Overview

1CRM is a customer relationship management platform with cloud subscriptions and on-premise plans. It suits teams that want sales and marketing capabilities with a choice of deployment, especially smaller groups that can work within Startup’s caps. The main trade-off is clear: its free plan is on-premise only, while the lowest-priced cloud option is limited to three users.

Key features

Visual sales pipeline: Gives sales teams a visual way to track opportunities, a useful core CRM capability.
Marketing automation: Adds marketing automation alongside sales pipeline functionality.
Mobile apps and platform support: Mobile apps are included, with support listed for iOS and Android. The platform also supports web, Windows, macOS, and Linux, offering options across desktop and mobile environments.
Deployment choice: Cloud subscriptions avoid requiring an on-premise plan, while on-premise options include a free tier and perpetual licenses. That flexibility matters to organizations with a deployment preference, though the free tier’s capacity is small.

Pricing

1CRM has a freemium model, with a 30-day trial and cloud subscriptions from $13.00 USD per year, billed per user/month annually. The annual plan names and amounts describe per-user monthly pricing billed annually; month-to-month subscriptions are billed monthly. The Startup plans share the same limits, so paying for cloud service rather than choosing the free on-premise tier does not raise those caps.

Plan	Price and billing	Limits
Startup (free on-premise)	Free forever on-premise	Maximum 3 users, 300 accounts, 750 targets/leads/contacts, 1 GB storage per user
Startup (cloud subscription)	13.00 USD per year; per user/month billed annually	Maximum 3 users, 300 accounts, 750 targets/leads/contacts, 1 GB storage per user
Startup (cloud subscription, month-to-month)	15.00 USD per month; month-to-month	Maximum 3 users, 300 accounts, 750 targets/leads/contacts, 1 GB storage per user
Startup+ (annual)	20.00 USD per year; per user/month billed annually	Maximum 10 users, 600 accounts, 1,500 targets/leads/contacts, 1 GB storage per user
Startup+ (month-to-month)	23.00 USD per month; month-to-month	Maximum 10 users, 600 accounts, 1,500 targets/leads/contacts, 1 GB storage per user
Professional (annual)	29.00 USD per year; per user/month billed annually	Unlimited users, accounts, and targets/leads/contacts; 2 GB storage per user
Professional (month-to-month)	33.00 USD per month; month-to-month	Unlimited users, accounts, and targets/leads/contacts; 2 GB storage per user
Enterprise (annual)	34.00 USD per year; per user/month billed annually	Unlimited users, accounts, and targets/leads/contacts; 2.5 GB storage per user
Enterprise (month-to-month)	39.00 USD per month; month-to-month	Unlimited users, accounts, and targets/leads/contacts; 2.5 GB storage per user
Professional (on-premise perpetual license)	405.00 USD per month; one-time payment/user	Unlimited accounts and targets/leads/contacts
Enterprise (on-premise perpetual license)	585.00 USD per month; one-time payment/user	Unlimited accounts and targets/leads/contacts

Startup is suited to a small team with modest account and contact volumes; the free plan is the no-cost choice only for teams prepared to run on-premise. Startup+ raises the user cap to 10 and doubles the account and contact quotas, but keeps storage at 1 GB per user. Professional removes user and record caps and increases per-user storage, making it the more practical cloud tier for a growing or larger team. Enterprise adds another 0.5 GB per user over Professional. Month-to-month billing costs more than the corresponding annual amount, while preserving the same stated limits. The on-premise Professional and Enterprise perpetual licenses are one-time payments per user; the listed limits do not state user caps or storage allowances.

Platforms

1CRM supports web, Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android. The broad platform range is useful for teams working across desktop systems as well as mobile devices.

Who it's for

1CRM is a fit for teams that want visual pipeline management and marketing automation, with a choice between cloud and on-premise deployment. Small teams can begin with Startup, but should watch the three-user and record caps. Teams needing unlimited users and records will need Professional or Enterprise; organizations committed to on-premise deployment can consider the free Startup tier or a paid perpetual license.

Pros and cons

Pro: A free on-premise plan offers a no-cost entry point, with the same modest limits as paid Startup.
Pro: Cloud plans scale from a three-user Startup to plans with unlimited users and records, so teams can step up when quotas become restrictive.
Pro: Desktop, web, and mobile platform support accommodates varied device environments.
Con: Startup caps teams at three users and limits accounts and contacts, making it unsuitable for teams with larger databases.
Con: Annual billing lowers the stated price relative to month-to-month subscriptions, but requires an annual billing commitment.
Con: Professional and Enterprise on-premise licenses have a substantial per-user one-time price compared with the free on-premise tier.

Alternatives

For teams comparing customer-service-focused options, the Customer Service CRM Software list is a useful starting point; the broader CRM Software list offers more category choices. Choose Vtiger CRM instead if a free plan with up to 10 users and 3,000 records is a better fit; it also includes 1,000 emails per month and 3 GB of storage. Freshdesk is an alternative with a free program for 1–2 agents for six months and a Growth plan at 19.00 USD per month billed annually. Intercom may suit readers seeking its Essential plan, priced at 19.00 USD per month billed annually per seat, with an AI agent, Messenger, shared inbox, ticketing, and pre-built reports. Consider Pega CRM if you want to compare another paid CRM with a free trial. eGain Customer Engagement Hub is another paid option for customer engagement across web and mobile. Kustomer may suit buyers considering an Ultimate plan with custom objects, tasks, API capacity, brands, and webhook allowances; pricing is by sales contact. YundaDesk is worth considering if unlimited agents, channels, conversations, and messages on a free plan matter, with 1,000 AI credits per month. LeadSquared is another paid option with a Sales Pro plan that includes unlimited contacts, storage, email inclusions, permission templates, and reports.

Verdict

Choose 1CRM if you want sales pipeline and marketing automation features with a genuine choice between cloud and on-premise deployment. Its free on-premise plan is the clearest entry point, while Professional is the practical step up for teams that outgrow Startup’s user and record ceilings. Look elsewhere if those low-tier caps are too restrictive and the paid tiers do not suit your budget or deployment needs.
