Overview

Tremo brings inventory, warehouse workflows and shipment handling together, with features that extend from scanning items during picking to routing shipments and reconciling fulfilment costs. Multiple-warehouse support and a client portal make it relevant beyond a single webshop stockroom, particularly for businesses serving several fulfilment customers.

The product is built by a Dutch software team at Afiant Commerce BV. Free access starts without a credit card or commitment, so a small operation can begin without a fixed subscription. The trade-off is that usage above 100 completed pick lists per month is charged per list, and the Free plan includes no human support.

Key features

Picking and stock control

Teams can scan items to pick, use a camera to scan barcodes, or combine open pick lists into a batch-picking round. Batch picking can consolidate shared work, while scan-based picking suits teams that need item confirmation during fulfilment. Tremo tracks available stock and reservations and syncs stock with connected sales channels, helping keep the warehouse picture aligned with the figures shown to buyers.

Warehouse operations and shipping

Multiple warehouses, location management and purchase orders support more involved operations than a single stockroom. Tracking batches, expiry dates and serial numbers adds useful item-level control where stock needs those distinctions. Carrier rules can route shipments by client, country, weight, cutoff and tags; packing supports carrier labels and tracking. Named sales connections include Bol, Shopify, WooCommerce, Lightspeed and CCV Shop, while shipping connections include PostNL, DHL Parcel and MyParcel.

3PL workflows, API and data

For fulfilment providers, Tremo can total customer activity into monthly draft invoices and pass carrier costs through after matching shipment lines. That gives 3PLs a way to connect fulfilment work with customer billing, though the value depends on those workflows matching how they account for activity and shipping costs. Its open API covers orders, stock, shipments and products and uses an API key.

The maker says customer data is separated at database level, actions can be searched in an audit log, and data can be exported or moved at any time. Free-plan hosting is in the EU with data stored separately per customer. Users can contact the people building Tremo and expect a response within one business day; that support is not included on Free.

Pricing

Tremo has a free plan and two paid monthly tiers, with an annual-contract option for larger fulfilment businesses. The price is not the only factor to compare: each paid tier includes 3,000 pick lists, then charges for additional lists, so the expected workload matters.

Free — € 0: 100 completed pick lists per month, then € 0.26 per additional pick list. It suits a very small operation or a cautious start, but the per-list charge can add up as volume grows, and there is no human support.
Growth — € 329.00 per month: 3,000 pick lists included, with € 0.24 per extra pick list; the extra-list rate drops by volume to € 0.095. This is the lower paid tier for operations whose monthly pick volume exceeds Free's allowance and can justify a fixed monthly cost.
Fulfilment — € 715.00 per month: 3,000 pick lists included, with € 0.22 per extra pick list; the extra-list rate also drops by volume to € 0.095. It is aimed at fulfilment workflows, but the same included pick-list allowance as Growth means buyers should weigh the difference in workflow fit against the higher starting price.
Enterprise / 3PL — custom pricing: Annual contract, for large fulfilment companies, with custom integrations and setup. This is the relevant route for larger providers that need those services, rather than a published-price option for small teams.

There is no free trial, but the Free plan provides an ongoing entry point rather than a time-limited test. The move from 100 to 3,000 included monthly pick lists is substantial; teams near or above the Free cap should budget for extra-list charges or compare the paid subscription against their actual volume.

Platforms

Tremo supports web, iOS, macOS, Windows and API access. Its iOS app is intended for warehouse use. The Mac and Windows desktop app runs in the system tray and pairs a workstation for printing, making desktop support most relevant where printing is part of the warehouse workflow.

Who it's for

Tremo is a strong fit for warehouses, webshops and B2B businesses that need connected stock and picking, and for 3PLs that need multi-client operations, a client portal and fulfilment billing. Its free tier suits low-volume teams willing to work without human support. It is less compelling for a small business that needs a trial rather than an ongoing free tier, or for an operation whose volume makes per-pick-list charges hard to predict.

Pros and cons

Pros: One workflow covers scanning and batch picking, inventory reservations, carrier routing and shipment tracking, reducing the need to stitch those functions together.
Pros: Multi-client operations, a client portal and draft-invoice workflows make the product relevant to fulfilment providers, not just retailers shipping their own orders.
Pros: The Free plan has no commitment and includes 100 completed pick lists per month, giving a small operation a practical way to start.
Cons: Free has no human support and charges € 0.26 for each completed pick list beyond the monthly allowance, which can limit its usefulness as volume rises.
Cons: Growth starts at € 329.00 per month and Fulfilment at € 715.00 per month, so the jump from Free is significant for a smaller operator.
Cons: Tremo offers no free trial, so a team seeking a time-limited evaluation must instead assess the free plan.

Alternatives

CoreIMS is worth considering if a 15-day free trial in a secure sample-data environment and broader platform coverage, including self-hosted, Android and iOS, matter more than Tremo's ongoing free allowance.
Brilliant WMS is an alternative to compare for smaller-scale warehouse operations seeking a month-to-month SaaS model with basic functions.
Storely is another paid option to compare for businesses evaluating per-warehouse or client expansion charges.
PrepShipHub may suit a smaller shipping operation: its Beginner plan is $39 per month for one store integration, one user seat and up to 1,000 shipped items, with $0.01 per additional item.
Azuvio WMS is worth comparing if a per-user starting price is preferable; its Startup plan is €12/user/month, with scanner hardware purchased separately from €250/unit.
Logiware is an alternative to assess if seat-based pricing without per-transaction charges is a priority.
Camelot 3PLink BMS is another web and Windows option for 3PLs to compare.
Infoplus 3PL WMS is another platform to consider for 3PL workflows.

Verdict

Choose Tremo if you need stock control, picking and shipping in one system, especially if you run a multi-client fulfilment operation that can use its billing workflows. Its no-commitment Free plan is a sensible starting point for low volume. Look elsewhere if you need a free trial, human support at no cost, or a lower fixed entry price once your pick-list volume grows.
