According to the latest rumors, Lenovo is working on a high end Android based Smartphone running the much famed quad core Snapdragon 800 processor. A Chinese website Leiphone leaked the images of Lenovo X910 Smartphone running a custom UI from Lenovo on top. The Smartphone is a slim looking device with a large screen 5+ inch display. It will also have Full HD 1920x1080p pixel resolution.

The leaked images show the rectangular shaped device with curved edges having the sides of the rim and the bottom likely to be made from Stainless Steel. The images also show a dual SIM set up with an SIM tray and the SIM indicator on the Status bar. This confirms that the Smartphone, which is dubbed as K6 by Lenovo, is expected to be released in Asia Pacific. We wouldn’t be surprised if Lenovo released the X910 around the globe since there isn’t any flagship phone with such premium specifications having a dual SIM functionality. It will also give an edge to Lenovo.

According to an earlier report by G for Games, an AnTuTu benchmark for Lenovo X910 was spotted running 2.2 GHz quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor. It also got an excellent score of 27931 on the AnTuTu benchmark, which once again confirmed the sheer power of Snapdragon 800 processor. Another piece of news we can take away from the benchmark was that the Smartphone was running the latest Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS. As the images and benchmark are already leaked, we suspect that the launch might be near.

The X910 is expected to be the successor of the current flagship Lenovo K900 which was showcased at CES this year and was later launched in selected Asian countries. Lenovo launched K900 along with five other Android powered Smartphones A706, A390, P780, S820 and S920 which created a lot of buzz. K900 comes with a 5.5 inch IPS LCD Full HD display with eye-watering 401 PPI pixel density and Corning Gorilla Glass 2.

The current flagship Lenovo K900 packs an Intel Atom Z2580 2 GHz dual core Clover Trail+ processor with 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage. It also has a 13 MP rear camera with Full HD capture, 2 MP front facing camera and a 2500 mAh non-removable Li-Po battery. It is available for Rs 27444 ($457) in India. The current flagship is doing well because of its good price point and a metallic body. It is strange that Lenovo chose to go with a Snapdragon processor on X910 when the Intel-Lenovo partnership was going well for them.

Lenovo has silently launched a series of its affordable tablets powered by Mediatek processors and Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. The tablets were first displayed at Mobile World Congress in February and will provide affordable alternatives to users who find the Galaxy Tab 3 range out of their budget. Ideatab A1000 is the most budget friendly and rudimentary tablet followed by Ideatab A3000 which improves on processing and camera department. S6000 with a big screen tops the range with the best hardware among all.

Lenovo Ideatab A1000

Ideatab A1000 has a 7 inch non-IPS TN display with 1024×600 resolution. It is powered by 1.2 GHz dual core Mediatek MT8317 processor and 1 GB of RAM. The tablet is priced conveniently at $149.99, which is $50 less than the Samsung’s Galaxy Tab 3 7-inch variant.

Lenovo A3000

Lenovo Ideatab A3000

Ideatab A3000 is identical to A1000 in terms of looks, screen and specifications, with the notable difference being the addition of a 5 MP rear camera. Front facing 0.3 MP camera is present on both A1000 and A3000. It also features a boosted quad core processor (MT8125 Mediatek quad core processor at 1.2 GHz). It also comes with 16 GB internal storageand the Micro SD card slot expansion is up to 64 GB. The tablet will cost you $179.99.

Lenovo Ideatab S6000

The Lenovo Ideatab S6000 has a 10.1 inch 4 point capacitive multitouch IPS display with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. It also comes with a quad core Mediatek processor with old ARM Cortex A7 architecture. It is powered by 1 GB of RAM and a 16 GB internal flash storage that can be expanded via Micro SD card expansion up to 64 GB. In terms of size, it competes directly with Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 or Nexus 10 but cost comparatively less at $279.99. It can also be docked with an external keyboard with magnetic slip in cover that can be purchased separately.

lenovo S6000

The tablets offer a great value for money, but they don’t come without sacrifices. The Mediatek processors based on old architecture will definitely show up in performance. The non-IPS display in 7 inchers won’t entice too many customers. On the other hand, they do offer some nifty features including the presence of Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on all devices. This fact, when combined with the one that they sport the latest Android 4.2 together with a good 16 GB internal storage, will definitely up their stakes to get bought off the shelves faster. You can buy the tablets from Best Buy and Amazon.

