Overview

EasyHire.me is a hiring platform for employers and staffing teams that want to run video interviews and review candidates in one workflow. It is a strong fit when interviews need to be structured, shared, and assessed across a team; tight interview and storage limits make the lower-cost plans a poor match for sustained high-volume hiring.

Key features

Teams can run on-demand, live, and panel interviews, plus technical video interviews where candidates write and execute code. Templates and recordings support consistent questioning and later review, while candidate comparison and interview sharing give multiple reviewers material to discuss. That is useful for distributed hiring decisions, though the value depends on teams treating recorded evidence as more than a substitute for conversation.

AI tools can grade candidate responses, draft job descriptions and competency-focused questions, and analyze facial expressions and emotions. Automated transcription, SMS notifications, and practice interviews are also options. These tools can reduce preparation and review work, but emotion analysis and automated grading should remain supporting inputs: EasyHire.me says employers make the final hiring decisions.

Job posts can include company photos and videos, and white-label options cover a customized interface and email, a company domain, custom development, and a personalized job board. This makes the platform more suitable for organizations that want a branded applicant experience. Greenhouse integration supports setting up and conducting interviews in Greenhouse and accessing real-time notes and feedback. An API is also available for teams that need an integration path beyond the listed connection.

Candidate recordings and resumes may be processed into transcripts, summaries, skill assessments, and other evaluation outputs. The privacy notice says candidate data is not used to train EasyHire.me's general AI models without employer authorization, and states GDPR and U.S.-EU Privacy Shield commitments. Teams should account for the evaluation processing when deciding whether the platform fits their candidate-data practices.

Pricing

EasyHire.me uses a freemium model, with plans billed per job monthly unless noted. The free plan includes 1 job post monthly, 5 interviews monthly, 2 team members, and 2 weeks of interview storage. It is suitable for a small team trying a limited hiring workflow, but the short retention period and five-interview allowance quickly constrain active hiring.

Entry costs 49.00 USD per month and includes 10 interviews monthly, 3 team members, and 1 month of interview storage. It fits a small team with modest interview volume; its per-job billing and storage cap matter if hiring across multiple roles or revisiting candidates later.

Standard costs 99.00 USD per month and raises capacity to 100 interviews per job monthly, 20 team members, and 3 months of storage. It also adds account and email customization and advanced application collection features. The larger quota and reviewer pool suit teams coordinating across roles, though storage remains finite.

Enterprise uses custom pricing on an annual subscription tailored to needs and service volume. It includes unlimited interviews and jobs, unlimited team members, 6 months of storage, a personal team support manager, and team account branding. This is the plan for organizations needing scale and support; the annual commitment and custom price call for a closer fit assessment.

Platforms

EasyHire.me is available on the web and through an API. Live interviews, asynchronous interviews, recording, and templates are supported. The listed plan details identify 3 included team seats, while free and standard/enterprise tiers specify their own seat caps or unlimited access.

Who it's for

EasyHire.me suits employers and staffing organizations that want multiple interview formats, shared candidate review, and AI-assisted preparation in a single hiring workflow. It is less compelling for teams that need large interview volume on a low-cost plan, long recording retention, or a process that avoids AI-derived candidate evaluation.

Pros and cons

Pros: On-demand, live, panel, and code-based technical interviews cover different hiring needs without splitting the interview workflow across tools.
Pros: Candidate comparison, recorded interview sharing, and Greenhouse support help teams coordinate review and feedback.
Pros: White-label options and branded job posts let organizations tailor the candidate-facing experience.
Cons: Free and Entry plans cap interview volume, seats, and retention, so growing hiring needs can push teams to a higher tier.
Cons: Even Enterprise limits interview storage to 6 months, which may not suit teams that need longer-term access to recordings.
Cons: AI grading and emotion analysis call for careful human oversight in decisions about candidates.

Alternatives

Hyring is worth considering for teams that want a freemium option with a 50-credit monthly Free plan, one seat, and one active job post, or a Pro plan at 79.00 USD per month with five seats.

Aural is the alternative to consider when open-source software and self-hosting on your own infrastructure are priorities.

IntervueBox may suit a team looking for a free forever plan with a one-time 300-credit grant, 100 resume parses per month, and one user.

Talview is an option for organizations that prefer unit-based pricing and choosing individual features or bundles, with a typical minimum commitment of approximately 150 to 200 candidates.

Interviewer.AI is a paid alternative with a free trial; its Essential Edition costs 199.00 USD per month and includes 50 interview credits monthly, three job posts monthly, and 15 total user licenses.

One Way Interview is another video interview option to compare.

Criteria is worth considering for async and real-time interviews paired with transcripts, summaries, insights, branded experience, and standard ATS integrations, SSO, and MFA.

Hireflix may fit smaller companies seeking unlimited user seats, positions, and interview responses on its Small plan, priced at 75.00 USD per year billed monthly (billed yearly).

Verdict

Choose EasyHire.me if your hiring team needs several interview formats, shared candidate review, and AI-assisted tools with room to scale into branded workflows. Its main advantage is bringing interviews and evaluation into a collaborative process; look elsewhere if your budget depends on high volume with generous retention, or if AI-based candidate analysis is not appropriate for your hiring approach.
