Nokia is really putting a lot of phones in the market one after the other. Seems like Nokia is targeting the economy segment too. They have already shown a lot of low-ranged smart phones which are really doing well among the audience.
A few months ago we saw the arrival of Nokia C5-03 in the Indian Markets. It did not gained a lot of attention because of a few Android alternatives from Samsung and HTC. But Nokia isn’t in a mood to give-up. Nokia has showed off the two cheaper versions of Nokia C5-03 i.e. Nokia C5-05 (will be known as Nokia C5-04 in Canadian Market) and Nokia C5-06.
As these phones will be priced lower than the C5-03 so they will definitely miss out some of the features.
- The primary camera of these two phones has been reduced to 2 Mega Pixels which is of 5 Mega Pixels in Nokia C5-03.
- These two phones won’t be supporting the 3G. So if you are the one who stays on 2G you can keep these two as an option.
- These two Symbian S60 are powered by a processor of 600 MHz and 128 MB of RAM. There’s also 256 MB of ROM. Both the phones will be having 3.2 inch resistive touch screen. When it comes to connectivity they will be having a Bluetooth v2.1, a microUSB port for charging the phone and the universal 3.5mm audio jack for plugging in your audio devices.
The exact price of these two phones hasn’t been leaked out yet. Price of Nokia C5-03 on the Indian Streets is around Rs. 9,000. So I am expecting the price of these two phones around Rs. 6,500. There are many more phones present in the market which will compete with these two phones (a few from Nokia only). So lets wait for these two to arrive.
