Overview

Appetier brings menu management, ordering, loyalty, marketing, and POS synchronization into one console. Restaurants can draft a menu from their website or a photo, then offer ordering through their website and app. That breadth is useful for operators who want a direct channel alongside marketplace sales; the trade-off is that costs and plan fit depend on both order volume and operational needs.

The ordering flow supports modifiers, upsells, coupons, rewards, saved cards, Apple Pay, and order tracking. Those options let restaurants shape the checkout and repeat-order experience without relying solely on marketplace orders. Appetier also offers delivery orders and marketplace order aggregation.

Key features

Menu and ordering

Appetier can draft a menu from a photo or website, which may reduce initial menu entry work. Its Sous assistant can read menu photos, write missing item descriptions, and reply to Google reviews. The company says menu prices change only when the restaurant changes them, a useful safeguard for operators concerned about unintended price edits.

Branded apps and integrations

Native iOS and Android apps carry the restaurant’s logo and support push notifications and reorders. That gives restaurants a branded route to repeat business, though it also means the app experience is part of a broader paid or fee-based plan rather than a standalone ordering tool.

POS integrations include Toast, Square, Clover, Lightspeed, Revel, NCR/Aloha, Micros, SpotOn, PAR Brink, and SkyTab. Marketplace connections include DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, Deliveroo, Just Eat, Rappi, iFood, and GrabFood; payment integrations include Stripe, Adyen, Worldpay, Chase Paymentech, Square Payments, Helcim, and Braintree. This range can help restaurants consolidate channels, but operators should verify that their chosen systems fit the workflows they need.

Security and support

Appetier says it is PCI compliant under SAQ A, does not receive or store raw card numbers, and uses PCI DSS Level 1 payment partners. It also says it does not sell or rent personal information or share it for cross-site advertising or behavioral ad targeting. White-glove onboarding, menu import, and staff training are included in every plan, which may make rollout more practical for teams without dedicated implementation resources.

Pricing

Appetier has a free plan, a free trial, and paid tiers. The key distinction is whether the restaurant pays a share of direct orders or a fixed per-location price.

Growth: Free, with a 5% fee on direct orders capped at $199 per location/month and no fee on marketplace orders. It is the lowest-commitment way to start, but direct-order costs rise with volume until the cap.
Growth with Voice: 49.00 USD per month, billed per location, plus the Growth fee of up to $199 per location/month. It includes 1,000 phone minutes/month, making it the relevant option for locations that need the included voice capacity; the order-based fee remains.
Essential: 199.00 USD per year, billed annual plan; $2,388/year per location ($199/month equivalent). It includes web and native app ordering, loyalty and CRM, two-way POS sync, local SEO, marketplace order aggregation, and multi-location controls. The fixed annual commitment may suit restaurants seeking those capabilities and predictable per-location billing, but it is a substantial commitment compared with Growth.
Enterprise: 499.00 USD per month, billed per location, billed monthly. It adds delivery fleet management, enterprise authentication with SSO, rollout and governance support, custom integrations, and API access. This is aimed at operators with enterprise deployment or integration needs, not restaurants that only need direct ordering.

Growth gives up the stated fixed-plan inclusions in exchange for a fee on direct orders; Growth with Voice adds phone minutes but retains that fee. Essential includes a wider operating toolkit at an annual per-location price, while Enterprise is the premium monthly tier for fleet, governance, and integration requirements. Compare the billing basis as well as the included features before choosing.

Platforms

Appetier supports Android, iOS, and web. Restaurants can offer ordering on a website and through native branded apps, while staff use the product’s console for menu, marketing, and operational work.

Who it's for

Appetier is best suited to quick-service restaurants that want direct web and app ordering, loyalty, and POS connections under one system. Growth is a reasonable fit for testing a direct channel with lower upfront commitment; Essential is better aligned with locations that want the listed ordering, CRM, synchronization, and multi-location controls on fixed annual billing. Enterprise fits operators that need SSO, fleet management, API access, or custom integrations. Restaurants seeking only a simple online storefront may not need the breadth or cost structure of these plans.

Pros and cons

Pro: Website and branded app ordering, loyalty, and marketplace aggregation are brought together, giving restaurants multiple ways to serve and retain customers.
Pro: The POS catalog spans several major systems, and two-way POS sync is included in Essential.
Pro: Onboarding, menu import, and staff training are included in every plan, reducing the need to arrange those services separately.
Con: Growth charges 5% of direct orders up to $199 per location/month, so higher direct-order volume can make the fee a meaningful consideration.
Con: Essential is an annual commitment at $2,388/year per location, which may be difficult to justify for restaurants that do not need its broader feature set.
Con: Growth with Voice retains the Growth fee in addition to its monthly price, so the $49.00 USD per month charge does not replace order-based costs.

Verdict

Appetier is a strong fit for quick-service restaurants that want branded direct ordering, loyalty, and POS and marketplace connections in one system. Its main advantage is that breadth, backed by included onboarding and staff training. Look elsewhere if a restaurant needs only a basic storefront or wants to avoid Growth’s direct-order fee or Essential’s annual per-location commitment.
