Overview

Ketto connects campaigners with contributors and supports recurring donations. Its plans progress from automated story creation to tailored campaign presentation and, at the top end, promotional services. Video support spans ideation and scripting through production and post-production, which may help campaigners who need guidance producing a fundraiser video; it is not tied to a specific plan.

Before withdrawing funds, organisers must verify identity with an OTP and accepted identification document, and upload required documents for approval. After a withdrawal request, INR payouts can take 1–2 working days and USD payouts 5–7 working days. Ketto says payments use 128-bit encryption, personal information sent to payment gateways is encrypted, and card details are not stored by Ketto.

Key features

Campaign stories: Bronze automates story creation, while Silver, Gold and Plus & Amplify include personalised creation. Bronze is suitable for campaigners content with an automated story; the paid options make more sense when a tailored presentation matters.
Promotion and guidance: Silver adds a dedicated crowdfunding expert and custom promotional banner; Gold adds campaign visibility from Ketto and cashback offers. Plus & Amplify includes promotions and advertising, social media marketing, a crowdfunding coach and a whitelabel microsite. Those additions target campaigns that need active promotion, but their value depends on whether the campaign needs those services.
Recurring donations: Campaigners can accept recurring donations, a useful option for causes seeking ongoing contributions rather than only one-time support.
Payments and withdrawals: A 3% payment gateway fee applies to funds raised, with 18% GST charged on the success fee and gateway fee. Document approval and identity verification are prerequisites to withdrawing, so campaigners should plan for those steps before relying on access to funds.

Pricing

Ketto uses a freemium model. Bronze (Standard Plan) is free and includes automated story creation, Android/iOS app access and customer support. It avoids a platform fee in the stated inclusions, but the 3% gateway fee still applies, as does 18% GST on Ketto’s success fee and gateway fee. This is the sensible starting point for a campaigner who can manage without personalised story creation or a dedicated expert.

Silver costs 5.00 % per contact, billed as a 5% platform fee. It adds personalised story creation, a dedicated crowdfunding expert and a custom promotional banner alongside Android/iOS app access. It suits campaigners who want expert input and a more tailored campaign, though the percentage platform fee is a meaningful trade-off as funds rise.

Gold costs 7.00 % per contact, billed as a 7% platform fee. It includes Silver’s personalised story, expert and banner, plus campaign visibility from Ketto and cashback offers. Choose it when those additional promotional elements matter enough to justify the higher percentage; otherwise Silver preserves the core support at a lower rate.

Plus & Amplify has custom pricing and requires contacting Ketto. It includes personalised story creation, a dedicated expert, promotions and advertising, social media marketing, a crowdfunding coach and a whitelabel microsite. This is aimed at campaigns needing a broader promotional package, not those looking for a straightforward low-cost fundraiser. The 3% gateway fee and 18% GST on the success fee and gateway fee also apply.

Platforms

Ketto is available on web, Android and iOS. Bronze, Silver and Gold explicitly include Android/iOS app access; the service also operates on the web.

Who it's for

Ketto is a fit for individuals, NGOs, corporates and education causes that want to raise money for medical, social or charitable purposes. Bronze suits campaigners prioritising a free starting tier, while Silver and Gold suit those seeking progressively more campaign support. Plus & Amplify is better aligned with campaigns that need marketing and coaching. Campaigners who need quick access to proceeds should account for identity checks, document approval and payout processing times.

Pros and cons

Plan tiers offer a clear progression from automated stories to personalised creation and expanded promotion.
Recurring donations support fundraising that depends on continuing contributions.
Video production assistance covers the process from concept and script through post-production.
Web, Android and iOS access makes the service usable across common platforms.

Cons

The 3% gateway fee and 18% GST on the success and gateway fees reduce the amount available from funds raised.
Silver and Gold charge percentage platform fees of 5% and 7%, respectively, which can weigh heavily on larger campaigns.
Withdrawals depend on identity verification and document approval, and payouts take 1–2 working days for INR or 5–7 working days for USD after request.
Plus & Amplify has custom pricing, making its cost harder to assess before contacting Ketto.
