After signing a pact with Microsoft for using Windows Phone as its primary mobile OS for its mobile devices, Nokia just announced the Nokia Lumia 610, an affordable Windows Phone device targeted for the younger audience.
After launching the Nokia Lumia 710, the Nokia Lumia 800 and Nokia Lumia 900, Nokia has decided to start from the beginning with respect to naming conventions and decided to go with Nokia Lumia 610. Sporting a 3.7″ LCD display, the Nokia Lumia 760 comes with 256MB of RAM and 8GB of storage facility. A 5 MP camera sits on the rear of this beautiful device but sadly, there isn’t a front camera to support video-calling.
With curvy edges, the Nokia Lumia 610 measures 19 x 62 x 12mm and weighs in at 131.5 grams. Running on Windows Phone Mango and being available in four colors, white, cyan, magenta, and black, this latest mobile device from Nokia is expected to hit markets in the second quarter of 2012 with an initial price of 189 Euros.

The Nokia Lumia 610 can be considered as an brother to Nokia Lumia 710 but the latter was first targeted to release in the Asian countries which may not be the case for the Lumia 610. Based on the first impressions, the Nokia Lumia 610 will garner a huge fan base thanks to its affordability and pleasant features.
