Overview

Fieseros brings job scheduling, dispatch, customer records and billing into one service-business platform, with a dedicated workflow for handymen. It suits solo contractors and small teams that want to manage work from estimate through payment, especially when jobs recur or technicians work offline. Its breadth is a strength, but the free plan’s lifetime job cap makes it a trial of the workflow rather than a durable option for a busy business.

Key features

Estimates, records and field work

Handymen can quote flat-rate or time-and-materials work, then use photo checklists to record scope and document additions. Customer profiles keep repair history, notes, photos and equipment details such as model, serial number and warranty together, useful when customers call back about earlier work. The technician app stores job data, checklists, photos, signatures and time entries offline, syncing when the connection returns. That makes it better suited to field work in areas with unreliable service than a workflow that depends on constant connectivity.

Scheduling, payments and calls

Fieseros supports scheduling, dispatch, online booking and recurring seasonal maintenance visits with customer reminders. Invoices can include payment links, and customers can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank transfer. Stripe handles PCI compliance when connected, and Fieseros says it does not see or store card details in that setup.

The AI receptionist answers calls around the clock, qualifies and books leads, and routes urgent calls; it is powered by Vapi.ai. It is included in Business, not the lower paid plans, so teams that need call handling alongside a smaller seat allowance must weigh that plan step-up.

Integrations and platforms

Integrations include Google Calendar, Stripe, QuickBooks Online and Zapier, which connects to more than 6,000 apps. Fieseros supports Android, iOS, web and API access. API access and webhooks are included in Professional, while the listed integrations cover common calendar, payment and accounting needs.

Pricing

Fieseros has a free plan and a 14-day trial. The free plan is $0 forever and includes leads and customers, quotes and estimates, a basic calendar, invoices and payments, before-and-after photos, digital signatures and a customer portal. Its 100 lifetime jobs cap is the key constraint: it can suit a new business evaluating the workflow, but not ongoing use beyond a small volume of work.

Starter costs 29.00 USD per month and removes the job cap, with up to 5 users, Customer 360, online booking, an employee portal, time tracking, review management and 5GB of storage. It is the practical entry point for a small team, though it does not include the AI tools or recurring jobs listed on higher tiers.

Professional costs 79.00 USD per month and allows up to 10 users. It adds an AI assistant and quote generator, WhatsApp and omnichannel inbox, workflow and forms builders, marketing campaigns, API access and webhooks, and 50GB of storage. This tier fits teams that need more automation and customer communication options, rather than simply more seats.

Business costs 149.00 USD per month for up to 25 users. It adds the voice AI receptionist, AI dispatcher, GPS and live technician map, inventory and purchase orders, recurring jobs, role permissions and 200GB of storage. The higher price is most defensible for teams that will use its dispatch, recurring-work or call-handling capabilities; smaller operations may not need the added capacity.

Enterprise has custom pricing and unlimited users, plus white-labeling, advanced security, HIPAA, SSO, data retention and custom onboarding. It also includes priority support and a dedicated manager, making it the tier for organizations with security, implementation or service needs beyond the set plans.

Who it's for

Fieseros is aimed at solo contractors, handyman businesses, home repair services, residential and commercial handymen, multi-technician teams and new startups. It is a particularly strong fit for businesses combining estimates, field documentation, payments and recurring maintenance. A contractor who only needs a basic customer list and a few monthly estimates may find the free plan’s cap restrictive and the paid platform broader than necessary.

Pros and cons

Pros

One workflow from quote to payment: Estimates, scheduling, field records, invoices and payment options sit within the same product.
Useful for repeat service: Customer equipment records and recurring seasonal visits with reminders support ongoing maintenance relationships.
Offline technician work: Core job materials and time entries can be saved locally and synced later, reducing dependence on a live connection.
Clear growth path: The plans expand seat limits and storage while adding capabilities such as AI dispatch and GPS tracking.

Cons

Free use is sharply limited: The 100-job lifetime allowance is unsuitable as a lasting plan for a regularly working contractor.
Higher tiers are needed for standout automation: The AI receptionist and recurring jobs require Business at 149.00 USD per month.
Seat and storage ceilings remain on set plans: Starter, Professional and Business cap users at 5, 10 and 25 respectively, with storage from 5GB to 200GB.

Alternatives

Wallist is a freemium alternative with a free plan for company profiles, photo galleries, service catalogs, reviews and social links; choose it when a business profile and promotion matter more than Fieseros’ end-to-end job workflow.

Contractor+ offers a free tier with basic CRM, up to 250 leads and clients, and up to five estimates or invoices per month; it may suit a contractor whose immediate need is a small-volume CRM and quoting rather than Fieseros’ wider field workflow.

Tradify has a Lite plan at 47.00 USD per month per user, with job management, scheduling and Google Calendar sync, quoting and invoicing; consider it if those core job tools are the priority and a per-user price is acceptable.

FieldVibe offers a free one-user plan with unlimited jobs and clients, manual reminders, a single device, business website and price book. It is worth considering for a solo operator who values unlimited job volume over Fieseros’ broader team and automation features.

MrTask is another paid handyman software option.

FieldAx offers a 39.00 USD per month Unlimited plan, billed quarterly, with unrestricted access to all features and no additional Salesforce platform license; it may appeal to readers seeking that licensing arrangement.

Handymanda costs 49.00 USD per month, with technicians available at $10/month/user and managers at $20/month/user; compare it if those team pricing terms better match your staffing needs.

Joist is another paid option for readers comparing handyman software.

Verdict

Fieseros is a strong choice for a handyman business that wants estimates, field documentation, payments and recurring maintenance in one system, with offline support for technicians. The main reason to choose it is that end-to-end workflow; the main reason to look elsewhere is the price of the tiers needed for AI reception, dispatch and recurring jobs. Solo contractors should first decide whether Starter’s 5-user plan is enough, while larger teams should judge Business against how much they will use its added tools.
