Overview

Flexitive combines responsive design, variation generation, database-connected content, and multiformat exports in a production workflow. That breadth can help teams reuse creative across placements and audiences rather than rebuilding each asset. Its free plan is useful for a limited evaluation, but five static JPG export credits per month are too few for sustained campaign production.

Key features

Responsive designs and variations

Designs can adapt to fixed dimensions or fully responsive sizes, while Dynamic Design Production generates versions for different demographics, languages, and locations. This is a practical match for campaigns that need consistent creative across placements and markets. For a designer making only a small number of one-off graphics, those production capabilities may be more than the job requires.

Live data and multiformat output

Text, images, and video can connect to a customer's database, so content updates can carry across designs. That can cut down on repetitive edits in campaigns with changing information. Exports include HTML5, MP4 video, animated GIF, JPG, PNG, and layered PDF files, making the platform useful for more than static ad units.

Ad delivery and accessibility

Flexitive supports exports for more than 40 ad servers and DSPs, including Google Ad Manager, Google Ads, and The Trade Desk. For teams distributing ads across those services, this integration breadth can make the export workflow more relevant than a general-purpose design tool. HTML5 content can include screen reader support through aria labels, alt text, and adjustable tab order, giving teams options to make their output more accessible.

Enterprise controls

Enterprise plans include automation APIs for data feeds, master designs, automated variations, and bulk live-file exports, as well as single sign-on. Those capabilities suit organizations that need to connect creative production to existing systems or account controls. They are not part of the lower tiers, so teams that need API-driven production or SSO must budget for the Enterprise minimum.

Pricing

Flexitive uses a freemium model, with paid plans from $29/user/mo (annual). Free is free and allows a maximum of 1 user with 5 static JPG export credits per month. It is a low-commitment way for a solo user to try the workflow, but the export cap makes it unsuitable for regular production.

Premium costs $29 /user/month (billed annually) or $34 /user/month (billed monthly), with a maximum of 1 user and the option to add an Omnichannel Export Credit Package. It suits an individual producer who needs paid access and more export capacity, though the single-seat limit rules out shared team use.

Teams costs $59 /user/month (billed annually) or $74 /user/month (billed monthly), with a minimum of 2 users and the option to add an Omnichannel Export Credit Package. It fits a small production team that needs multiple seats. Enterprise is custom pricing, billed from $89 /user/month (billed annually), with a minimum of 5 users and the same export-credit package option; its APIs and SSO make it the relevant tier for larger or more integrated operations.

A free trial is available. Paid plans can add export credit packages, so teams with substantial output should account for their export needs when comparing tiers.

Platforms

Flexitive is available on the web and as a desktop app for Windows and Mac. The browser app can be accessed using Chrome, giving teams a browser-based option alongside desktop availability.

Who it's for

Flexitive is best suited to brands and agencies that routinely adapt campaigns for multiple sizes, audiences, or destinations. Its live-data connections and variation tools are especially relevant when updates need to propagate across a set of designs. Solo users can start on Free or Premium, while teams should weigh the seat minimums and export-credit needs against their volume. It is a weaker fit for occasional design work or anyone who needs only a handful of static exports each month.

Pros and cons

Pros: Responsive sizing and generated audience variations can reduce repeated production work across placements and markets.
Pros: Database-connected text, images, and video let changing content carry across designs.
Pros: HTML5, video, GIF, image, and layered PDF exports cover a broad range of creative delivery needs.
Pros: Exports for more than 40 ad servers and DSPs, plus Enterprise APIs and SSO, serve teams with established ad-delivery or account-control requirements.
Cons: Free is limited to one user and five static JPG exports per month, a narrow allowance for active campaign work.
Cons: Teams requires at least two users, and Enterprise at least five, which can make those tiers a poor fit for smaller organizations.
Cons: API automation and SSO are reserved for Enterprise, so organizations needing those controls must move to custom pricing.

Verdict

Choose Flexitive if your brand or agency needs repeatable production of responsive, data-connected creative across placements and audience variations. Its strongest case is bringing that production and ad-platform export work into one workflow. Look elsewhere if a five-export monthly free allowance is all you need, or if your organization cannot justify the seat minimums and Enterprise pricing required for advanced automation and SSO.
