Acer launches Aspire 7600U and Aspire 5600U All-in-One Windows 8 PCs at Computex 2012

The launch of Windows 8 will bring the flurry of touch devices in the market. The Computex 2012 has already given the signs of these. Big giants of the market have shown off their Windows 8 devices in the market.  So far we have noticed a few touch Ultrabooks and tablets.  The All-in-One PCs were hard to spot on in the event. But two All-in-One PCs were spotted in the Acer’s department.

All-in-One PCs introduced by Acer

Acer introduced its two All-in-One PCs in Computex 2012 which will join the line of Acer’s U series All-in-One PCs. The two All-in-One PCs are – A 27 inch Aspire 7600U and a 23 inch Aspire 5600U. Both of them will come along with Windows 8. Both these All-in-One’s are having a Full HD Display.

The 27 inch Acer Aspire 7600U is loaded with a 64-point simultaneous touch from all angles. This will allow multiple users to use it at once.  The screen has the unique ability to be tilted from 0 to 90 degrees, allowing it to be flat against a table which will make it easy for the user to access the touch. It has got the slim form factor as its just 3.5 cm thick. The display can be rotated from horizontal to vertical without taking it out of the stand. The Aspire 7600U has got Dolby Theater Surround Sound.

The 23 inch Acer Aspire 5600U can be tilted from 0 to 85 degrees. This also offers 64-point simultaneous touch from all angles. The Aspire 5600U has also got Dolby Theater Surround Sound.

USB 3.0 ports, headphone and microphone jacks and a multi-card reader were spotted on both the devices. A couple of USB 2.0 ports were also spotted in both the devices. If you take a closer look on the press-shots of both these All-in-One PCs an optical drive can be spotted on the right side.

Technical Specifications of both these All-in-One PCs wasn’t revealed by Acer. There was no word on the price of these two All-in-One PCs. These devices will hit the markets after four months as Windows 8 will hit the market after four months only.
