Overview

ReviewJet can request feedback after signups, closed-won deals, or resolved support tickets, then aggregate reviews from Google, G2, Trustpilot, and direct submissions. That combination suits SaaS teams with defined customer touchpoints; it is less compelling for organizations that need a broad review-management system or review response automation, which ReviewJet does not provide.

Requests are sent by email and SMS, timed to the customer's timezone, with one follow-up. A reached monthly request limit pauses further requests until the next cycle; there are no per-review overage charges. That makes the quota a workflow constraint, not just a billing detail, especially for teams with variable request volumes.

Key features

Collection and testing

Hosted review forms give customers a dedicated place to submit feedback. Teams can A/B test two subject lines or message templates per sequence, a practical way to compare outreach, though the test scope is limited to those two variants. Request and review reporting covers sends, opens, star clicks, completed reviews, and review volume and average rating by source.

Website widgets

ReviewJet offers a carousel, wall of love, and rating badge, with brand theming and a minimum-rating filter. Its asynchronous script renders HTML without an iframe and adds under 15 KB of page weight, according to the features page. The company names WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Next.js, Framer, HubSpot CMS, Squarespace, and Wix as supported site stacks. Widget impressions and interactions are included in reporting, so teams can track display engagement as well as collection.

Security and availability

Traffic uses TLS 1.2 or higher, and databases, file storage, and backups are encrypted at rest with AES-256. Workspace data can be stored in AWS us-east-1 or eu-central-1; an EU Standard Contractual Clauses-based Data Processing Agreement is available on request. ReviewJet does not sign an availability SLA or publish an uptime percentage. That may be acceptable for a marketing workflow, but teams with strict uptime commitments should weigh the gap. Support replies to support and general email within one business day, usually faster.

Pricing

The pricing note gives a starting price of $24/mo (annual), while the named monthly plans start at $49.00 USD per month billed monthly. There is no ongoing free plan. The one-time demo does not renew, requires no card, and includes one widget, up to 20 previews, and up to 25 queued email review requests; it is a limited way to assess the display and queue, not a continuing free tier.

Plan	Price and terms	What it includes	Best fit
Starter	49.00 USD per month, billed Monthly	1,000 review requests per month, unlimited widgets and displayed reviews, 1 seat, 1 workspace	A solo operator or small team with predictable volume; the single seat and workspace limit collaboration.
Plus	149.00 USD per month, billed Monthly	5,000 review requests per month, up to 5 seats and 5 workspaces, white-label widgets	Teams needing more capacity and workspace separation, or widgets without ReviewJet branding.
Pro	499.00 USD per month, billed Monthly	Unlimited review requests, seats, and workspaces; priority support and dedicated onboarding	Organizations whose volume or team size exceeds Plus, and that value guided onboarding.
Enterprise	Custom pricing	GDPR DPA and data residency, security review, custom sources and integrations, dedicated customer success manager	Organizations with security, residency, or integration requirements beyond the standard plans.

Starter and Plus trade lower monthly costs for hard request ceilings; once reached, requests pause rather than incur overage fees. Pro removes the request, seat, and workspace limits, but its $499.00 monthly price is a substantial step up. Enterprise adds tailored security and customer-success provisions at custom pricing.

Platforms

ReviewJet is a web platform. Its named site-stack support covers common hosted builders and frameworks, but the product is presented as a web service rather than a native mobile app.

Who it's for

ReviewJet fits B2B SaaS teams that can trigger requests from signup, sales, or support milestones and want to display collected reviews on a website. It is a stronger match for teams that can plan around monthly request ceilings than those with unpredictable surges. Teams requiring AI-assisted replies or a published availability commitment should look elsewhere.

Pros and cons

Event-triggered requests: Signup, closed-won, and support-resolution triggers make timing relevant to SaaS customer journeys.
Collection and display in one workflow: Hosted forms, source aggregation, and three widget formats connect review gathering with on-site presentation.
Useful tracking: Reporting follows request engagement, completed reviews, source ratings, and widget interactions.
Request pauses at plan limits: The absence of overage charges avoids surprise per-review fees, but interrupted outreach can disrupt campaigns.
No availability SLA: Teams that need a contractual uptime commitment may find the service unsuitable.
No AI response assistance: Review replies remain outside the product's stated capabilities.

Reviewshake starts at 29.00 USD per month billed monthly for one business location, one user, up to three sources, and 250 email invitations monthly; consider it if a lower monthly entry point and those invitation limits suit your needs.

Swell is an alternative for teams comparing a broader set of web and mobile platforms, with plans that include employee or patient experience insights.

Yotpo Reviews has a free plan capped at 50 orders per month, 500 outgoing emails, and 200 kick-start credits; it may suit teams whose activity fits those limits.

Verdict

ReviewJet is a sensible choice for B2B SaaS teams that want milestone-based review requests, hosted collection, and configurable website widgets in one focused tool. Its event triggers and useful reporting are the core reasons to choose it. Look elsewhere if a free ongoing plan, AI reply assistance, flexible handling beyond monthly request caps, or a published availability SLA is essential.
