Overview

Officely is a hybrid-workplace booking tool for desks, meeting rooms and parking, built around Slack and Microsoft Teams. It is a strong fit for teams coordinating office attendance through those platforms; its broad booking scope is balanced by a five-user free-plan ceiling and some features that are not currently available on Teams.

Booking and attendance visibility make it more than a reservation tool, but teams that rely on visual floor plans should look elsewhere: Officely has no floor plan view.

Key features

Employees can reserve desks in one click, check in daily and see bookings and attendance. The 42-day booking horizon supports advance planning, while check-ins help distinguish a planned visit from an actual one. Office analytics reports who booked, who showed up and which spaces are underused, giving office managers and leaders useful signals for space decisions.

Hybrid scheduling provides daily updates and recommendations for coordinating office days. Meeting Rooms by Officely adds live availability and booking in Slack and Teams, and Officely also covers car parking. This range is useful for offices seeking a shared booking workflow, though the pricing comparison flags that asterisk-marked features are not currently available on Microsoft Teams. Teams users should confirm that the functions they need are supported before choosing a plan.

Integrations include Slack, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Google Calendar and HR systems such as HiBob, Deel, BambooHR and Personio. Enterprise controls include scoped credentials, an audit trail, retention controls and data exports. Officely identifies Hotelflex Limited, trading as Officely, as its data controller and says it does not collect special categories of personal data. Its Help Centre provides setup and employee guides for Slack and Teams.

Pricing

Officely has a free plan and a free trial. The Free plan costs 0.00 USD per free for up to 5 users and includes all features, making it suitable for a small team evaluating the workflow, but not a larger office. The paid plans remove that user ceiling.

Plan	Price	What it includes
Basic	2.50 USD per month, per user	Unlimited users and simple desk booking
Premium	3.50 USD per month, per user	Unlimited users and everything Officely offers
Meeting Rooms	12.00 USD per month, per space	Unlimited users and unlimited spaces
Parkly	15.00 USD per month, per space	Unlimited users and unlimited spaces
Enterprise	Custom pricing	Unlimited users, all features and enterprise extras

Basic is the lower-cost paid route for teams that only need desk booking; it gives up Premium’s full feature set. Premium is the straightforward choice for teams wanting the full offering, with a modest per-user step up from Basic. Meeting Rooms and Parkly bill by space rather than by user, which may suit offices buying those capabilities for a defined set of resources; their prices should be compared against the number of spaces in use. Enterprise is for teams needing its additional controls and exports, with custom pricing. The Meeting Rooms plan includes a 7 Day Free Trial.

Platforms

Officely supports Android, iOS and web, with desk, room and parking management delivered through Slack and Microsoft Teams. It also connects with Outlook, Google Calendar and several HR systems. The lack of a floor plan view is a meaningful omission for employees who need to choose a desk from a visual map.

Who it's for

Officely is aimed at hybrid teams, particularly senior leadership, office management, people and culture teams, and team leaders coordinating when employees come in. It is less compelling for teams that need floor-map selection or depend on a Teams feature marked unavailable.

Pros and cons

Pros: Desk, meeting-room and parking booking address several office needs in one product.
Pros: Check-ins and analytics connect planned bookings with attendance and underused spaces.
Pros: A five-user free plan includes all features, and paid user-based plans allow unlimited users.
Pros: Enterprise controls include scoped credentials, audit trails, retention controls and exports.
Cons: The free plan's five-user limit rules it out as a continuing option for many teams.
Cons: There is no floor plan view, limiting visual desk selection.
Cons: Some asterisk-marked features are not currently available on Microsoft Teams.

Alternatives

For desk booking, compare Desk Booking Software; for room booking, compare Room Booking Software.

desk.ly may suit teams wanting a free plan for up to 15 users for as long as they like, with enterprise features; its Corporate plan is 165.00 EUR per month. Roomzilla is worth considering for a small room setup, with a free plan for up to 3 resources or a Standard (yearly) plan at 10.00 USD per year, billed at a monthly rate paid yearly per resource.

Skedda is a paid alternative with a free trial; its Starter (EMEA & APAC) plan is 99.00 USD per month, billed annually, and includes 15 spaces. Trezod is another paid option with a free trial and annual billing in NGN. DeskGrid is a free, open-source, self-hosted alternative under the MIT License. OfficeMaps is a paid option with a free trial and an Essentials plan at 59.00 USD per month per 100 people. WorkInSync has a Standard annual plan at 2.25 USD per year per user per month, billed annually, with a 250+ employee minimum. Joan Workplace is a paid alternative with a free trial and pricing based on the people and devices using it.

Verdict

Choose Officely if your hybrid team wants desk, room and parking coordination alongside attendance signals in Slack or Teams, and its per-user or per-space pricing matches your use. Its strongest case is the combination of bookings and workplace visibility; look elsewhere if visual floor plans are essential or a Teams-only setup needs features the platform does not support.
