Overview

Fyxer sorts email by priority and surfaces messages that need a reply, then drafts responses in the user's voice. Users review and send those drafts themselves: Fyxer says it does not send email on their behalf. That keeps people in control, though it does not remove the final review and sending steps.

The meeting notetaker captures calls, summarizes action points, and drafts follow-up emails. Calendar support adds suggested meeting times, scheduling links, and invitations. Fyxer Chat can search email threads and meeting notes, answer questions, and draft email in the user's voice, tying together the work around ongoing conversations.

Key features

Inbox management and AI chat

Priority labels and reply-first sorting give busy users a way to focus on messages needing action instead of processing the inbox in order. Drafts can reduce repetitive writing, but still require review and a manual send. Chat extends search across threads and meeting notes, which is useful when a conversation's context is spread across both.

Meeting notes and scheduling

Fyxer turns meetings into summaries, action points, and follow-up drafts, reducing the handoff between a call and the next email. It can suggest times and support scheduling links and invitations. The maker lists Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Slack as supported integrations.

Privacy and security

Fyxer says it is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified, and GDPR and HIPAA compliant; it also says user data is not used to train third-party AI models. Meeting participants are notified before Fyxer joins, and recordings, transcripts, and summaries are private by default. These controls address important concerns for meeting capture, while organizations should still assess the product against their own requirements.

Pricing

Fyxer's plans include two distinct price sets, so buyers should compare the plan names and quotas carefully before choosing.

Starter: 22.50 USD per month, billed annually, for one inbox and one calendar. It is the entry option for an individual with a single account setup.
Professional: 37.50 USD per month, billed annually, adds multiple inboxes and calendars, scheduling across teams and time zones, Fyxer Chat, and HubSpot integration. It suits users who need those connected capabilities beyond one inbox and calendar.
Enterprise: Custom pricing for 50+ team members.
Free: Free, with 400 monthly credits, three personal spaces, no paid seats, and a 14-day Pro trial. Its credit cap and lack of paid seats make it a limited way to evaluate the service rather than a full team plan.
Pro: 37.00 USD per month, billed annually, with 3,000 monthly credits per paid member after the first three months, unlimited personal spaces, three shared spaces per seat, and a 14-day trial. It is the middle tier for paid users who need more spaces and credits.
Team: 64.00 USD per month, billed annually, with 6,000 monthly credits per paid member pooled across the team after the first three months, unlimited shared spaces, and a 14-day trial. The pooled allowance and shared spaces target teams coordinating work across members.

The page also gives a starting price of 22.50 USD per user per month billed annually and a 7-day trial. Support varies by plan: Free gets help-centre support, Pro email support, Team replies within one business day, and Enterprise an SLA with a dedicated channel. The credit allowances after the first three months are an important ongoing constraint for Pro and Team users.

Platforms

Fyxer supports web, iOS, and API access. It requires cloud-hosted Microsoft accounts and does not support on-premise Exchange, POP3/IMAP inboxes, or Apple Mail. That is a decisive limitation for organizations tied to on-premise mail or users whose inbox is configured through those unsupported options.

Who it's for

Fyxer is aimed at salespeople, recruiters, real estate agents, and other external-facing professionals with heavy inbox workloads. It is a better fit for people who move repeatedly between email, calls, and scheduling than for users seeking only a meeting recorder or anyone who needs unsupported mail infrastructure.

Pros and cons

Pros: Inbox prioritization, voice-matched drafts, meeting action points, and scheduling support connect several recurring tasks in one assistant.
Pros: Users retain control of outgoing messages because drafts require review and Fyxer says it never sends on their behalf.
Pros: The maker describes concrete security and meeting-privacy measures, including certifications, compliance claims, participant notification, and private-by-default meeting records.
Cons: Unsupported on-premise Exchange, POP3/IMAP, and Apple Mail setups exclude some users before feature fit matters.
Cons: Drafts are not a hands-off email workflow; users still have to review and send them.
Cons: Free is capped at 400 monthly credits and has no paid seats, while Pro and Team credit quotas change after the first three months.

Verdict

Choose Fyxer if you handle substantial external email and want inbox triage, meeting follow-up, and scheduling in one assistant. Its strongest reason to buy is that connected workflow; its clearest reason to look elsewhere is the requirement for a supported cloud-hosted account, along with the ongoing review and sending required for every drafted email.
