Overview

Goliday is a hosted vacation-rental website and direct-booking platform with synchronization for external booking channels. It suits owners and managers of bed-and-breakfasts, boutique hotels and serviced apartments who want a standalone booking site without taking on hosting and maintenance. Its commission-free model is appealing, but the 50-property cap and paid-plan costs matter as a portfolio grows.

Key features

Modular templates are intended to let owners build a site without technical knowledge. Hosting, maintenance and support are included, with support by live chat, email and phone. Goliday claims 99.9% accessibility; that is a stated availability figure, not a promise that service will never be interrupted.

The booking engine takes direct reservations, while calendar synchronization helps coordinate availability with external platforms. Owners can also add outside bookings manually. Goliday says it has been a Google Vacation Rental Partner since 2025 and that its listings appear on Google Hotels and Maps, giving its direct-booking site a connection to those discovery channels.

PRO includes credit-card payments and 13 website languages, with manual or automatic translation. Bank transfer, PayPal and cheque are also listed as payment options in France. Goliday says it charges no booking commissions or service fees, a clear advantage for operators seeking direct reservations. Its terms limit uploads to 40 photos per dwelling during a subscription, so hosts with image-heavy listings will need to work within that cap.

For credit-card payments processed through PayPal, Goliday's terms say it does not access customers' payment-method data. The terms also describe physical access security for servers and an upstream firewall with email alerts for abnormal events.

Pricing

The FREE plan is free, billed yearly, and covers one property, one language and up to 100 additional pages. It is a useful way to establish a small, single-language site, but it does not provide the multiple languages or custom domain included with paid plans.

PRO costs 25.00 EUR per month, billed monthly, prices without VAT. It covers 1–50 properties, multiple languages, a custom domain and up to 100 additional pages. This is the fit for operators who need those site options and remain within the listed property range. Although the general pricing note says paid plans start at €15/mo (annual), the named PRO plan is priced at 25.00 EUR per month on monthly billing.

PREMIUM costs 299.00 EUR per month, billed monthly, prices without VAT, for 50–5000 properties. It includes multiple languages, a custom domain and up to 100 additional pages, making it the stated tier for larger portfolios; its substantial monthly charge is difficult to justify for a small operator. Goliday offers a 15-day free trial with no card or other payment details required, and it ends automatically. The free plan and trial make it possible to assess the service before a recurring paid commitment.

Platforms

Goliday is available on the web. A custom domain is included with PRO and PREMIUM, while FREE is limited to one language and one property.

Who it's for

Goliday is strongest for accommodation owners and managers who want their own direct-booking website, calendar coordination with external channels and no booking commissions. FREE can suit a single-property operator comfortable with one language; PRO is the more practical choice for those needing a custom domain, multiple languages or a larger portfolio. Operators above 50 properties need to consider PREMIUM, while anyone who depends on more than 40 photos per dwelling should weigh the image cap carefully.

Pros and cons

Pro: Direct bookings carry no commission or service fee, according to Goliday, which can suit operators seeking reservations through their own site.
Pro: Hosting, maintenance and several support channels are included, reducing the need to manage separate website infrastructure.
Pro: Calendar synchronization, manual entry of external bookings and Google Hotels/Maps visibility support a site that works alongside outside channels.
Con: FREE allows only one property and one language; multiple languages and a custom domain require a paid plan.
Con: Uploads are limited to 40 photos per dwelling, which may constrain visually rich listings.
Con: PRO tops out at 50 properties, while PREMIUM costs 299.00 EUR per month, billed monthly, prices without VAT.

Alternatives

Consider Dtravel if a free tier with up to 25 listings is more important than avoiding booking fees: its Starter plan is 0.00 USD per month and charges a 5% booking fee, rising to 9% for referred bookings. Goliday instead says it charges no booking commissions or service fees.

Houfy is worth comparing if a free web option with calendar sync and unlimited photos better suits your priorities; its Houfy Free plan has a one-time $5.99 host verification charge per account to appear in Houfy search. That photo policy contrasts with Goliday's 40-photo-per-dwelling cap.

Choose Tokeet if you need a platform offered on Android and iOS as well as web. Hospitable is another alternative with a free plan and Android and iOS apps. i-Rent may suit readers seeking a paid option with Android, iOS, API and web availability; its Rental Manager plan is 72.00 EUR per month for 5–24 properties. iGMS is a paid alternative whose FLEX plan charges per booked night, with a $20 per property/month minimum and 0% booking fee. Lodgix has a paid 1–7 Properties plan at 79.99 USD per month. Hostex is a paid alternative with a Basic tier for up to two properties and no booking fee.

Verdict

Goliday is a strong fit for small lodging operators who want a hosted direct-booking site, channel calendar coordination and commission-free reservations without managing their own infrastructure. Choose FREE for a one-property, one-language starting point, or PRO when a custom domain, multiple languages or more properties are necessary. Look elsewhere if the 40-photo cap is too restrictive, if you need an app rather than web access, or if your portfolio makes the PREMIUM monthly price poor value.
