Overview

The studio brings more than 100 models into one app, including models from OpenAI, Google DeepMind, Anthropic, xAI, ByteDance, Runway, ElevenLabs and Black Forest Labs. That breadth is useful when a project spans formats, but the credit wallet makes plan choice important: generation costs vary, even though getvivix shows each cost before a run and says it reverses credits for failed generations.

Caption Studio adds a defined post-generation task. It transcribes video with OpenAI Whisper, lets users edit transcript text and timing, and exports vertical MP4s with burned-in captions in 17 templates. That should help short-form publishers finish captioned clips without moving to a separate captioning tool, but the offering is not positioned as a full video-editing suite.

Key features

Model access and API

Video, image, audio and text models sit behind one interface, giving creators room to try different approaches without assembling a set of specialist services. For occasional exploration, the visible per-generation cost and reversed failed-run deductions are useful safeguards. For sustained production, the monthly credits and clip allowances are the more important constraints. API access covers image, video, voice and lipsync models on Pro and Ultimate; usage comes from the same credit wallet, so API work does not provide a separate usage pool.

Privacy and consent

The FAQ says prompts and outputs are not used to train AI models and generation history is private by default, with public sharing opt-in. Face and voice features are consent-gated, and personalized voice creation requires consent. Those controls are relevant for creators handling sensitive material, though users should still consider any additional rules imposed by the underlying model providers.

Pricing

The free plan is free, forever, and includes 3 signup credits, 1 clip credit, access to all models and watermarked outputs. It is a low-commitment way to explore the studio, not a practical ongoing option for publishing commercial work: free outputs are for personal use, and the credit allowance is small. Free credits reset monthly.

Standard costs 10.00 USD per month for 1,000 credits, 80 clip credits per month, access to all models, no watermark and a commercial license. It is the entry paid option for regular individual use. Pro costs 15.00 USD per month for 1,500 credits and 120 clip credits per month, adding priority processing and API access; it suits users who value faster processing or programmatic access. Pro Plus costs 30.00 USD per month for 3,000 credits and 240 clip credits per month, with priority processing and a commercial license, making it a larger allowance for recurring work. Ultimate costs 50.00 USD per month for 5,000 credits and 400 clip credits per month, priority processing, API access and the highest-quality lanes. It is the clearest fit for heavier use where those lanes matter.

Paid-plan credits expire at the end of each billing cycle, so unused monthly allowance does not roll forward. A 1,000-credit pack costs 10.00 USD per once, a 2,500-credit pack costs 25.00 USD per once, and a 5,000-credit pack costs 50.00 USD per once; each pack is valid for 90 days. Packs offer a way to add credits without changing a monthly plan, but their expiry still matters for intermittent users.

The Standard or Pro trial costs 1.00 USD per once for three days and includes 10% of the selected plan's monthly credits, credited toward the first month. At trial end, the remaining $9 for Standard or $14 for Pro is charged unless cancelled. Paid tiers license outputs for commercial use, but model-provider restrictions may also apply. No seat counts are specified in these plan terms, so the published allowances are best judged as individual credit and clip quotas rather than team capacity.

Platforms

getvivix is available on the web and is listed for Android and iOS. The web app is responsive on phones and tablets; native iOS and Android apps are on the late-2026 roadmap. Mobile users can use the browser experience, but should not assume a native app is already part of the offering.

Who it's for

The maker names content creators, social-ad marketers, indie game developers, storytellers, researchers, educators and founders as intended users. The strongest fit is someone who benefits from switching between generated media types or regularly needs captioned vertical clips. It is a weaker fit for users who need a specialist book-cover workflow, guaranteed commercial rights without paying, or a fixed output cost independent of model choice.

Pros and cons

Pros: More than 100 models across four media types make one account useful for varied creative work.
Pros: Per-run credit costs are shown before generation, and failed-run deductions are reversed, helping users manage variable usage.
Pros: Caption Studio combines transcription, editable timing and text, and 17 vertical-caption templates in one workflow.
Cons: The free plan's 3 signup credits and 1 clip credit are limited, and its watermarked outputs are personal-use only.
Cons: Monthly paid credits expire at cycle end, which can make a fixed allowance inefficient for irregular workloads.
Cons: API calls draw from the existing wallet, so integrating the API does not expand the plan's quota.

Alternatives

For a focused book-cover comparison, start with AI Book Cover Generators. Choose CoverForge instead if you want a cover-specific tool with unlimited design previews and watermarked 1024px exports on its free plan, then a 1600 × 2400 HD export as a one-time purchase. Publbee Cover Studio is another book-cover alternative, with a free plan and web and extension access.

Coverfairy is a cover-focused option with desktop-platform availability as well as web access; its free plan includes four one-time AI image credits and watermarked drafts. Choose Cover Studio AI when layout and export needs matter more: its free Draft plan includes paperback, hardcover and eBook layouts, artwork uploads, trim and spine calculations, and PDF and Kindle exports.

BookCover AI offers a free web plan with 10 credits, up to 10 covers, four basic styles and high-resolution downloads. BookCoverDesign.ai is a freemium web alternative whose Standard plan includes monthly credits, batch generation and watermark-free downloads. For a web cover workflow with a free tier, consider Librava.ai; SpineTitle offers three covers per month free and a Pro plan with 30 covers and all sizes.

Verdict

Choose getvivix if you want one studio for varied AI media generation and a practical captioning step, and can match your workload to its credit and clip quotas. Its model breadth, visible run costs and paid commercial license are the strongest reasons to use it. Look elsewhere if you need a dedicated book-cover tool, if free commercial output is essential, or if expiring monthly credits do not suit your usage pattern.
