Overview

The platform manages the path from assignment to recovery and disposition, bringing assignments, payments, and compliance into one workflow. The company says it serves national lenders and recovery vendors in all 50 states, with a network of more than 7,000 collateral businesses. That focus and reach are relevant for recovery operations, but RepoSystems is not a general-purpose towing dispatch choice.

RepoSystems says its narrow AI chooses an address for a repossession vendor and matches vendors to assignments. That capability is aimed at directing recovery work; buyers should weigh it alongside the practical account terms rather than assume it removes the need for operational judgment.

Key features

Field operations and integrations

RepoPath provides automated agent updates, optimized assignment routes, and National Hotlist alerts for nearby opportunities. These tools connect field activity to the recovery workflow. The maker’s instructions direct agents to find RepoSystems Mobi Site in Google Play or the Apple App Store.

Lender tools include payment solutions, and VIN2Plate Service is available as an add-on. Integrated skip tracing can be used within RepoSystems and SkipHunter.com after credentialing. The combination can keep related tasks close to the assignment process, though buyers should account for the add-on and credentialing requirements.

Security and support

Security measures described by the company include approved-device virtual memory, username and password login, optional multi-factor authentication and IP security, and 128-bit encryption for virtual memory when it is not in use. Aptum provides physical storage; the company says Aptum technology complies with SAS 70 regulations and is periodically audited. Lender support is available by online chat, email, and phone.

Pricing

RepoSystems offers free workflows as well as paid monthly account-volume plans. The two free options serve different operating models: lenders can self-manage recoveries and assignments, while vendors can process national lender accounts. National lender vendor processing has no monthly membership or enrollment fee, but a subscription fee may apply when a vendor manages its own lender clients; completed assignments incur a contingency fee.

Plan	Price	What it includes	Best fit
Lender self-management	0.00 USD per free	Unlimited access, a web portal for managing recoveries and assignments, and payment solutions. VIN2Plate Service is an add-on.	Lenders managing their own recovery workflow.
National lender vendor processing	0.00 USD per free	Processing national lender accounts; a contingency fee applies after a completed assignment. A subscription fee may apply for managing the vendor’s own lender clients.	Vendors focused on national lender accounts, particularly those not managing their own lender clients through the platform.
Silver Plan	95.00 USD per month	Up to 100 new accepted or entered accounts each month; each account above 100 draws $2.00 from the RepoSystems Wallet.	Vendors whose monthly account intake fits within the 100-account allowance.
Platinum Plan	195.00 USD per month	Unlimited accepted or entered accounts each month.	Higher-volume operations that need to avoid Silver’s monthly account cap.

Silver costs less, but its overage draws from the wallet, so it may be a poor fit for account volumes that regularly exceed 100. Platinum removes that account ceiling for $100 more per month. Billing and invoicing are supported. The company offers a 10-day trial.

Platforms

RepoSystems supports Android, iOS, web, and Windows. The field-app instructions point users to RepoSystems Mobi Site in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

Who it's for

RepoSystems is a strong candidate for lenders that want a no-cost portal to manage recoveries and assignments, and for vendors processing national lender work. Vendors with their own lender clients should clarify whether a subscription fee applies. Smaller or variable-volume vendors should compare Silver’s 100-account threshold and wallet overage with their expected intake; high-volume vendors may prefer Platinum’s unlimited monthly accounts.

Pros and cons

Pros: Free lender self-management includes unlimited access, a recovery and assignment portal, and payment solutions.
Pros: National lender vendor processing has no monthly membership or enrollment fee, although contingency and possible subscription fees still matter.
Pros: RepoPath combines agent updates, route optimization, and nearby opportunity notifications with the recovery workflow.
Cons: Silver caps new accepted or entered accounts at 100 per month, then uses $2.00 from the wallet for each additional account.
Cons: Vendors managing their own lender clients may face a subscription fee, so the no-monthly-fee national processing option does not necessarily cover every vendor relationship.
Cons: VIN2Plate Service costs extra, and integrated skip tracing requires credentialing.

Choose PRZM if the relevant fit is its storage-network model: towers using the PRZM storage network pay no fee, while auction sales carry a transaction fee.

Autura may suit buyers seeking freemium towing software, with free registration and browsing for marketplace buyers and platform fees when they purchase.

TowCommand Pro is an option for towing operators comparing a truck-based entry offer: Basic is free for one year for fewer than two trucks, then $79.00 USD per month.

Towbook is worth comparing for operators who want a defined dispatch package: its Basic plan is $109.00 USD per month for up to 250 calls monthly, with dispatching, reporting, billing, damage claims, fleet management, and transport.

VTS Systems offers a towing-focused alternative, including CLOUD Bronze at $99.95 USD per month for unlimited tows or calls.

TowBridge is another alternative to consider.

Tow Control Dispatch may be a fit for operators who want unlimited drivers without per-job or per-driver fees; its Pro Operator Plan is $99.00 USD per month, with applicable tax added.

RouteLedger is a lower-priced dispatch option for small fleets: Starter is $59.00 USD per month for up to two trucks and includes basic dispatch and job management, a driver mobile portal, COD cash tracking, and email support.

Verdict

RepoSystems is the better fit for lenders and recovery vendors centered on repossession accounts, especially vendors processing national lender work and lenders seeking a free self-management portal. Its connected recovery workflow and field tools are the main reasons to choose it. Look elsewhere if your operation needs general towing dispatch, or if your vendor client mix and account volume make the subscription terms, contingency fee, or plan limits a poor match.
