Overview

Dahree is a booking and business-management platform built for beauty professionals, from solo artists to teams. It is a strong fit for providers who want scheduling, client records, payments, and a booking site together; the main trade-off is that client texts, app-based deposits, and several advanced tools sit behind paid plans.

Key features

Dahree combines online booking and calendar management with client relationship tools, payment processing, email and SMS notifications, analytics, reporting, and team management. The free Basic plan supports services and availability, 24/7 scheduling, email confirmations and reminders, and basic booking and earnings analytics. That is enough for a provider who needs a straightforward booking setup, but not for one who relies on client texts or deposits through Zelle, Venmo, or Cash App.

Stripe handles payment processing. Standard adds client text notifications and deposits through Zelle, Venmo, or Cash App, along with a premium website and branded link. Pro adds a custom domain, waitlist management, advanced analytics, a more advanced reminder sequence, and more text messages. These upgrades matter most to providers building a more distinctive booking presence or managing a fuller schedule.

An optional Gmail integration uses OAuth 2.0 read-only access to detect and process payment-related emails, with explicit consent. Dahree says it encrypts sensitive data in transit and at rest, conducts security assessments, audits, and penetration testing, and does not sell, trade, or rent personal information. After account deletion, it generally deletes or de-identifies account data within 30 days, subject to legal, security, transaction, and backup exceptions.

The iOS app supports appointment and client management, availability, earnings analytics, and calendars synchronized between mobile and web. Standard includes beta access to the app. Support covers accounts, appointments, clients, calendars, billing, payments, and the iOS app, with typical responses within one business day; Pro adds 24/7 priority support.

Pricing

Basic is free and includes a booking website, 24/7 scheduling, services and availability, email confirmations and reminders, and basic booking and earnings analytics. It is the sensible starting point for providers who can do without client text notifications and paid-plan deposit options.

Standard costs 24.99 USD per month, billed monthly. It adds client text notifications, deposits via Zelle, Venmo, or Cash App, a premium website and branded link, iOS app beta access, reviews, products, and website analytics. It suits providers who need those customer-facing tools but do not need Pro's custom domain or advanced scheduling features.

Pro costs 34.99 USD per month, billed monthly. Its custom domain, waitlist management, advanced analytics, advanced reminder sequence, higher text-message allowance, and 24/7 priority support make it the better fit for providers who need more control over their web presence and follow-up. Teams has custom pricing and includes account setup, team and workflow planning, tailored onboarding, and priority founder support.

A 7-day trial is available. Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe, fees are generally non-refundable, and a failed payment may suspend service. The choice between free and paid turns chiefly on whether the added communication, deposit, and website tools justify an ongoing monthly charge.

Platforms

Dahree is available on web and iOS. Its synchronized calendars support moving between the web service and the iOS app, though the app's listed beta access is included with Standard.

Who it's for

Dahree is best suited to beauty service providers who want booking, client management, payments, and business tools in one platform. Its supported user types also include customers, employees, and administrators, while Teams is aimed at businesses that want tailored setup and workflow planning. Providers who only need basic online booking can begin with Basic; those who need app-based deposits, texts, or a custom domain should compare the paid tiers against their actual requirements.

Pros and cons

Pros: The free Basic plan includes a booking website, round-the-clock scheduling, email reminders, and basic analytics, giving solo providers core booking tools without a subscription.
Pros: Standard and Pro make the upgrade path clear, adding deposits, client texts, website options, and progressively more advanced scheduling and support.
Pros: Web and iOS calendar synchronization supports providers who manage appointments across both platforms.
Cons: Client text notifications and deposits via Zelle, Venmo, or Cash App require Standard or Pro, so Basic may not cover providers who depend on those tools.
Cons: A custom domain and waitlist management require Pro at 34.99 USD per month, an important cost for providers who need those features.
Cons: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, and failed payments may suspend access, so billing terms deserve attention before upgrading.

Verdict

Dahree is a sensible choice for beauty providers who want a free booking foundation and a direct upgrade path to client texts, deposits, and more advanced business tools. Its strongest case is the combination of booking, client, payment, and calendar functions across web and iOS; look elsewhere if the paid features you need make its monthly tiers a poor fit.
