Overview

Encompass-CX measures relationship strength for each decision-maker through its Buyer Equity model. That buyer-by-buyer view can reveal exposed revenue that an account-wide health score smooths over. Stakeholder management, relationship maps, whitespace analysis, account action tracking and CRM synchronization make it useful as both an account-planning layer and a relationship-risk monitor.

Blind-spot analysis compares an account team’s predictions about buyers with feedback from those buyers. This is valuable when internal confidence is higher than customer sentiment. AI then turns identified relationship gaps into suggested next steps, learning and coaching for account teams and managers, giving leaders a route from diagnosis to intervention rather than another dashboard to watch.

Deployment is described as taking days and fitting existing systems and workflows. That makes Encompass-CX better suited to augmenting an established revenue or customer-success operation than replacing its CRM.

Key features

Buyer-level risk detection

Mapping relationship strength by individual buyer helps teams see which stakeholder, not merely which account, is putting renewal or expansion at risk. It is especially relevant for complex buying groups where a single executive sponsor can conceal weak ties elsewhere.

AI-guided action and coaching

AI guidance connects relationship gaps with practical next steps, learning and coaching. Managers can use that output to reinforce account-team behavior, while practitioners get direction tied to a specific relationship problem.

Portfolio intelligence

The CX AI Hub adds portfolio-level intelligence, trend tracking and segmentation. It can push Buyer Equity data to Salesforce, HubSpot or a data warehouse, making it more useful for leaders who need cross-account patterns rather than isolated account reviews.

Integrations and controls

Integrations include Salesforce, HubSpot, Oracle Sales Cloud, Zoho, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics, monday.com and Marketo. Security provisions include SOC 2 Type II certification, GDPR compliance, AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Configurable US or EU data residency, SSO/SAML, role-based access control, a policy of not training AI on client data and annual third-party penetration testing support deployment in security-conscious organizations.

Pricing

The Encompass-CX plan uses custom pricing; visitors are directed to contact the company or book a briefing. No seat quota, usage allowance or plan-level limit is stated, so buyers should request a quote that spells out users, data volumes, integrations and renewal terms.

A free 30-day trial is offered. The trial is worth using to test whether buyer feedback, relationship mapping and action workflows fit existing account processes, but confirm the precise trial and post-trial terms before starting.

Platforms

Encompass-CX runs on the web. Its CRM and marketing integrations, plus data-warehouse export through the CX AI Hub, make browser access a practical fit for distributed B2B teams already working in cloud systems.

Who it's for

This is aimed at B2B organizations with strategic or high-value accounts. Revenue leaders can use portfolio trends and exposed-revenue signals; CX and client-health teams can investigate stakeholder risk; account leaders can turn gaps into tracked actions; and investors can use relationship intelligence when monitoring account quality. Small teams with few accounts may find the custom buying process and breadth harder to justify.

Pros and cons

Pros

Buyer-level visibility: identifies relationship weakness that account averages can hide.
Action orientation: AI guidance links gaps to next steps, learning and coaching.
Portfolio reach: the CX AI Hub supports trends, segmentation and exports to major systems or a data warehouse.
Enterprise safeguards: residency controls, SSO/SAML, role permissions and stated encryption and compliance measures support controlled adoption.

Cons

Custom pricing: prospective buyers cannot compare a published plan cost or stated quotas.
Strategic-account focus: the product’s value depends on enough stakeholders and account complexity to warrant relationship intelligence.
Trial terms need confirmation: a 30-day trial is offered, but commercial terms should be settled directly before evaluation.

Alternatives

Account Planning Software is the broader category to review when you want to compare planning approaches before committing to buyer-level relationship intelligence.

Choose Centralize instead for a free plan covering five Standard accounts, automatic organization charts and account maps, LinkedIn warm-connection sync and a Chrome extension.

Kandir is a better fit for a small starting footprint: its free plan covers one account plan, while the Individual plan costs $10.00 USD per month per account plan with a five-plan minimum.

Pick Visioner when mobile access and a low-cost account-monitoring entry point matter; its Basic plan is $12.00 USD per month for 10 accounts and includes email archiving and 100 Visioner Credits monthly.

BuyerRadar suits teams wanting credit-based AI contact enrichment, with a Professional plan at 50.00 EUR per month for 2,000 credits and API access.

Prolifiq CRUSH is an alternative for relationship mapping with a stated starting rate of $54.00 USD per year per user when billed annually.

Distribute Strategic Account Plan is a free web-based account-plan generator.

GSP Account Planner fits Salesforce-centered teams needing unlimited users at $450.00 USD per month via AppExchange.

ValueSelling Account Plan is another paid web option for teams following that planning approach.

Verdict

Choose Encompass-CX if strategic-account revenue depends on multiple stakeholders and you need relationship signals tied to coaching, actions and portfolio oversight. Its buyer-level risk model and enterprise controls are the main reasons to shortlist it. Look elsewhere if transparent pricing, a small-account free tier or a simpler planning workflow is more important than depth.