They are gaining more popularity as they are priced well within the reach of an average buyer. We got our hands on the business laptop i.e. Thinkpad E420s. Read the review.

Lenovo Thinkpad E420s Build

The Lenovo ThinkPad E420s is the new business laptop that inherits the heritage of its predecessors, while adding a whole new style and design. The Lenovo ThinkPad disappointly does away with removable battery, the speaker is located above the keypad and runs along the horizontal length of the keyboard, the power button is located at the top right corner of the chassis.

Lenovo Thinkpad Edge E420SThe Lenovo ThinkPad E420s has a very neat design. The ThinkPad Edge E420s’ keyboard is easy to use as it has got the chiclet keys which will reduce the typing errors. The laptop’s traditional trackpad is pretty accurate with a smooth rubberized surface. An important feature of the Lenovo ThinkPad Edge E420s is its TrackPointwe must say it is the best and most accurate way to navigate the interface but it demands a little getting used to. Supporting the TrackPoint below the keyboard are three mouse buttons that serve as the left/right click and the center button serves as the scroll key and are extremely easy to press; the tactile feedback is excellent.

The Display of the Thinkpad Edge E420s is pretty good as it’s glossy and bright. The thing which we didn’t like about the display was its viewing angles. While watching HD movies we didn’t faced any sort of problems.

For Security reasons there’s a fingerprint reader in the laptop which will allow you to lock your laptop using your fingerprint. Nowadays, this feature is seen in most of the business laptops which is good.

The sound quality of the E420s is pretty good. The onboard speakers are good for personal entertainment with decent audio levels.

Lenovo Thinkpad Edge E420SThe Thinkpad does a very good job of bringing multimedia features to a traditionally business laptop. The ThinkPad E420s allows you to interchange the functions of the Fn and Ctrl key in the BIOS setting i,e, the Fn key starts functioning as the Ctrl key and vice versa.

Along with Toshiba AT 200 and Samsung Galaxy, Lenovo made its release of Lenovo LePad A1-07 Tablet last august. This Tablet finally made its debut in China. It seems like China is having a chance to test most of the Tablets first.

Lenovo LePad Android Tablet Price and Specifications

LePad A1-07 Detailed Technical Specifications

This time we can go for color selection as Lenovo will be available in four different colors of black, blue, white and pink. Looks like all the Tablets have set a benchmark for their display that is the 7 inch 1024 x 600 resolution. Lenovo appears similar to HTC Flyer. Sooner we will be expecting a 10 inch display with 1280 x 800 pixel resolutions in future, So that we can enjoy the web, movies, videos more clearly.

Most of the 7 inch Tablets are upgraded with Android 2.3 gingerbread as of now, but the rumor says that it will be replaced by Android 3.2 Honeycomb so that Tablet becomes more compatible with the software’s and applications involved with it.

Lenovo LePad has a 1GHz Texas Instrument OMAP 3622 Processor rather than NVidia Tegra Processor used in IdeaPad. With 512 MB RAM Lenovo has 16 GB flash memory and with the help of microSD slot it can be extended ,if you remain with extra few bytes .

Lenovo LePad A1-07 comes with a dual camera. The rear facing camera has 3 megapixel, which is absolutely no appreciable as most of the tablets at least have 5 megapixel rear end cameras. It also has a VGA front facing cameras. With 3 MP I feel the clarity of the picture will be not clear as you get from a standard 5MP Camera.

Lenovo LePad A1-07 Android Tab in China

The 3550mAh battery pack is enabling as much as 7 hours of operation for each charge. Well there are plenty of other tablets with 9 to 12 hours of battery life like Samsung Galaxy Tab. Compared to that tablet this is nowhere comparable.

Lenovo can be connected to other devices by its Bluetooth connection, micro USB port and a standard Wi-Fi connection.  Lenovo will be lighter in your pockets with just 400 grams with its size 195 x 125 x 11.95 mm.
