Overview

Rather than focusing only on warmup volume, TrulyInbox combines generated warmup messages with deliverability tracking and account-health checks. That breadth can help outreach teams spot setup and reputation issues as well as manage sending preparation. Its shared warmup network, custom schedules, spam monitoring, and multiple-mailbox support suit operations with several inboxes; the free tier is better treated as a narrow starting point than a team plan.

Key features

Warmup and deliverability

TrulyInbox generates industry- and topic-specific warmup messages across more than 50 industries and 12 languages. Four strategies—AI Adaptive, Progressive, Random, and Flat—give teams different approaches to warmup, while the daily allowance ultimately limits activity. Deliverability tracking includes a 90-day history, ESP-level breakdowns, a score from 0 to 100, and an outreach-readiness status. These measures offer a useful view of trends and readiness, but they do not replace fixing underlying account or domain issues.

Account health and connections

SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and MX checks, domain and IP blacklist monitoring, setup scores, and guidance for failed checks extend the service beyond warmup. Google and Microsoft accounts can connect through one-click OAuth; SMTP/IMAP is also supported, with support for more than 18 email providers. That range is useful for mixed-provider teams, though the stated account-count guidance still matters when selecting a plan.

API, security, and support

The Open API covers account management, warmup controls, deliverability checks, and activity reports; REST API and webhook integrations are intended for custom workflows and sales tools. The API limit is 20 requests per minute per key, a constraint to consider for frequent automated polling. The privacy policy says data is encrypted in transit with TLS/SSL and at rest with AES-256, access is role-based, and hosting uses SOC 2 compliant cloud infrastructure. It also says the service does not read, store, or analyze regular email content outside warmup or collect metadata from regular business or personal email. Support ranges from self-service on Free to a 48-hour response tier on Starter and 24-hour email/chat support on higher paid tiers.

Pricing

TrulyInbox has a free plan, a 7-day trial on paid plans without a required credit card, and a 14-day money-back guarantee. The price steps are substantial, so the right plan depends on the number of inboxes and the daily warmup allowance needed.

Free: 0.00 USD per free, free forever. It includes one account, 10 warmup emails per day, and basic deliverability tracking. That is enough to explore the service, but too restrictive for meaningful multi-inbox outreach.
Starter: $22/mo (annual), billed annually at $264/year; $29/mo if paid monthly. It allows 200 warmup emails per day and unlimited accounts, and is best suited for 3 inboxes. The larger allowance and account flexibility are a clear step up, but 200 daily emails may constrain higher-volume use. Starter support has a 48-hour response tier.
Growth: $84/mo (annual), billed annually at $1,008/year; $99/mo if paid monthly. It raises the allowance to 1,000 warmup emails per day, with unlimited accounts, and is best suited for 15 inboxes. This is the more plausible fit for a growing team whose warmup needs outstrip Starter.
Scale: $169/mo (annual), billed annually at $2,028/year; $199/mo if paid monthly. It provides 3,000 warmup emails per day and unlimited accounts, with a suggested fit of 50 inboxes. The higher cap serves larger operations, at a markedly higher commitment.
Scale Plus: $407/mo (annual), billed annually at $4,884/year; $479/mo if paid monthly. It shows 5,000 warmup emails per day and a 65% reply rate, and is best suited for 100 inboxes. It targets the largest stated mailbox scale, but carries the highest price.

Higher paid tiers include 24-hour email/chat support. The annual prices reduce the monthly equivalent compared with paying month to month, but require committing to a full year; the free plan avoids that commitment at the cost of a very small quota.

Platforms

TrulyInbox is available on web and through an API. That combination suits teams working in a browser as well as those connecting warmup and reporting to custom workflows. It is not presented as a mobile platform.

Who it's for

Sales teams, recruiters, marketers, agencies, and businesses running cold outreach or campaigns are the intended audience. It is most compelling for teams that value authentication checks and deliverability visibility alongside warmup. Solo users or teams with minimal daily warmup needs can start on Free; organizations running dozens of inboxes should weigh the higher-tier quotas and annual cost against their actual volume.

Pros and cons

Pro: Warmup supports 50+ industries, 12 languages, and four strategies, giving teams room to tailor activity.
Pro: Authentication checks, blacklist monitoring, and 90-day deliverability history cover issues a warmup quota alone cannot reveal.
Pro: OAuth plus SMTP/IMAP and an Open API accommodate varied email setups and custom workflows.
Con: Free is capped at one account and 10 warmup emails per day, limiting its usefulness beyond evaluation.
Con: Even Starter's 200 emails per day may be restrictive for higher-volume operations, while larger allowances require much costlier plans.
Con: Annual billing is substantially cheaper than monthly payment, but raises the commitment for teams still estimating their needs.
Con: API users must work within a limit of 20 requests per minute per key.

Alternatives

Compare other options in Email Warmup Software. Warmerly is worth considering for a free plan that combines one email account with campaign, lead, checking, and lookup allowances. SendScale Email Warmup offers a free tier with pre-warmed inboxes, warmup tools, conversational guidance, and campaign access. InboxPlan is a paid web option with a free trial. InboxWarm.ai is a paid option with a free trial and API access. MailStrike offers a paid Growth plan with up to six mailboxes, 12 placement tests per month, and 5,400 warming emails per month. Inbox Warmup offers a $1 first seven days followed by $39/month from day eight, with 5,000 monthly email credits. Mailwarmup is a paid web alternative with a Starter plan for one account and a maximum of 50 positive engagements per day. Warmbase starts at $9 / inbox / mo and includes 50 warmup emails per day per inbox, AI warmup conversations, and scheduling controls.

Verdict

Choose TrulyInbox if your outreach team wants warmup, authentication checks, blacklist monitoring, and deliverability tracking in one service. Its strongest appeal is the combination of operational controls and account-health visibility; its main drawback is the steep move from a highly limited free tier to annual paid plans. Teams with modest needs can try the free plan, while high-volume users should confirm that the daily quota and API request limit fit their workflow before committing.
