Overview

CVViZ sends eligible openings to supported channels such as LinkedIn, Indeed, career pages, and other free or paid job boards, then collects applications in a centralized candidate database. Distribution depends on board policies, geography, and employer-account eligibility, so teams should not assume every desired board will be reachable. The central collection point is useful when applications arrive from several sources, but it does not remove those channel constraints.

Screening AI compares resumes against job context and configured criteria, presenting evidence for recruiter review rather than making advancement decisions. Required or optional knockout questions can use multiple-choice, short-answer, or long-answer formats. Together, these tools support structured screening while leaving hiring judgment with the team.

Key features

Candidate communication and scheduling

Recruiters can contact candidates by email, WhatsApp, and SMS, with personalized sequences and handoff to a recruiter. Interview coordination covers availability, candidate time selection, confirmations, reminders, and interview activity on the candidate record. These capabilities make CVViZ more than a posting tool: it can keep communication and scheduling tied to the recruiting workflow.

Integrations, security, and support

Integration options include Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, WhatsApp, SMS/Twilio, job boards, HRMS handoff, and API-based data exchange. API access is included with the Standard and Pro ATS plans; a separate resume parsing API is also offered. CVViZ presents SOC 2 Type II and GDPR compliance signals and describes role-based access and data protection controls. Training is offered through live demos and webinars, with email, live chat, phone support, and an in-app user guide.

Pricing

The ATS plans are monthly: Starter costs 99.00 USD per month for 5 Active Jobs, Unlimited Users, and All ATS Features; Basic costs 199.00 USD per month for 10 Active Jobs, Unlimited Users, and All Features; Standard costs 349.00 USD per month for 20 Active Jobs, Unlimited Users, and API Access; Pro costs 499.00 USD per month for 100 Active Jobs, Unlimited Users, API Access, Multi-Domain Access, and SSO (Single Sign On). All include unlimited users, so the main published distinction is active-job capacity and, at the higher tiers, access and administration options. Starter is the lowest-cost entry for a small, bounded workload; Basic doubles the job cap, while Standard and Pro suit teams that need API access or, at Pro, multi-domain access and SSO. Teams with more than five active jobs will need to move beyond Starter.

A 7-day free trial requires no credit card, but there is no free plan. The separate Integrate plan costs 25.00 USD per month and covers resume screening, matching, and ranking. Resume parsing plans are annual: Resume Parser - 10,000 Credits/Year costs 625.00 USD per year, Resume Parser - 50,000 Credits/Year costs 2500.00 USD per year, and Resume Parser - 100,000 Credits/Year costs 4500.00 USD per year. These credit plans fit teams buying parsing capacity rather than the complete ATS workflow; the annual term and credit allotment matter when estimating usage. Custom pricing is appropriate to consider where a team’s requirements do not match these listed tiers.

Platforms

CVViZ supports Android, iOS, Linux, macOS, Windows, web, API, and extension. That range gives teams multiple access routes, while the ATS plans’ job caps—not user counts—are the clearest published constraint on team scale.

Who it's for

CVViZ suits recruiting teams and agencies that want to distribute eligible roles, screen applications, communicate with candidates, and coordinate interviews within a connected workflow. It is less compelling for a team that only needs occasional resume screening, cannot meet a target board’s eligibility requirements, or needs more active jobs than its chosen tier allows.

Pros and cons

Pros

Connected recruiting workflow: Job distribution, centralized applications, screening, candidate outreach, and interview coordination can sit together.
Human-led screening: AI surfaces resume evidence and configured criteria without taking advancement decisions away from recruiters.
Unlimited users on ATS tiers: Published plans do not charge by seat, which helps teams with many collaborators assess cost against job volume.
Trial without card details: Teams can evaluate the platform for seven days before committing to a paid plan.

Cons

Active-job caps shape the price: Starter covers five jobs, Basic ten, Standard twenty, and Pro one hundred, so growth may require a tier change.
No free plan: After the seven-day trial, ongoing use requires a paid plan.
Distribution is conditional: Board policies, geography, and employer-account eligibility can limit the channels a team can use.
Parsing credits are annual commitments: The separate plans require annual payment and may not suit teams with variable or low parsing needs.

Alternatives

For a narrower screening task, SkipCV has a free option with 20 credits and a maximum of eight candidates per analysis, making it a lower-commitment choice for occasional analysis rather than a full distribution workflow. Humanly Intelligent CV Screening offers a free Explorer tier with up to 10 CVs per screening run and no storage, a fit for limited trial use where persistent candidate management is not needed.

Truffle is another alternative. X0PA AI is another alternative. CandiSift is another alternative. Octagnt is another alternative. Senseloaf is another alternative. HireJoy is another alternative. For broader comparisons, see Candidate Screening Software and Applicant Tracking Systems.

Verdict

Choose CVViZ if your team has recurring hiring volume and wants job distribution, recruiter-led screening, candidate communication, and interview coordination in one system, with unlimited users across its ATS tiers. Look elsewhere if you need a free ongoing plan, rely on a board whose eligibility you cannot confirm, or want a focused screening tool without the monthly ATS commitment.
