Overview

Agentsite combines a real estate website builder with lead management and, on Pro and Team, AI features. Sites can collect contact forms, listing inquiries, chat leads, and showing requests; the dashboard brings those leads together with filters, follow-up tasks, email notifications, and CSV export. That makes it a practical option for agents who want a site and basic inquiry workflows together rather than a standalone web presence.

Live property search is conditional: an approved provider connection requires the agent's board, brokerage, and provider access to be ready. AMPRE-powered search is supported when access is available; manual listings can fill the gap beforehand. The Website Only plan excludes live search altogether.

Key features

Website design: Agentsite lists 53 real estate layouts, with template switching and custom colors and fonts. Starter and higher plans include the full library, while Website Only narrows the choice to three templates.
Lead workflows: Multiple inquiry types can feed one dashboard, where filters, tasks, email alerts, and CSV export help agents organize follow-up. Team adds follow-up scaling, but enterprise teams needing advanced routing, dialers, permissions, or automation may be better served by a larger CRM suite.
AI assistance: Pro and Team add tools for listing descriptions, lead summaries and qualification, follow-up suggestions, SEO metadata, rewriting, and reply drafts. These can help with routine content and responses, but Free, Website Only, and Starter include no AI.
Search visibility and analytics: Tenant sites include sitemap support, JSON-LD, Open Graph tags, AI-assisted metadata, and analytics for traffic, lead sources, page performance, and engagement. These are useful for monitoring a site's reach and inquiries without a separate analytics feature being the focus.
Additional site options: Responsive templates support phones, tablets, and desktops; bilingual templates can serve English- and Chinese-speaking clients. Sites can link to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok, and custom domains include free SSL.

Pricing

Agentsite has a free plan, paid plans from 29.00 CAD per month, and a 14-day trial. Monthly and annual prices are shown for paid tiers; annual billing is available at the stated totals.

Free — free: Includes an Agentsite-path URL, contact form and lead capture, and up to five posts. With AI excluded and the site limited to the platform path, it is a low-commitment way to establish a basic presence, not a full branded site.
Website Only — 29.00 CAD per month, or billed $299 yearly: Includes three templates, contact forms and lead capture, manual listings, and sold-property proof. It excludes live listing search and AI. Choose it for a simple site and inquiries if manual listings are enough; the narrower template selection and lack of search make it less suitable for agents who need a richer listing experience.
Starter — 49.00 CAD per month, or billed $499 yearly: Includes one website with a subdomain or custom domain, all 53 templates, posts, videos, a media library, lead capture, Task Center, and email notifications. It is the more complete non-AI choice for an agent who wants site content and organized follow-up.
Pro — 99.00 CAD per month, or billed $999 yearly: Includes everything in Starter plus AI settings and chatbot controls, content generation, lead qualification, and a reply assistant. It suits agents who expect to use AI across content and inquiry handling.
Team — 199.00 CAD per month, or billed $1999 yearly: Includes everything in Pro, the highest AI feature access, newsletter sending, and team follow-up scaling. It is the tier for small teams that need those added capabilities rather than just an individual agent site.

The plan details specify a one-website allowance for Starter; no other seat or website allowances are stated. The free plan's five-post cap is its clearest usage limit. Agentsite also describes Stripe subscription management.

Platforms

Agentsite is web-based. Its responsive templates are intended to work across phones, tablets, and desktops.

Who it's for

Agentsite is a sensible fit for Toronto agents who want to pair a real estate site with lead capture and follow-up, especially solo agents and small teams. It is less compelling if live property search is a must before provider access is in place, or if a brokerage needs advanced CRM routing, dialers, permissions, or automation.

Pros and cons

Pros: One platform joins websites and lead follow-up; Starter provides 53 templates and media tools; Pro and Team offer a substantial set of AI writing and lead-assistance tools; bilingual English and Chinese templates support those client audiences.
Cons: Live search depends on board, brokerage, and approved-provider access; Website Only limits users to three templates and manual listings; AI is reserved for Pro and Team; Free is capped at five posts and uses an Agentsite-path URL.

Alternatives

Browse Real Estate Website Builders to compare more options. Consider RealBuilder Web if its web-based paid plans and 14-day free access suit your launch plans; its Basic option is limited to one user. Openfront Law Firm is another freemium option with API, self-hosted, and web platforms. Placester is a paid alternative with Android, iOS, and web access. RealFoyer is a paid alternative with Android, iOS, and web access, including a Starter plan at 39.00 USD per month. AgentFire is a paid, web-based alternative. BrokerageSpace is a paid web alternative with a Visionary Agent plan at 14.99 USD per month and a seven-day free trial. myRealPage is a paid web option with its myRealPage plan at 69.99 USD per month, plus taxes and board fees for certain boards. Luxury Presence is a paid alternative for Android, iOS, and web, with a 12-month agreement.

Verdict

Choose Agentsite if you are a Toronto solo agent or small team looking to combine a branded real estate website, lead follow-up, and—at higher tiers—AI assistance. The main reason to choose it is that those website and inquiry workflows live together; look elsewhere if you need guaranteed live search without first securing provider access, or advanced enterprise CRM controls.
