Overview

Jobloo connects job discovery, resume adaptation, application submission and post-application monitoring in one workflow. Its database spans more than 4,000,000 listings across 150+ countries and 15 languages, which is useful for international searches or anyone who wants broad market coverage. Swiping gives a fast way to triage openings, but speed comes at the cost of reviewing each role less deeply than a manual search.

After a role is selected, Jobloo adapts a CV and can submit it to the employer’s career page. A unified inbox then surfaces recruiter replies, status changes and interview notifications. That continuity is valuable for high-volume applicants who otherwise lose track of submissions; people who prefer to customize and send every application themselves will find less reason to use an automated workflow.

Key features

AI-tailored applications

Jobloo adjusts a resume for both the job and the recruiting system through a two-pass architecture that keeps personal facts separate from generated content. AI match scoring helps assess fit, while AI cover letters provide additional application material. This combination can cut repetitive preparation when applying broadly, though applicants should still review generated documents for accuracy and tone before relying on them.

Automated submission

Direct submissions are supported on Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, Ashby and SmartRecruiters. Each submitted application consumes one credit, so frequent use has a measurable cost even on the free tier. The terms also warn that recruiters or ATS platforms can block automated submissions and that Jobloo cannot guarantee every submission succeeds. It is therefore an efficiency aid, not a dependable replacement for checking that an application was actually accepted.

Tracking and resume grading

The unified inbox combines recruiter messages, application statuses and interview alerts, giving active job seekers a single follow-up view. The free ATS Resume Grader scans readable PDF resumes up to 5 MB and processes them in the browser without sending CV data to a server. That local processing is a meaningful privacy advantage for users who want an initial ATS check without uploading the file.

Privacy and security

Jobloo’s policy describes password hashing, TLS, administrator multi-factor authentication, restricted access, sensitive-access logs and encrypted backups. Identifying data is filtered before information is sent to Mistral AI, and submitted data is not used to train models. Backend and database hosting are in Amsterdam, while CV files are stored in Paris. Data requests can be made by email; responses are provided within one month, with a possible two-month extension for complex cases.

Pricing

Free

The Free plan is free and includes daily application credits; extra credit packs are available. It also provides access to the free ATS Resume Grader. Daily credits make it suitable for occasional applicants or anyone evaluating the workflow, but the credit-based allowance limits sustained high-volume use and unused capacity is not described.

Monthly

The Monthly plan costs 20.00 USD per month, billed per month, and adds full autopilot with unlimited AI auto-apply. It fits job seekers who want continuous automated applications and can accept less control over each submission. “Unlimited” applies to AI auto-apply; the service still states that individual submissions may be blocked by recruiters or ATS platforms. Jobloo says credit allocations and limits may change with prior notice for material changes, so users should monitor terms over time.

A free trial is offered, and the service is freemium. No seat-based pricing is given, making these plans oriented to individual users rather than teams.

Platforms

Jobloo is available on Android, iOS and the web. There is no browser extension, so desktop users work through the web application rather than an in-browser overlay.

Who it's for

Jobloo is intended for people aged 16 or older who want assistance searching and applying for jobs. It is particularly suitable for applicants pursuing many roles, international candidates using multiple languages, and users who value centralized status and message tracking. It is less suitable for applicants who need guaranteed submission success, require complete manual control, or apply too infrequently to benefit from automation.

Pros and cons

Pros

Broad coverage: More than 4,000,000 listings across 150+ countries and 15 languages support wide-ranging searches.
Joined-up workflow: Discovery, CV tailoring, submission and inbox tracking are handled in one service.
Privacy-conscious grading: The free PDF grader processes resumes in the browser and accepts files up to 5 MB.
Specific ATS reach: Direct submission names Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, Ashby and SmartRecruiters.

Cons

Credits constrain free use: Every submitted application consumes one credit, with free users receiving daily allocations.
Automation is not guaranteed: Recruiters or ATS platforms may block submissions.
Less manual control: Full autopilot favors volume over applicants who want to approve every application step.

Alternatives

For interview practice and prepared applications across desktop operating systems, consider Aissence, whose free plan includes two mock interviews, one live interview, one phone interview, one cover letter and 10 prepared applications. Wobo is a better fit for a straightforward mobile workflow with a free cap of five jobs and five applications per day, while its Unlimited plan costs 34.99 USD per month. Teams posting roles may prefer Hyring, which offers seats and job-post limits in its free and Pro plans. Jobscan suits readers focused on resume building and ATS scans rather than automated submissions. Developers needing application-processing infrastructure should evaluate Resumly Developer API. HeroApply offers five free applications per day but excludes 24/7 Autopilot from its free plan. Simplify is aimed at resume tailoring, cover letters, application questions and outreach. Careerflow is a lighter tracker and autofill option with a limited free Basic plan. Browse the AI Job Search Tools list for more services.

Verdict

Choose Jobloo if you want one service to scan a very large, international listings pool, tailor application materials and keep follow-up organized, with a paid autopilot option for sustained volume. Look elsewhere if blocked submissions, per-application credits or reduced manual control would undermine your application process.
