Overview

Firms configure practice areas and jurisdictions to receive matching opportunities, then can automate proposals and track referral milestones. The focus is operational referral management, not broad legal marketing. Its value depends on whether a firm can use the matching workflow and meet the platform’s requirements.

Attorney Share characterizes itself as technology for connecting attorneys, not an attorney referral service. Its terms require membership in an attorney membership organization made available by Justice HQ, LLC for most features, including account creation. Referral transactions also require client consent, proper disclosure and compliance with applicable rules or statutes. Firms should resolve those obligations before relying on the service.

Key features

Matching, ratings and proposals

Practice-area and jurisdiction settings determine which opportunities reach a firm. Each case receives an AI lead-quality rating—Excellent, Strong, Fair or Limited—which can help prioritize review, but should not replace a firm’s own assessment. Users can configure automatic proposals for cases that match their filters, reducing repetitive outreach while making careful filter setup important.

Referral tracking and integrations

Referral status milestones can sync automatically with connected case-management tools. Integrations include Clio Grow, Clio Manage, MyCase, Lead Docket, Salesforce & Litify, and Lawmatics Intake. That sync may suit firms already working in those systems; it offers less practical advantage to firms whose tools are not covered. Supio Intake is described as coming soon, with AI writing the referral for the user. A Direct Share API is also linked, but its role is not clear enough to assess. For help with specific tools, the integrations page directs users to support@attorneyshare.com.

Customer data processed on a customer’s behalf is governed by that customer’s policies and contracts with Attorney Share. Firms should account for that arrangement when assessing their own data-handling responsibilities.

Pricing

Pay Per Signed Case

This plan is 0.00 USD per month (billed $0 per month), with a one-time match fee of $49-$299 only when a client is successfully signed. It includes unlimited cases and all features, with no upfront commitments or fee cuts. The absence of a monthly charge makes it the lower-risk starting point for firms with irregular referral volume; the variable fee means costs rise with successful matches.

Flat Monthly Pricing

At 999.00 USD per month (billed $999 per month), this plan includes unlimited signed cases, no per-case match fees, full platform access and no fees for private network cases. It is aimed at firms with enough signed-case activity to prefer a fixed monthly bill over match fees. Compared with the pay-per-signed-case option, its substantial recurring cost is harder to justify for firms handling fewer referrals.

Platforms

Attorney Share supports web and API access. The named integrations connect its referral workflow with several legal intake, case-management and CRM tools, but the platform fit is strongest for firms already using those systems.

Who it's for

Attorney Share suits firms that want case referrals routed by practice area and jurisdiction, use supported connected software, and can satisfy its membership and client-consent requirements. It is less suitable for firms seeking a general-purpose marketing tool, firms outside the stated eligibility framework, or teams that need integrations beyond those named.

Pros and cons

Pros: The $0 monthly option charges a $49-$299 match fee only after a successful client signing, avoiding fixed costs for firms with uneven referral volume.
Pros: Matching, AI ratings, automatic proposals and milestone syncing bring several referral tasks into one workflow.
Pros: Integrations cover multiple legal practice and intake tools, including Clio, MyCase and Lawmatics Intake.
Cons: Most features require membership in an organization made available by Justice HQ, LLC, narrowing eligibility.
Cons: The $999 monthly plan is a large fixed commitment for firms that do not sign enough cases to benefit from eliminating per-case fees.
Cons: Client consent, proper disclosure and compliance with applicable rules or statutes remain necessary for referral transactions.

Verdict

Attorney Share is a strong fit for eligible firms that want practice-area and jurisdiction matching, proposal automation and referral-status syncing, especially if they already use a supported integration. The pay-per-signed-case plan makes it accessible without a monthly bill, but firms should look elsewhere if they cannot meet its membership and referral-compliance requirements or cannot justify the $999 monthly alternative.
