Overview

EliseAI LeasingAI is a prospect-engagement and leasing workflow platform for rental housing operators. It is best suited to teams managing leads across multiple communities that want conversations, screening, and tours coordinated across channels. Its central appeal is round-the-clock engagement with configurable workflows; its custom pricing and sales-led buying process make it less suited to operators seeking a self-serve, price-transparent tool.

Elise A.I. Technologies Corp. was founded in 2017 and is headquartered in New York City.

Key features

Prospect conversations and workflows

LeasingAI handles questions, property recommendations, tour scheduling, prospect screening, and follow-up through voice, SMS, email, and web chat. It keeps those exchanges in one conversation per prospect, including when a renter considers multiple communities. That continuity can help teams avoid fragmented lead histories, while recommendations based on renter preferences and community availability make the interaction more relevant than a generic response flow.

Operators can tailor discovery questions, screening criteria, and selling points, then choose whether the workflow should emphasize tours or applications. This flexibility is useful when communities have different leasing priorities, but it also puts responsibility on operators to set and maintain appropriate criteria. Applicant workflows, online applications, tour scheduling, and e-signatures are supported capabilities.

AI-guided tours

AI-Guided Tours let prospects tour on their own schedule with an assistant that can answer questions and present property and unit details. Tours can use temporary one-time codes through smart locks or lockboxes, with ID verification potentially required beforehand. Syncing with CRM and property-management data, plus Engrain maps showing live unit availability and details, can make self-guided visits more informative; the value depends on the operator’s touring setup and integrations.

Integrations and support

EliseAI says it integrates with Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, ResMan, and AppFolio, as well as CRM, listing, touring, and access partners. A dedicated team of solutions engineers, in-house support, and learning and development staff works with customers on implementation. That support may matter to operators connecting leasing workflows to established systems, though it does not remove the need to confirm that the specific systems and tour arrangements in use are supported.

Pricing

LeasingAI has paid, custom pricing. Prospective customers are directed to contact sales or request a demo; no trial duration is stated. There are no published plan tiers or seat and usage quotas to compare, so buyers should establish the full price and any applicable limits with sales before committing. The sales-led process is a drawback for teams that need to estimate costs before engaging a vendor.

Platforms

LeasingAI supports Android, iOS, and web, giving operators and prospects access across mobile and browser environments.

Who it's for

EliseAI describes its housing products as serving multifamily, student, affordable, and single-family rental operators. LeasingAI is most compelling for owners, property managers, and fee managers handling substantial prospect traffic across communities, where a unified conversation history and configurable follow-up can support consistent leasing operations. Operators with a simpler lead flow, limited integration needs, or a preference for transparent self-service purchasing may find the sales process and custom pricing harder to justify.

Pros and cons

Pro: Webchat, email, text, and voice interactions stay together per prospect, including across communities, helping teams retain context.
Pro: Operators can adjust screening questions, selling points, and tour-versus-application priorities to suit their workflows.
Pro: Self-guided tours can combine access controls, identity checks, CRM and property data, and Engrain maps with live unit information.
Con: Custom pricing and a demo-oriented sales process make costs difficult to assess before a sales conversation.
Con: The benefits of integrations and guided tours depend on compatibility with an operator’s existing systems and access setup.

Alternatives

LOFT is worth considering for renters and residents who want its free resident plan; sign-up requires their property manager’s community to be registered with LOFT.

Entrata is another paid property-management platform with Android, iOS, web, and API support; its public pricing also directs buyers to sales for a demo.

RealPage Leasing is another paid leasing option with Android, iOS, and web support.

Knock CRM is another paid option, with API, iOS, and web support.

Zuma Kelsey may suit buyers looking for a leasing AI subscription billed per unit per month on 30-day terms; it also offers a free trial.

DashQ Leasing Center is another paid web and mobile option; screening charges are consumption-based and tied to the community and application.

Betterbot has paid plans, including Greystar-preferred pricing, for buyers comparing another leasing automation option.

MagicDoor is another paid option with Android, iOS, web, and API support; its Advanced AI Assistant plan starts at 25 units and carries a one-year contract.

Verdict

EliseAI LeasingAI is a strong fit for rental operators that need coordinated, always-on prospect handling across communities and want to tailor screening and tour workflows. Its unified conversations, integrations, and self-guided tour capabilities are the main reasons to choose it. Look elsewhere if you need upfront pricing or a lightweight, self-serve purchase: the cost is custom, and the integration and tour value depends on how well the product fits your operation.
