Overview

Atlabs combines avatar creation, script drafting, AI voices, captions, and video exports in a web product. Choose an avatar from its library, upload an image, or describe one to generate. The product says its lip-sync engine matches mouth movements to each word, making the format suited to scripted presentations rather than footage-led storytelling.

A built-in writer drafts scripts from a topic and target audience, and voice controls adjust emotion, pace, and emphasis. These tools can speed up a first draft, but the script still needs review when accuracy or brand voice matters. Atlabs permits personal and commercial use of generated videos. It says YouTube data and content are not used to train AI models; its privacy policy says data is stored on secure AWS servers, the site is regularly scanned for vulnerabilities, and personal or store account data is not sold.

Key features

Avatar choices: Library, uploaded-image, and generated avatars give creators room to choose a presenter style. Custom avatars are supported.
Voice and language controls: Atlabs describes AI voices in 40+ languages, with multiple accents, genders, and tones. Voice preview and controls for emotion, pace, and emphasis help shape delivery without recording narration.
Script drafting: The writer can generate a starting script from a topic and intended audience, useful when a team needs a repeatable content workflow. It does not remove the need to check factual claims and tone.
Captions and exports: Automatically generated captions and 16:9, 9:16, and 1:1 formats cover common video shapes. The product names YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Instagram Feed as destinations. Users can optionally connect YouTube to publish directly.
Commercial use: Generated avatar videos may be used personally or commercially, giving agencies and marketing teams a stated basis for client or promotional work.

Pricing

Atlabs has a free plan and paid tiers. The free option is limited to one video up to 25 seconds, and downloaded videos carry a watermark. That makes it suitable for a brief sample, not a clean, ongoing publishing workflow.

Plan	Price and allowance	Best fit
Free	Free; one video up to 25 seconds, with a watermark on downloads.	A short preview of the workflow.
Lite	19.00 USD per month; billed $15/mo billed as $180 annually; 3 months free; 1,800 credits/year, 24 minutes of video, videos up to 2 minutes, and 720p export. Standard live chat.	Individuals making short clips who can work within 720p and the lower annual allowance.
Pro	39.00 USD per month; billed $29/mo billed as $348 annually; 3 months free; 4,200 credits/year, 36–48 minutes of video, videos up to 5 minutes, and 1080p export. Standard live chat.	Regular publishing that needs longer videos or 1080p output.
Plus	79.00 USD per month; billed $59/mo billed as $708 annually; 3 months free; 9,000 credits/year, 84–120 minutes of video, videos up to 10 minutes, and 1080p export. Priority live chat.	Teams with higher annual production needs and a reason to value priority support.
Max	249.00 USD per month; billed $189/mo billed as $2,268 annually; 3 months free; 31,200 credits/year, 300–420 minutes of video, videos up to 15 minutes, and 1080p export. Priority live chat.	High-volume production that can use the larger annual credit and runtime limits.
Enterprise	Custom pricing; unlimited 4K videos, voice cloning, data security and SSO, and dedicated support.	Organizations that need 4K, voice cloning, or enterprise support and security features.

The monthly figures are paired with annual billing amounts and three months free. Lite is the entry point, but its 720p ceiling is a meaningful trade-off against the 1080p exports on Pro and above. The listed allowances are annual, so creators should match the credit and minute budget to their expected output before choosing a tier. No seat allowance is stated.

Platforms

Atlabs is web-based. Its exports cover square, vertical, and widescreen formats, and an optional YouTube connection supports direct publishing. The maximum resolution is 4K, while the listed Lite through Max tiers top out at 1080p; Enterprise includes unlimited 4K videos.

Who it's for

Content creators, agencies, personal brands, coaches, marketing teams, e-learning and training teams, and HR departments are the clearest audience. The workflow is strongest when they need scripted presenter videos in several social formats, without arranging a camera recording. It is a weaker fit for work that depends on live footage or for frequent publishing on the watermarked free tier.

Pros and cons

Pros

Library, uploaded, and generated avatars give teams several ways to establish a presenter.
Script drafting, voice controls, captions, and multiple aspect ratios put much of a short-video workflow in one web product.
Personal and commercial use is allowed, and optional YouTube publishing can remove an export-and-upload step.
Annual paid allowances rise through Pro, Plus, and Max, with longer maximum video lengths and priority live chat on Plus and Max.

Cons

The free plan allows only one video up to 25 seconds, and its downloads are watermarked.
Lite exports at 720p; 1080p starts at Pro among the listed standard plans.
Paid plans have annual credit and video-minute allowances, so high output needs a larger tier rather than an unlimited standard plan.
Unlimited 4K videos and voice cloning sit on Enterprise with custom pricing.

Verdict

Atlabs suits creators and teams that want to produce scripted avatar videos for social, marketing, or training without filming, especially when they value voice controls and several export formats in one workflow. The main reason to choose it is that breadth; the main reason to look elsewhere is the capped, watermarked free tier and the annual production limits on paid plans. For regular clean exports, budget for at least Lite, and choose Pro if 1080p matters.
