Overview

Dubb brings trackable camera and screen video into sales and customer-facing workflows, with CRM, email follow-up and automation alongside it. It suits professionals who want to connect video engagement to their next action. Its appeal is the combination of outreach and measurement; the Starter cap and separate Sales Agent charge make plan choice important.

Key features

Video outreach and tracking

Users can share videos with calls to action and pair them with email campaigns, automation and a built-in CRM. Real-time tracking of opens, page views, watch rates and CTA clicks gives teams signals to guide follow-up, rather than leaving them to judge outreach by sends alone. The Chrome Extension records, hosts, shares and tracks browser screen recordings; mobile recording and email follow-up also support work away from a desktop.

Integrations and AI Sales Agent

Direct integrations include Gmail, LinkedIn, Outlook, Salesforce, HubSpot, Mailchimp and Zapier. Dubb says it supports 3,000+ integrations, which may help teams connect outreach to an existing toolset. The Sales Agent can research leads, verify contact details, update a CRM, triage inboxes and run scheduled tasks. It is sold separately, so its automation should be evaluated as an additional cost, not assumed to come with a video plan.

Security and support

Dubb says communications use 256-bit TLS encryption and shared content can use AES-256 and end-to-end encryption. Authentication options include SAML, OAuth, passwords and optional two-factor authentication, with support for enterprise identity platforms. Dubb says it has introduced tools and processes to help with GDPR requirements and discusses HIPAA, PIPEDA and PHIPA configurations. A support center is available, and the team typically responds within 24 hours on business days.

Pricing

Dubb is freemium, with a 7-day trial for paid plans and no credit card required for the trial. The free Starter plan costs 0.00 USD per free and includes 25 SD videos, a 25MB upload limit, video email and SMS, basic landing pages, mobile and desktop apps, and self-serve support. That is a useful way to begin, but 25 videos and SD quality can constrain regular or polished outreach.

Pro costs 499.00 USD per year, billed annually, and includes unlimited videos in HD. At 42 /user/mo as the stated paid-from rate, it is the lower-cost paid step for users who need more than Starter's cap. Pro Plus costs 1080.00 USD per year, billed annually, and raises quality to 4K while retaining unlimited videos; it is a more relevant fit when that resolution matters than for teams whose priority is simply removing the video cap.

Dubb Sales Agent costs 50.00 USD per month, billed separately from Dubb plans, and includes 50,000 AI credits each month; additional actions use credits. That separate fee and usage allowance matter for anyone budgeting for both video outreach and agent workflows. Enterprise has custom pricing, with volume pricing for large teams, a dedicated account manager, admin and team controls, security and compliance controls, custom integrations and API, and SSO.

Platforms

Dubb supports Android, iOS, macOS, Windows and web, as well as an extension and API. This range covers mobile recording and desktop or browser workflows, while the API and enterprise integrations offer options for broader setups.

Who it's for

Dubb is aimed at sales, marketing, customer support, real estate, recruiting and coaching professionals. It is a stronger fit when video is part of a repeatable follow-up process and engagement tracking or CRM sync has practical value. Someone who only needs occasional recording may not benefit from the connected workflow enough to justify moving beyond Starter.

Pros and cons

Pros: Engagement tracking spans opens, page views, watch rates and CTA clicks, giving follow-up decisions measurable signals.
Pros: Video outreach, CRM, email workflows and a large integration set bring several parts of prospect communication together.
Pros: The free plan and 7-day paid trial give newcomers a way to assess the workflow before committing.
Cons: Starter is limited to 25 SD videos and 25MB uploads, so frequent use can make an upgrade necessary.
Cons: Sales Agent is a separate 50.00 USD per month purchase, and additional actions consume credits.
Cons: Pro Plus costs substantially more than Pro; its stated distinction is 4K video quality, which will not matter to every team.

Alternatives

For broader category comparisons, browse Video Prospecting Software, Video Messaging Software and Video Marketing.

Hippo Video is another freemium option with a free plan and trial, and supports Android, iOS, macOS, Windows, web and an extension. Bonjoro may suit readers comparing free video limits: its free plan allows up to 50 videos, and its Starter plan is 15.00 USD per month with annual pricing. Vidyard is worth comparing for a free mix of limited AI videos, recording, editing, sharing and integrations, with caps of five recorded videos per month and 15 AI videos.

Vimotion takes a different route, offering a first-video pilot with one hero video up to 60 seconds, two social cuts, brand kit onboarding and 1080p MP4 export. VideoProspect has a free plan with two pitch uploads and 10 personalized video generations. BHuman offers a free 15-credit tier for up to 15 personalized videos or one minute in Speakeasy. Buzz may be a better comparison for readers focused on an AI sales assistant; its Core plan is 79.00 USD per month per seat, billed monthly, with 500 credits and one seat. Castify offers a free tier with up to 10 videos, 30 minutes per video and five members, making it another option to compare for team recording.

Verdict

Choose Dubb if video outreach is part of a sales or customer-facing process and you want engagement signals, CRM sync and follow-up workflows in the same platform. Its main advantage is joining those steps; its main trade-offs are Starter's tight video limits and the Sales Agent's separate monthly cost. If you need only occasional recording or do not need connected follow-up, compare a simpler video tool before paying for a broader workflow.
