Overview

Jobin searches more than 2.5 billion worldwide contacts with AI filters and scoring, and its Chrome extension supports bulk sourcing from LinkedIn profiles, groups, posts, events, and first-degree connections. Recruiters can then rank candidates, summarize profiles, and score and shortlist leads. This joined-up workflow is useful when a team needs to move from discovery to contact without stitching together separate tools; teams that need only an applicant tracker or a contact database may find the scope excessive.

Key features

AI search and screening: Filters and scoring help narrow a large contact pool, while candidate ranking, profile summaries, and shortlisting support review. These tools are most relevant to teams doing regular sourcing, rather than hiring occasionally for a small number of roles.
LinkedIn sourcing: Bulk sourcing from profiles, groups, posts, events, and first-degree connections gives recruiters several ways to build candidate pools through the extension.
Contact enrichment: A waterfall using more than 20 providers searches for contact details. This breadth is useful when candidate records need enrichment, though the Free plan's 30 credits limit how much of that work it supports.
Outreach: Personalized sequences span LinkedIn and email; Scale adds SMS to the multi-channel mix. The Free plan's limited automation is a meaningful constraint for teams that depend on sustained campaigns.
Connections and distribution: API, webhooks, and MCP access support connections to other workflows. BroadBean integration can distribute job posts to more than 7,000 job boards.
Calendar and security: Users can create candidate meetings in connected Google or Microsoft calendars. Jobin says it uses Google Cloud Platform EU data centres, encrypts data in transit and at rest, and provides role-based access and audit trails. It acts as a data processor and provides tools for access, rectification, deletion, and portability under controller direction.

Pricing

Jobin uses a freemium model, with paid plans starting from $8.99/user/mo and a 7-day trial. The plan terms and quotas matter more than the entry price: enrichment credits are capped on the lower tiers, and full LinkedIn, email, and SMS outreach is reserved for Scale.

Free: 0.00 USD per free, Free Forever. It includes 30 enrich credits, up to 50K contacts, unlimited jobs and projects, and limited multi-channel outreach automation. The contact allowance is generous for trying the workflow, but the credit cap limits ongoing enrichment.
Modular: 11.99 USD per month, billed $11.99/user/mo starting from. It includes 30 enrich credits and lets users choose standalone modules. This suits buyers who want selected capabilities rather than the broader workflow, but the same 30-credit allowance remains a constraint.
Growth: 119.00 USD per month, billed $119/user/mo. It raises the allowance to 3,000 enrich credits a month, includes unlimited contacts, 10 connected mailboxes, and 2 AI reply intent triggers. It is a more practical fit for regular sourcing and email outreach, though the mailbox cap and two triggers may not suit larger outreach operations.
Scale: 179.00 USD per month, billed $179/user/mo. It provides 9,000 enrich credits a month, unlimited connected mailboxes, full LinkedIn, email, and SMS outreach, and dedicated support. This is the clearest fit for teams running multichannel campaigns at higher volume.
Enterprise: Custom pricing, with SSO and SAML, custom data retention, dedicated infrastructure, SLA guarantees, and 24/7 priority support. It targets organizations that need those controls and service commitments.

Platforms

Jobin is available on web, through a browser extension, and via API. That combination supports recruiters sourcing in the browser as well as teams connecting recruiting workflows to other systems.

Who it's for

Recruiters, agencies, and lean hiring teams with repeat candidate-sourcing and outreach work are the natural audience. Teams that need search, screening, enrichment, and contact in one workflow can make use of its breadth; occasional hirers or teams focused solely on applicant tracking may be better served by a narrower product.

Pros and cons

Pros

AI search across more than 2.5 billion worldwide contacts pairs with candidate ranking and summaries, supporting discovery through review.
The extension sources from several LinkedIn surfaces, and enrichment draws on more than 20 providers.
Free includes up to 50K contacts and unlimited jobs and projects, giving teams room to explore before paying.
Scale combines LinkedIn, email, and SMS outreach with unlimited connected mailboxes.
API, webhooks, MCP, and BroadBean extend the workflow beyond the core platform.

Cons

Free's 30 enrichment credits and limited outreach automation make it a starting point, not a strong fit for ongoing high-volume use.
Modular also includes just 30 enrichment credits, so choosing standalone modules does not solve the low-tier enrichment limit.
Growth caps connected mailboxes at 10 and includes only 2 AI reply intent triggers; broader outreach needs may push teams to Scale.
Scale costs $179/user/mo, which may be difficult to justify for occasional hiring or teams that do not use multichannel outreach.

Alternatives

Coresignal is a paid API and web option with a free tier of 2,000 credits and a 7-day trial; it is worth considering when a buyer wants an API-oriented alternative rather than Jobin's combined recruiting workflow.

SignalHire offers web, extension, and API access, with 5 free credits and 10 free monthly credits through its extension; choose it when that smaller contact-credit entry point better matches the need.

Hyranse has a free plan with 5 monthly contact credits, 2 AI searches, limited daily searches, and no API or MCP; it is an alternative for buyers comparing a more constrained free starting tier.

Pin offers a free plan with 5 contact lookup credits per week, one job position, one AI Agent, and email-only sequences; consider it when email-only outreach and a single open role are enough.

Sprad provides a free ATS Core plan with a career site, Google for Jobs, pipeline and candidate management, team roles and analytics, and MCP/AI connection; pick it when applicant tracking and career-site functions matter more than Jobin's sourcing-to-outreach breadth.

Avery offers free search across 125M+ vetted European profiles with ranked matches and market views, but no outreach or contact details; it suits a buyer focused on European profile search rather than enriched contact and outreach workflows.

Nebula has a free plan with 100 verified contact lookups per organization, AI candidate matching, email/SMS outreach, projects, and shortlists; consider it when that organization-level lookup allowance is a better fit.

TraqCheck NINA is another freemium recruiting option.

Verdict

Jobin.cloud is a strong fit for recruiters, agencies, and lean teams that regularly source, assess, enrich, and contact candidates, especially when they want those steps in one platform. Its extensive search and broad workflow are the main reasons to choose it; the main reason to look elsewhere is that meaningful enrichment and full multichannel automation require costly per-user paid plans.
