Overview

BoardiGO is a board-governance platform for organisations that need a connected process from meeting preparation through follow-up. Its strongest fit is a growing company, fund or nonprofit that wants decisions, signed documents and actions kept together; its free tier makes it possible to start small.

The product links board-pack preparation, voting, signatures, minutes and action tracking to governance records. That continuity should suit secretaries and administrators managing recurring board work, while organisations with strict residency or sector-attestation requirements may need another option.

Key features

Board-pack sections can be assigned to owners, ordered by the secretary and published in one controlled step. That gives administrators a defined hand-off for assembling materials, rather than leaving publication as a series of disconnected tasks.

Votes attach to agenda questions, and quorum, majority and approval rules are applied automatically. This is useful where formal decision rules matter; the available workflow is specifically tied to agenda questions and should not be mistaken for a general-purpose polling system.

Signatures can be routed from a decision, with signed documents retained alongside it. Minutes are drafted from the live meeting record for review and signature, linking the record of discussion to its outcomes without removing the need for human approval.

Actions carry owners and deadlines, with close-out tracked against the decision that created each task. AI can help prepare agendas, review documents and draft minutes, but its output remains under human review. The API covers meetings, voting systems, document management and administrative workflows, which may help teams connecting governance work to other systems.

Integrations include Google Workspace (Drive and Calendar), Microsoft 365 (SharePoint and OneDrive), Zoom, Teams, Google Meet and Webex. Provider support is confirmed during evaluation or onboarding, so organisations should verify their required connections before committing.

Pricing

BoardiGO uses a freemium model. The Free plan is free and covers one organisation, up to 10 users and 2 GB of storage, with the core board-governance workflow and task management. It is a practical starting point for a small board, but the user and storage ceilings constrain wider adoption.

Pro costs 55.00 EUR per month, billed yearly. It removes the user cap, raises storage to 100 GB and adds the full board-pack workflow with proxies, AI agenda and minutes, a KPI dashboard and status reports, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 connections, labels and bulk uploads. This is the more suitable tier for organisations coordinating larger groups and more involved meeting cycles; the annual billing term is important for buyers comparing monthly cash commitments.

Enterprise has custom pricing and 500 GB of storage. BoardiGO offers Enterprise SSO on this plan, while support and escalation terms are set in each customer's commercial agreement. Buyers should weigh those commercial terms against their operational needs before choosing it.

Platforms

BoardiGO is available on web and iOS, and provides an API. The listed platform coverage does not include Android, so organisations whose board members rely on Android mobile apps should account for that limitation.

Who it's for

BoardiGO is aimed at funded startups and scale-ups, fund governance and ManCos, board administrators and corporate secretaries, as well as nonprofits and foundations. Its linked records and follow-up tools are most relevant where teams need to preserve the connection between a decision, its signed documents and the resulting actions.

The company says the service is hosted in Europe and its information security management system is ISO/IEC 27001 certified. It does not hold SOC, HIPAA, FedRAMP or HDS attestations, and does not offer a single-country contractual residency lock, private cloud or on-premises deployment. Those boundaries make it a poor fit where such assurances or hosting arrangements are mandatory.

Pros and cons

Pro: Decisions, signatures, minutes and action close-out stay connected, helping governance teams trace outcomes through to completion.
Pro: The Free plan supports up to 10 users and 2 GB of storage, giving a small organisation a no-cost way to begin.
Pro: Pro combines unlimited users, expanded storage, AI assistance and major workspace connections at 55.00 EUR per month billed yearly.
Con: The Free plan's 10-user and 2 GB caps may force an upgrade as a board or its record archive grows.
Con: The absence of several sector attestations and of private, on-premises or single-country hosting options rules it out for some compliance requirements.
Con: Mobile coverage is limited to iOS rather than Android.

Verdict

BoardiGO is a strong choice for growing organisations and governance teams that want decisions, documents and follow-up tracked as one connected record, with a free entry point and a clear upgrade path. Choose it for that end-to-end workflow; look elsewhere if Android support, a specific compliance attestation, single-country residency or private and on-premises hosting is essential.
