Overview

Agenda+ is appointment-booking and business-management software for service businesses that want customers to schedule online. It is strongest for salons, clinics, gyms and class providers working across Spanish-speaking markets. The main trade-off is clear: useful operating tools start at $9.00 USD per month, while Gift Cards and automatic WhatsApp reminders require Pro at $14.00 USD per month.

Key features

Customers book on a mobile device through a business link without installing an app. Businesses can share that link on Instagram, WhatsApp and Google Maps, and use a branded booking website. This makes self-service booking practical for customers arriving through social or local listings; the business still needs to share the link where customers will see it.

Scheduling considers each professional’s availability, service duration and blocked times. It handles both individual appointments and capacity-limited group classes, giving businesses with classes as well as one-to-one services a single way to manage their calendar. Staff can manage bookings from the mobile app or a computer panel.

Businesses can request a deposit or full payment online through Mercado Pago. Plus also supports bank-transfer bookings: customers upload a receipt and the business confirms it. That accommodates transfer payments, though it adds a manual confirmation step.

Plus includes unlimited professionals and branches, discount codes, recurring appointments, team commission calculations, a daily cash register, automatic customer reviews and email reminders. Pro adds Gift Cards and automatic WhatsApp reminders. Those reminders go from Agenda+’s official WhatsApp account to confirmed appointments when the customer has provided a phone number, so they are useful for reducing missed bookings without requiring staff to send each reminder themselves.

Pricing

Agenda+ is freemium, with a free plan and a free trial. That makes it a way to start without a subscription, but businesses should confirm whether its capacity suits their appointment volume before relying on it.

Plus costs 9.00 USD per month, billed monthly. It includes unlimited professionals and branches, a booking link, bank-transfer bookings, email reminders, discount codes, team commissions, recurring appointments, a daily cash register and automatic reviews. It is the fit for businesses that need multi-person or multi-branch scheduling and routine operating tools but do not need Gift Cards or WhatsApp reminders.

Pro costs 14.00 USD per month, billed monthly. It includes everything in Plus, along with digital Gift Cards and automatic WhatsApp reminders. Choose it when those two additions serve a real customer or retention need; otherwise Plus costs less and includes the core management features. Prices and payment methods vary by country. The plan terms state monthly billing; no renewal or trial-length terms are given.

Platforms

Agenda+ runs on Android, iOS and the web. Customers can book through a mobile web link without an app, while the business can manage its calendar through a phone app or computer panel.

Who it's for

Its intended users include beauty salons, hairdressers, barbers, spas, manicure businesses, clinics, psychology and health practices, gyms and classes. Agenda+ says it operates in Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Uruguay, Paraguay, Chile, Peru, Ecuador and other Spanish-speaking markets, with country-specific prices and payment methods. The company says it was designed in Argentina.

It suits operators who want self-service booking and schedule management in one product, particularly those coordinating several professionals, branches or group classes. Businesses that need a clearly defined free-plan capacity should check that fit before building their workflow around Gratis.

Pros and cons

Pros: Customers can book from a mobile web link without an app, lowering friction for first-time bookings.
Pros: Availability rules cover professionals, service duration and blocked times, with support for capacity-limited classes as well as individual appointments.
Pros: Plus includes unlimited professionals and branches plus practical management tools such as commissions, recurring appointments and a daily cash register.
Pros: Pro combines Gift Cards with automatic WhatsApp reminders, including reminders sent to confirmed customers with a phone number.
Cons: Gift Cards and WhatsApp reminders are reserved for Pro, so businesses wanting either must pay more than the Plus rate.
Cons: Bank-transfer bookings require receipt upload and business confirmation, adding a manual step to payment handling.
Cons: Prices and payment methods vary by country, so the USD plan prices may not describe the local checkout terms.

Alternatives

Salonist is worth comparing if a free plan with a stated monthly appointment cap is more useful: its free Marketplace Listing includes 50 appointments per month, online booking, calendar and scheduling, and staff shift management.

SalonHub360 may fit a smaller salon seeking a clearly priced entry tier: its Starter plan is $19.99 USD per month and covers one staff member, online booking, a service menu, client management and basic appointment reminders.

WellnessLiving is another option for businesses comparing a paid platform with booking apps for clients and staff; its Starter plan is $62.00 USD per month when billed annually and includes one staff member, classes and appointments booking, Achieve Client App and Elevate Staff App.

Vagaro, GlossGenius, MPOS Software, MaxiManage and GPOS are other alternatives to consider.

Verdict

Agenda+ is a strong fit for service businesses in its supported Spanish-speaking markets that want customers to self-book and need staff, branch or class scheduling alongside business-management tools. Plus is the practical choice for multi-professional operations at $9.00 USD per month; Pro earns its higher monthly price when digital Gift Cards or WhatsApp reminders matter. Look elsewhere if you need a known free-plan booking allowance or need pricing and payment terms to be uniform across countries.
