Overview

FranchiseLauncher combines a CRM with FDD delivery, franchisee operations, royalty collection, and training. That breadth can reduce the need to manage prospects and franchise locations in separate systems, particularly for teams handling both development and ongoing network support. It also serves franchise consultants and developers, with white-label options for those reselling software to clients. The free plan is better treated as a narrow starting point than as a full operating system: one user, five FDD sends per month, and 1 GB of storage limit how much of the platform a team can use.

Key features

Lead management and disclosure

The CRM supports CSV imports, activity tracking, pipeline stages, follow-ups, and team assignment; lead routing and location records help structure prospects and the network they may join. Electronic FDD delivery adds DocuSeal e-signatures, FTC 14-day tracking, timestamped audit trails, and reminders. Keeping sales and disclosure steps together is useful for franchisors who need to follow prospect activity alongside required document processes.

Operations, royalties, and training

Mobile-friendly store visit forms include weighted scoring and corrective actions, while territory mapping tools help teams work with franchise territories. The franchisee portal supports royalty invoicing and ACH collection; Square POS integration is included on Business. The LMS covers courses, quizzes, certifications, and progress tracking, which gives franchisors a way to monitor franchisee training within the same platform. Secure document storage and granular role permissions are intended to control access to leads, documents, and franchise data.

Pricing

FranchiseLauncher has a free plan, paid plans, and a 30-day free trial stated for Enterprise. Paid pricing is billed monthly at the amounts shown:

Plan	Price	What it includes
Free	Free	1 user, 5 FDD sends/month, 1 GB document vault
Pro	49.00 USD per month	Up to 5 users, unlimited FDD sends, email and SMS, franchisee portal, 10 GB document vault
Business	99.00 USD per month	10 users, lead assignment, royalty management, advanced analytics, Square POS integration, 15 GB vault
Enterprise	199.00 USD per month	Unlimited users, white label and custom domain, priority support, custom onboarding, 50 GB vault
Agency	299.00 USD per month	Unlimited users, unlimited white-label sub-accounts, multi-tenant dashboard, client billing management, 100 GB vault

Free can suit a solo user exploring a small volume of disclosures, but five monthly FDD sends and 1 GB of storage are restrictive for an active franchise operation. Pro raises the ceiling to five users and removes the FDD-send cap, making it a more practical entry plan for a small team; it does not include the listed royalty management or Square POS integration. Business fits a 10-user operation that needs those royalty and analytics tools, while Enterprise is the step up for unlimited users, custom-domain branding, and onboarding support. Agency is aimed at service providers managing multiple client-branded accounts, with a multi-tenant dashboard and client billing. Storage rises from 10 GB on Pro to 100 GB on Agency, so document-heavy networks should weigh vault capacity as well as user limits.

Platforms

FranchiseLauncher is available on the web and is described as a cloud-based system.

Who it's for

Franchisors and franchise development teams are the clearest fit: the CRM, FDD controls, training, and store-operation tools cover both recruitment and ongoing network workflows. Franchise consultants and developers may also benefit, especially when white-label resale matters. A solo operator with only occasional disclosure needs can start on Free, but teams that need more users, document capacity, or royalty workflows will need a paid plan.

Pros and cons

Pro: Sales, FDD delivery, operations, royalties, and training sit in one system, which can keep prospect and franchisee work connected.
Pro: FDD delivery includes e-signatures, 14-day tracking, audit trails, and reminders, useful for teams coordinating disclosure steps.
Pro: Enterprise and Agency support white-label use, with Agency adding sub-accounts, multi-tenant management, and client billing.
Con: Free is limited to one user, five FDD sends a month, and 1 GB, so it is not a substantial long-term plan for most growing teams.
Con: Capacity and feature access vary by tier: royalty management and Square POS integration are listed for Business, while white label and custom domains begin at Enterprise.

Alternatives

For a broader set of franchise-focused CRM choices, browse Franchise CRM Software. If the need is franchise discovery or brand inquiries rather than internal franchise operations, FranChat offers free brand profiles and franchise browsing, though its free listing does not provide leads. Franchise Launchpad is a web option with a free-forever plan and no credit card requirement. FranTools is another web-based franchise management option with a free plan and trial; its listed Start Up plan covers website, CRM, territories, training, analytics, royalties, and onboarding. FRM Solutions may suit teams seeking an enterprise franchise solution across web, mobile, and API platforms. FranchiZeManager is worth considering when a location-based fee and module selection are a better fit. Franchora is another paid option for teams comparing franchise software. FranConnect is a paid platform available across web, desktop, mobile, and API platforms, with pricing dependent on modules, integrations, migration, and rollout scope. FranDash is another paid option available on web and mobile.

Verdict

FranchiseLauncher is a strong fit for franchisors that want sales, disclosure, training, and franchisee operations coordinated in one cloud platform, with a clear upgrade path from a small team to white-label agency use. Choose it for that workflow breadth and its FDD controls; look elsewhere if the free plan's user, send, and storage caps are all you can accommodate, or if your needs are centered on franchise discovery rather than network management.
