The Smartphone will be initially available in Russia and Ukraine. It is not clear whether it will be available elsewhere or not and when. According to some other reports, it has been priced at RUB5490 ($172) in Russia. According to LG, it will also release a dual SIM variant of Optimus L4 II like other L-series II phones but no information was given regarding its release date.
The Smartphone also comes with LED notification light. It follows a similar home screen physical button with a capacitive touch back and menu buttons which Samsung follows. The Smartphone will also come bundled with LG AppClub, which allows the users to download SitiGid 7 app with free maps of Russia and Ukraine.
According to us, the Smartphone is a strange mix of good and badand there are many other Asian companies which are coming with much better specifications for a similar price. The performance might take a serious toll with a single core MediaTek processor with a mere 512 MB of RAM for such a great OS as Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. The battery life will no doubt be good for a single core processor and HVGA resolution screen. Lack of front facing camera will receive rebuttals from many. We will reserve final thoughts till a review comes out.
