Overview

Toki is an AI schedule agent for people who need to turn incoming information into organized calendar plans and keep meetings moving. It is best suited to busy individuals juggling plans across calendars and communication formats. Its strongest case is combining event capture, booking, coordination and reminders; people who rely on WhatsApp for scheduling should look elsewhere.

Key features

Toki turns voice notes, text messages, screenshots and forwarded emails into calendar events. That is useful when plans arrive in scattered formats, rather than directly through a calendar; the free plan's basic AI quota, intended for low-frequency demand, may not stretch to a busy schedule. Booking links show real availability, create events and send reminders automatically. Toki can also contact meeting attendees to find a time that works for everyone, making it more than a self-service booking page.

Reminders include push notifications, iOS alarms and CallMe escalation. Daily and weekly insights summarize upcoming plans and time use, which can help users keep track of a full calendar. Toki says it supports Google Calendar, iCloud, Outlook, Apple Watch and Siri. It also offers calendar management, task management and action automation.

Toki discontinued its WhatsApp service after a platform-wide change to WhatsApp Business Solution Terms barred standalone AI products from operating directly there. That rules it out for users who need WhatsApp as their scheduling channel. Its privacy policy describes encryption and other security measures, says it does not use personal information or user data for AI training, and states that personal data is stored and processed on servers in Virginia, United States. The policy describes practices in accordance with Singapore's PDPA and the EU GDPR. For help, Toki directs users to chat with Toki or join its Discord community to connect with the engineering team.

Pricing

The Free plan is free and includes up to three calendars, an AI scheduling assistant and a basic quota for low-frequency demand. It is a sensible starting point for light use, but the calendar cap and limited quota constrain users with more involved schedules.

The paid plan priced at 3.99 USD per month includes a 7-day free trial, up to five calendars, personal preference memory, smart scheduling and conflict resolution, and ample AI power for busy days. A yearly billing option is shown as $6.65/month. It is the step up for users who want Toki to account for preferences and handle busier scheduling, though it still caps calendars at five.

Schedule like a pro costs 9.99 USD per month and also includes a 7-day free trial, up to five calendars, preference memory, smart scheduling and conflict resolution. Its distinguishing inclusion is max-velocity AI automation for professionals. A yearly billing option is shown as $16.65/month. This plan is aimed at users seeking the highest automation level; the calendar limit remains the same as on the less expensive paid plan.

Platforms

Toki is available on Android, iOS, Linux, macOS, web and Windows, giving users a broad choice of devices. Apple Watch and Siri support are also stated integrations.

Who it's for

Toki is a good fit for people whose plans arrive in different formats and who want one service to capture them, coordinate meeting times and follow up with reminders. It is less compelling for light calendar users who will not need more than the free plan's basic quota, or for anyone whose scheduling depends on WhatsApp.

Pros and cons

Pro: Converts voice, text, screenshots and forwarded email into events, reducing the need to manually recreate plans from different sources.
Pro: Combines availability-based booking, attendee coordination and multiple reminder options, covering more of the scheduling process than event capture alone.
Pro: Six platform options plus Google Calendar, iCloud and Outlook support suit users working across different devices and calendar services.
Con: The free plan is limited to three calendars and a basic, low-frequency AI quota, making it a poor fit for sustained heavy use.
Con: Both paid plans allow up to five calendars, so upgrading does not remove the calendar ceiling.
Con: WhatsApp scheduling has ended, excluding users who need that channel.

Ari has a free plan for 10 meetings total, one Google and one Microsoft calendar, and one booking page; Basic costs 24.00 USD per month. Verdict

Choose Toki if you want a broad scheduling assistant that can capture plans from varied inputs, coordinate attendees and reinforce follow-through with reminders. Its free tier gives light users a way to start, while the paid plans add preference memory and more scheduling capacity. Look elsewhere if you need WhatsApp scheduling or more than five calendars.
