Overview

Nautis Fundraising CRM is a round-based investor pipeline for founders tracking a raise from initial contact to committed capital. It suits founders and small teams coordinating outreach around a specific fundraising target. Its strength is keeping deals, stages, and progress together by round; investor emails still go through your regular email tool.

Key features

Each round has its own stages, target, and progress meter, so separate raises have distinct pipelines. You can edit the default Lead, Contacted, Meeting, Term Sheet, Committed, and Passed stages per round. That makes the workflow adaptable to a team’s process, though teams seeking a broader, cross-round sales pipeline may find the round-first structure restrictive.

Deal records hold notes, meetings, comments, files, and a full activity log. This gives collaborators a shared record of investor interactions. Round-level access controls limit private deals to their creator, listed collaborators, and organization admins, which helps teams share a raise without exposing every deal to every user. Investors can be added from Nautis Find Investors or by importing your own list.

The dashboard tracks deal counts, committed and passed amounts, total raised, and progress against the target, with an oversubscribed badge when the round exceeds its target. The distinction between committed capital and general deal activity gives founders a useful view of fundraising progress. Nautis can log outreach and draft messages, but it does not send them; you need your usual email tool for delivery.

Integrations include Slack, Notion, Linear, GitHub, Gmail, and a catalog of more than 1,000 tools for AI agent integrations. Write actions require user approval, a useful control for teams that want to review changes before they are made. Nautis says sensitive data is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and in transit with TLS/SSL; it also uses bcrypt password hashing, TOTP two-factor authentication, and role-based access controls. Its data processors page says prompts and document content are processed per request by AI providers and are not used for model training. Support is available by email, with most inbound messages receiving a response within one business day.

Pricing

Nautis has a free plan and paid plans billed monthly. The free plan is free, billed forever, and includes 25 contacts, one data room, 25 credentials vault entries, five notes, one business plan, and one milestone. It offers a way to start organizing a small raise without a subscription, but its caps are low for an active pipeline or a team.

Launch costs 49.00 USD per month, billed $49 per month, and is aimed at a solo founder. It raises the limits to 500 contacts, five data rooms, 50 credentials vault entries, five team members, 100 notes, five business plans, five GTM planners, and five milestones. This is the clearest fit for an individual founder who needs room beyond the free caps and a small amount of collaboration.

Voyage costs 99.00 USD per month, billed $99 per month, and is positioned for a mid size startup. It includes 1,000 contacts, 10 data rooms, 100 credentials vault entries, 10 team members, 250 notes, 10 business plans, 10 GTM planners, and unlimited milestones. It is the more suitable tier when a growing team needs additional seats and room to track more investor relationships.

Fleet costs 129.00 USD per month, billed $129 per month, and targets big startups. It includes unlimited contacts, credentials vault entries, and notes, alongside 25 data rooms, 25 team members, 25 business plans, 25 GTM planners, and unlimited milestones. The higher price buys substantial headroom in those areas, while team size and several other resources remain capped at 25.

A 14-day trial is available. The free plan is a separate forever-free tier, not a substitute for the larger contact and team limits on paid plans. Although the free plan is capped at 25 contacts, Nautis also gives a general contact limit of 500; the plan details show that Launch includes 500, Voyage 1,000, and Fleet unlimited.

Platforms

Nautis Fundraising CRM is available on the web, making it accessible through a browser.

Who it's for

This is a good fit for founders actively raising who want each round tracked against its own target, and for teams co-running outreach that need shared deal histories and controlled access. Investors or advisors helping a portfolio company raise can also use the round pipeline to follow deals and progress. It is a weaker fit for anyone who expects the CRM to send investor emails, or for teams that need an uncapped team at a lower tier.

Pros and cons

Pros: Separate pipelines, targets, and progress meters keep each fundraising round distinct.
Pros: Deal records combine notes, meetings, files, comments, and activity history, while round-level controls restrict private deals.
Pros: The dashboard distinguishes committed and passed amounts from total raised and target progress.
Cons: Investor emails must be sent in a separate email tool, even though Nautis can log outreach and draft messages.
Cons: The free plan's 25-contact cap and limited records make it a constrained home for an active raise.
Cons: Launch is limited to five team members, and even Fleet caps team members at 25.
