Overview

Employees can use a web portal or mobile app to access therapy, coaching, psychometric assessments, and self-help resources. Sessions are offered online or in person, with next-day availability stated, and the provider network spans more than 1,500 therapists and coaches across more than 60 countries and 70+ languages. That breadth is useful for distributed teams, while the per-session charge means the employer's platform fee alone does not fund treatment.

Employers can view utilization and wellbeing trends through analytics and insights. MindFi says reporting is anonymized and aggregate, with no individual data shared. It also states that it is GDPR compliant and ISO 27001:2022 certified, uses TLS 1.2 in transit and 256-bit encryption at rest, conducts annual third-party penetration tests, and hosts the platform on Google Cloud Platform in Singapore. These controls may matter to organizations evaluating sensitive employee wellbeing data.

Key features

Therapy and coaching: Access to licensed therapists and certified coaches, with online or in-person sessions and stated next-day availability. This is the core choice for employers who want professional care access, but the separate session fee should be budgeted alongside the platform plan.
Self-care and programs: Employees can use self-help resources and wellness programs. Business adds a wellbeing library and live webinars, giving teams a broader digital offering than Basic.
Assessments: Psychometric assessments are available through the employee app, adding a structured wellbeing resource alongside care and self-help.
Employer reporting: Analytics cover utilization and wellbeing trends. Aggregate, anonymized reporting is a more privacy-conscious basis for employer visibility than individual-level reporting.
Support and launch: Basic includes 24/7 call, chat, and email support, and employee care support is described as round-the-clock. Employers can configure a plan and budget, invite the team, and launch without lengthy onboarding or contracts, which may suit organizations seeking a lighter setup.
Security and integrations: Enterprise includes SAML single sign-on and HRIS directory sync; both are also listed as add-ons in the plan comparison. This makes those integrations relevant to larger organizations, though they are not included in the stated Business package.

Pricing

MindFi uses a freemium model. Therapy is billed separately on all plans, starting at $35/session, so compare the platform cost with the expected volume of care rather than treating the subscription as an all-in benefit.

Basic — free: A free platform-fee plan for teams of fewer than 20, with 24/7 access to licensed psychologists and counsellors, web and mobile access, and 24/7 call, chat, and email support. Therapy starts at $35/session. It is a practical entry point for small teams that want access and support without a platform fee, but it does not include the Business wellbeing library, webinars, or trend tracking.
Business — 30.00 USD per month: Billed per employee, for teams of 20+ with a minimum of 5 users. It adds a wellbeing library, live webinars, and the ability to track mental wellbeing over time; therapy still starts at $35/session. It fits employers that want a recurring digital program and trend tracking, but the per-employee fee and separate therapy charges need to be included in the budget.
Enterprise — custom pricing: For teams of 500+, with a custom platform fee, advanced reporting, wellbeing pulse surveys, SAML SSO, and HRIS directory sync. Therapy starts at $35/session. It is the relevant tier for large organizations needing advanced reporting and workforce-system integrations; smaller teams do not meet its stated size threshold.

Platforms

MindFi is available on Android, iOS, and the web, covering employees who prefer a mobile app as well as those using a browser.

Who it's for

MindFi is best suited to employers that want to offer access to therapy and coaching alongside self-help resources, wellness programs, and aggregate wellbeing reporting. Basic lowers the platform-cost barrier for teams under 20; Business serves teams of at least 20, subject to a five-user minimum; and Enterprise targets organizations of 500 or more. It is less suitable for an employer expecting a subscription to cover therapy itself, since sessions incur an additional fee on every tier.

Pros and cons

Pro: A network spanning more than 60 countries and 70+ languages can serve geographically varied teams.
Pro: Anonymized, aggregate reporting gives employers visibility into utilization and wellbeing trends without sharing individual data, according to MindFi.
Pro: The free Basic plan includes web and mobile access plus round-the-clock support for teams under 20.
Con: Therapy starts at $35/session on every plan, leaving treatment costs outside the platform fee.
Con: Business requires a team of 20+ and at least 5 users, limiting fit for smaller employers seeking its library, webinars, or trend tracking.
Con: Enterprise is reserved for teams of 500+, so organizations below that threshold cannot use its stated advanced reporting and integrations tier.

Alternatives

Employee Wellbeing Software is a useful starting point for comparing options across the category. Consider YuMuuv instead if you want a freemium option with a free trial and company pricing based on registered participants and challenge duration, including unlimited challenges during the selected period. Avidon Health may suit buyers looking for a paid option with a free trial; its Business plan starts at 35.00 USD per month, with most business plans billed annually and flexible billing options depending on the plan.

Personify Health is another paid platform, with pricing available by demo or contact. Thrive Global is a paid alternative. Wellness360 offers a custom quote and a tailored enterprise portal. JAAQ at Work is a paid option available only via BUPA, with hosted or embedded delivery. VIWELL Engage uses demo-based pricing. Modern Health uses employer-sponsored PEPM pricing discussed directly with the provider, with features and services determined by the benefit package.

Verdict

Choose MindFi if your organization wants professional therapy and coaching access paired with employee resources and anonymized employer trend reporting, especially across a geographically dispersed workforce. The free Basic tier makes a small-team starting point possible, while Business and Enterprise add progressively richer employer tools. Look elsewhere if your priority is an all-inclusive therapy benefit: session charges remain separate regardless of plan.
