Overview

Allclean connects online booking to the work that follows: customers can book 24/7 with dynamic pricing and real-time availability, while teams manage jobs, availability and time off in a shared calendar. Payments at booking or completion, receipts, invoices and payouts are handled through the platform. Revenue, job volume and recurring-client rates appear in reporting dashboards. That makes it a stronger fit for businesses seeking a connected booking-to-payment workflow than for those that only need a calendar.

Kelly AI extends that workflow to phone calls. Designed specifically for residential cleaning companies, it answers calls around the clock, quotes from configured pricing, checks availability and books jobs into the Allclean calendar. It can also take a card deposit or full payment upfront. This may help capture bookings outside the online channel, but call allowances and overage rates make expected phone volume an important part of the decision.

Key features

Instant booking: Customers can see live availability, receive dynamic pricing and pay instantly. This supports self-service booking at any hour, though businesses should make sure their configured prices and availability reflect how they actually schedule work.
Scheduling and customer management: The calendar brings team availability, jobs and time off together. Recurring scheduling and a client portal are supported, giving operators tools for ongoing customer relationships as well as individual jobs.
Payments and reporting: Allclean collects payment at booking or completion and automates receipts, invoices and payouts. Dashboards track revenue, job volume and recurring-client rates, useful measures for understanding workload and repeat business.
Kelly AI: The receptionist can quote, check availability and book directly into the calendar, with deposits or full card payments collected upfront. Its integration is designed to prevent double bookings. Included minutes vary by plan, and additional minutes are billed at the relevant overage rate.
Referral Engine: One-click referral links, automated SMS or email reminders and reward tracking are offered to beta users. It could help formalize referrals, but access is limited to that group.

Pricing

Allclean has a free plan and paid plans, with the Pro plan at $299.00 USD per month. A free trial is also offered. The key cost trade-off is not only the monthly price: processing fees, user caps and Kelly minute allowances can materially change which plan suits a business.

Free — 0.00 USD per month: Includes all features for up to 3 users, with processing fees of 6.9% + 30¢. Additional users cost $40/mo each, and Kelly AI is an add-on. It is a practical way for a small team to start, but the user cap and higher processing rate may constrain a growing operation.
Kelly Starter — 99.00 USD per month: Includes the Allclean Free plan, Instant Booking Engine and 50 minutes of Kelly AI, with 6.9% + 30¢ processing fees. Overages are $1.99/minute. This is the lower-cost route to phone booking, but the 50-minute allowance and per-minute overage can make heavier call volume expensive.
Pro — 299.00 USD per month: Includes all features for up to 8 users, with 4.9% + 30¢ processing fees; additional users cost $40/mo each, and Kelly AI is an add-on. The lower processing rate and larger included team limit suit businesses with enough booking volume to justify the monthly commitment, but this plan does not include Kelly minutes.
Kelly Growth — 499.00 USD per month: Includes the Allclean Free plan, Instant Booking Engine and 500 Kelly minutes, with 4.9% + 30¢ processing fees. Overages are $0.99/minute. The larger allowance and lower overage rate make it more suitable than Kelly Starter for substantial phone demand, though it costs more each month.
Entreprise — custom pricing: Includes multiple-location management, all features, custom processing fees, premium support and custom workflows.
Enterprise — custom pricing: Combines Allclean Pro and Kelly Growth with multi-location management, all features, custom processing fees, premium support and custom workflows. It is aimed at operators needing both the Pro and Kelly Growth offering across locations.

Platforms

Allclean is available on iOS and the web. It also offers a cleaner mobile app, alongside online payments and a client portal.

Who it's for

Allclean is a fit for cleaning companies that want to manage booking, scheduling, payments and customer relationships in one workflow. Small teams can begin on Free, while businesses with more users or significant payment volume should compare the per-user charges and processing rates against their expected costs. Residential cleaners that receive substantial phone demand may find Kelly useful; teams that do not need phone-based booking can avoid paying for its minutes.

The privacy policy says the service may collect names, phone numbers, email addresses, debit or credit card numbers and age. Transactional texts may include order and appointment updates; mobile information from its SMS program is not shared for third-party marketing or promotional purposes.

Pros and cons

Pros: Booking, scheduling, payment handling and reporting sit in one platform, connecting customer reservations with day-to-day job management.
Pros: Kelly can quote, book and collect payment by phone, while syncing to the calendar to avoid double bookings.
Pros: A free plan includes all features for up to three users, giving small teams a way to start without a monthly subscription.
Cons: Free and Kelly Starter use 6.9% + 30¢ processing fees, higher than the 4.9% + 30¢ on Pro and Kelly Growth.
Cons: The Free plan caps the team at three users, and each additional user costs $40/mo.
Cons: Kelly Starter includes only 50 minutes and charges $1.99/minute for overages, so frequent calls can add up.

Alternatives

Cleaning Service Software is a useful starting point for comparing cleaning-business platforms. Choose JobFlowly instead if its Android availability or its free-plan combination of scheduling, basic invoicing and cleaner mobile portal better matches your team. SweepOS is worth considering for teams focused on site management, checklists, photo documentation and basic time tracking, including a free tier for one admin and up to three workers. Choose CleanCloud if you need its wider platform coverage, including MacOS, Windows and API access, and can work with a paid product without a free plan. Launch27 may suit businesses that prefer a paid plan with unlimited users and bookings at $75.00 USD per month. Opsycle is an option for web-only teams that can work within a free cap of five clients and 15 jobs per month. BookingKoala suits readers looking for a paid platform starting at $27.00 USD per month. Clean Scheduler may be a better match for teams that want explicit office and field seat limits, with its Starter plan at $39.00 USD per month. Clean Smarts is another paid alternative.

Verdict

Allclean is a strong choice for cleaning companies that want customers to book and pay online while staff coordinate jobs in the same system; residential operators can add phone booking through Kelly. Its integrated workflow and free entry tier are the main reasons to consider it. Look elsewhere if the processing fees, user charges or Kelly minute costs outweigh the convenience of keeping booking and operations together.
