Overview

Kleos brings creator contacts, notes, tags, conversation history and campaign records into one CRM, with unlimited creator records on the free plan. That makes it a useful place to start organizing a roster before paying, though unlimited records do not mean unlimited outreach: paid plans impose contactable-lead quotas.

Campaign options include product gifting, paid partnerships and Amplify, which rewards creators for qualified short-form video views. Paid Partnerships and Amplify are in beta and opened workspace by workspace, so teams should verify access before making either central to their campaign plan.

Key features

Creator records and campaign work

CSV, Klaviyo and HubSpot imports give teams a route to bring existing contact data into Kleos. The platform supports creator discovery, campaign management, performance analytics and creator payments, pairing roster management with campaign operations. That breadth is useful for teams seeking one workspace for these tasks, but the available facts do not establish how deep each capability is.

Shopify attribution and integrations

Kleos connects with Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta, TikTok and Stripe. It ties paid posts, gifted units and Amplify clips to Shopify orders through codes, links and UTMs, giving teams a way to connect creator activity with store orders.

AI agents and safeguards

The MCP connection works with Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and other compatible agents, and is included with every workspace at no added cost. Before an agent spends credits, launches a campaign or takes another consequential action, Kleos requires human approval. That gate matters for teams considering agent-assisted operations, though it does not remove the need to review proposed actions.

Data and security

Kleos says customers own their roster and can export their data at any time. Its privacy policy describes encryption in transit, access controls and audit logging to help protect personal data. These are useful safeguards for teams managing creator contacts and campaign records.

Pricing

The free plan is free, billed €0 per month forever. It includes unlimited creator records, notes, tags and full history, CSV, Klaviyo and HubSpot imports, and iPhone and Android apps. It is a strong starting point for maintaining a roster, but the plan description does not include paid-plan lead allowances, Shopify sync or support terms.

Starter costs 499.00 EUR per month, billed €499/ mo, with monthly billing. Annual billing gives 2 months free. It includes 500 contactable leads / mo, 3 team seats, Shopify sync and revenue attribution, plus email support. Starter fits a small team whose outreach stays within that lead cap and needs sales attribution; it is a substantial step up from the free plan for teams that only need contact records.

Scale costs 899.00 EUR per month, billed €899/ mo, also with monthly billing and 2 months free on annual billing. Its 1,500 contactable leads / mo and 10 team seats make it the more suitable paid tier for larger teams or higher-volume outreach, and it adds priority support. The higher allowance is still finite, so teams should match their expected contactable leads to the quota.

Full Suite has custom pricing and includes 10,000 sourcing credits per month. The plan description gives no seat or support terms, so its credit allowance alone is not enough to judge whether it fits a particular operation.

A separate Creator plan has no subscription and charges 3% on payments via Kleos, with no listing fee. The first 1,000 founding creators pay 2% for life. This is a creator-side payment arrangement, not a substitute for the brand plans above.

Platforms

Kleos supports web, iOS, Android and an API. The free plan specifically includes iPhone and Android apps; the platform-wide listing also includes web and API access.

Who it's for

Kleos suits brands that manage creator relationships over time and want Shopify order attribution alongside gifting and paid campaigns. The free tier makes sense for teams organizing a roster without a subscription. Starter is the practical paid choice for a three-seat team within 500 contactable leads per month; Scale is aimed at teams needing up to 10 seats and 1,500 contactable leads per month. It is less compelling for a team that primarily wants a large creator-discovery database or needs to depend on beta campaign features.

Pros and cons

Pro: Unlimited creator records on the free plan lets a team build its roster without a record cap.
Pro: Shopify order attribution connects paid posts, gifted units and Amplify clips to orders using codes, links and UTMs.
Pro: MCP agent access comes with every workspace, with human approval required before consequential actions.
Con: Paid plans cap contactable leads at 500 per month on Starter and 1,500 on Scale, which can constrain outreach as a program grows.
Con: Paid Partnerships and Amplify are beta features enabled workspace by workspace, making them a risky foundation for a fixed campaign workflow.
Con: Starter costs 499.00 EUR per month for three seats, a steep commitment for teams that only need CRM records.

Alternatives

Browse influencer marketing platforms to compare more options. Choose HypeAuditor if its free access, campaign management and demo versions of other features better match a team that wants to explore paid tooling. GRIN is worth comparing for a freemium option whose free tier is described as 200 monthly credits and has no card or trial clock. Consider KALO IQ if its free offering of 100M+ hand-verified US creators, profile previews and discovery filters is a closer fit. Janney AI is another freemium alternative, with a free tier of 10 one-time credits and a Starter plan at 99.00 USD per month.

REACH offers a different influencer-marketing platform option. Intellifluence has a free plan described for testing flat-rate influencer services, with one user, one campaign and five marketplace listings. Influence4You may suit teams comparing a browser plugin for influencer statistics with paid discovery at 590.00 EUR per month, excluding tax. Sheer is another freemium alternative to consider.

Verdict

Kleos is a good fit for a brand team that wants its creator CRM, gifting and campaign work connected to Shopify order attribution, especially if unlimited free roster records are useful before adoption. Its clearest reason to look elsewhere is the cost and finite lead quotas of paid plans, compounded by beta availability for Paid Partnerships and Amplify. Choose it when the attribution workflow and creator records justify those limits; otherwise, a discovery-led or lower-commitment alternative may be a better match.
