LTE II will be available in the Korean markets only. Nothing has been said about the dates of availability of the LG Optimus LTE II outside Korea.
