Overview

HeyRik connects conversation, qualification, scheduling and escalation in one call path. The agent assesses budget and timeline, handles objections, and can arrange a demo or follow-up while the prospect is engaged. A transfer to a human representative carries context, reducing the need to repeat the conversation.

The service is browser-based SaaS with API access, so it can suit teams that want visual configuration as well as programmatic control. It is less suitable for organizations looking for autonomous lead discovery or campaigns spanning several channels: autonomous prospecting and multichannel outreach are not included.

Key features

Phone qualification and booking

Inbound and outbound calling covers the core sales motion, while budget-and-timeline qualification gives representatives a more useful handoff than an unfiltered call list. The agent can check availability during a conversation and book demos or follow-ups, making it practical when the desired outcome is an appointment rather than an email sequence.

Human handoff and configuration

Hot leads can be transferred with context, supporting teams that want automation at the front of the funnel but human judgment at the close. The visual flow builder is approachable for process owners, and grounding agents in a company knowledge base helps keep responses tied to approved material. An API offers control for teams integrating the service into their own systems.

Connected tools and safeguards

Optional Google Calendar integration checks availability and manages appointments; Google Sheets can read and write connected spreadsheets. HeyRik says it does not sell personal data or use call content, recordings, transcripts or voice data to train shared or third-party AI models. Its privacy policy cites encryption in transit, need-to-know access, network isolation, audit logging and regular security reviews. Customers must still handle consent, do-not-call, recording and other applicable calling obligations.

Pricing

Usage is measured in monthly credits at one credit per minute of talk time. Credits expire at the end of each month, and phone-number rental is charged separately, so a nominal plan allowance does not represent the complete calling cost.

Plan	What it includes	Best fit
Free	0.00 INR, billed free every month; 30 phone-call minutes and 30 credits per month; up to two phone numbers, two active agents and simultaneous calls, 1,000 CRM leads and campaign contacts, and a 5 MB knowledge base. Integrations and campaigns are limited, and email support is included.	Evaluation, small pilots and very light call volume. The 30-minute allowance and separate number rental make it unsuitable for sustained campaigns.
Starter	Custom pricing, with minutes quoted to volume; up to five phone numbers, five active agents and simultaneous calls, 5,000 CRM leads and campaign contacts, a 20 MB knowledge base and priority email support.	Small teams moving beyond the free caps without requiring custom integrations.
Growth	Custom pricing; up to 10 phone numbers, 10 active agents and simultaneous calls, 20,000 CRM leads and campaign contacts, a 50 MB knowledge base, custom integrations on request and 10% off credit top-ups.	Growing sales operations that need more capacity and integration work.
Scale	Custom pricing; up to 15 phone numbers, 15 active agents and simultaneous calls, 50,000 CRM leads and campaign contacts, a 75 MB knowledge base, custom integrations on request and 10% off credit top-ups.	Larger campaigns where contact and agent limits on Growth are restrictive.
Business	Custom pricing; up to 20 phone numbers, 20 active agents and simultaneous calls, 100,000 CRM leads and campaign contacts, a 100 MB knowledge base, custom integrations on request and direct phone support.	Established teams needing higher limits and phone-based support.
Enterprise	Custom pricing; unlimited phone numbers, agents, simultaneous calls, CRM leads, campaign contacts, knowledge-base storage and cloned voices; custom integrations and direct phone support.	Organizations requiring uncapped scale and bespoke integration.

Paid-plan support ranges from priority email on Starter to direct phone support on Business and Enterprise. Every paid tier is quoted by minutes, so forecast talk time before comparing plans.

Platforms

HeyRik runs on the web and exposes an API. That combination works for browser-based administration alongside software-controlled workflows, rather than a native mobile-agent experience.

Who it's for

Choose HeyRik if your business receives or makes sales calls, needs qualification before a representative spends time, and values booking an appointment in the same interaction. It also fits teams with a defined knowledge base and a clear escalation path. Look elsewhere if your priority is autonomous prospecting, email-and-social sequences, or broad multichannel engagement.

Pros and cons

Pros: qualification, objection handling and booking happen in one phone workflow.
Pros: contextual transfer keeps human representatives informed when a lead is ready.
Pros: visual flows, knowledge grounding and API control support both nontechnical and technical teams.
Pros: published privacy and security practices address data handling and operational controls.
Cons: monthly credits expire, so unused capacity cannot be carried into the next month.
Cons: phone-number rental is an extra charge, complicating total-cost planning.
Cons: the Free plan's 30 minutes and limited integrations are too constrained for serious ongoing outreach.
Cons: customers, not HeyRik, carry responsibility for calling-consent and recording compliance.

Alternatives

AI Sales Assistants is the broader directory starting point when you want to compare this category. Pick Salesforce Sales Cloud when a freemium CRM suite and extension-based platform are more important than a dedicated phone agent. Artra AI is a better direction for email-oriented enrichment and outreach, with API, extension and web access. Choose Buzz for a seat-based assistant on Android, iOS, web and extension. BOSRAI suits teams seeking an AI sales representative with verified-contact and messaging allowances. AI Sales Force is oriented to qualified leads and AI outreach emails. Alokite focuses on assisted email and LinkedIn outreach from the web. Persana AI is aimed at credit-based prospect and people search. Regie.ai combines research, enrichment, drafting and agents in a web platform.

Verdict

HeyRik is a strong fit for sales teams that want phone conversations to qualify leads, schedule the next step and escalate hot opportunities with context. Choose it for that tightly connected call workflow and its flexible flow-builder/API setup. Look elsewhere if you need autonomous prospecting, multichannel outreach, or predictable costs without expiring credits and separate number rental.
