Overview

Jobsoid brings job advertising, candidate sourcing and tracking, candidate messaging, interviews, collaboration, and reporting into one recruitment workflow. Its branded careers site gives employers a place to showcase openings, while a Chrome plugin can turn LinkedIn profile information into candidate records. That combination is useful for teams trying to keep applicant intake and hiring coordination together rather than spread across separate tools.

Key features

Reach candidates and present openings

One-click posting can send roles to more than 20 job boards, and free posting is available to those boards. Employers can also share openings through LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and a company careers page. The branded careers site provides an employer-facing destination, but the number of roles the team can actively manage is still governed by its plan.

Source and coordinate candidates

The Chrome plugin extracts information from LinkedIn profiles and creates candidate profiles in Jobsoid, which can reduce manual entry when sourcing there. Recruiters can track and message candidates, while teams can assign candidate tasks, collaborate, and share feedback online. Interview planning can connect Google and Microsoft accounts, and the recruiter mobile app supports candidate review, job creation, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and collaboration.

Recruitment workflow and safeguards

Workflow automation and reporting are part of the product, with plan-level differences in reporting and recruiting tools. The plan comparison includes privacy and security, GDPR compliance, and EEO reporting. Jobsoid's privacy policy describes safeguards such as encryption, firewalls, and access controls; those measures are relevant for teams handling candidate data, though they do not replace an employer's own compliance responsibilities.

Pricing

Jobsoid has a free plan and paid subscriptions, with the entry paid tier starting at $49/mo (annual). Subscriptions can be upgraded, downgraded, or canceled anytime. A 14-day trial provides Standard access for up to 10 job openings, requires no credit card, and automatically moves the account to the free plan when it ends. That gives teams room to assess a larger workflow before deciding whether its limits justify a paid tier.

Beginner: Free, with one job posting, one user account, unlimited candidates, and Android and iOS apps. It is suited to a startup or an employer hiring for one role at a time; the one-user, one-opening ceiling rules it out for sustained multi-role hiring.
Lite: $49 per month billed annually, or $59 per month billed monthly. It allows three job postings and unlimited user accounts, and adds advanced reporting and unlimited email support. This is the practical step up for a small team that needs to coordinate across more than one role, but the three-posting cap may soon constrain active hiring.
Standard: $99 per month billed annually, or $119 per month billed monthly. It supports 10 job postings and unlimited user accounts, adding video screening, automatic reference checks, questionnaires, reviews and scorecards, and EEO compliance. Growing teams that need more structured candidate assessment get a substantial increase in capacity and tools, at twice Lite's annual price.
Pro: $249 per month billed annually, or $299 per month billed monthly. It includes 50 job postings and unlimited user accounts, plus lead management, campaigns, and recruiter CRM. It is aimed at large teams with a broad recruiting workload; smaller employers may not need the extra capacity and features.
Custom plan: Custom pricing for employers that need more job openings. It is the route for volume beyond Pro's 50-posting limit.

The free plan includes the software except for some paid-plan add-ons, but its single user and opening make it better for trying the workflow than running a growing hiring operation. Partial service use and unused subscription time are not refundable or creditable, so cancellation flexibility does not mean a prorated refund.

Platforms

Jobsoid is available on the web, Android, and iOS, with a Chrome extension and an API. Mobile apps let recruiters handle candidate review, job creation, interviews, communications, and team collaboration away from a desktop. Its documented integrations include careers-page integration, a WordPress plugin, and connections to Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter accounts.

Who it's for

Jobsoid fits employers that want job-board distribution, a branded careers site, candidate tracking, and hiring-team coordination under one roof. Startups can begin free if one opening and one user are enough; small teams can move to Lite for three openings and shared access, while growing teams may find Standard's 10-role limit and assessment tools a better match. Employers with a larger hiring volume can consider Pro or request custom pricing. It is a weaker fit for a business that needs several simultaneous openings at no cost or expects unused subscription time to be refunded.

Pros and cons

Pro: One-click distribution to more than 20 job boards, including free posting, gives employers broad reach without posting role by role.
Pro: A branded careers site, LinkedIn profile sourcing, candidate messaging, and interview coordination cover both applicant intake and team workflow.
Pro: Unlimited user accounts on paid plans let teams collaborate without a per-seat cap in the listed tiers.
Con: The free plan's one opening and one user are restrictive for employers hiring across multiple roles.
Con: Capacity is tightly tiered at three, 10, and 50 postings across paid plans, so teams must move up to expand their active workload.
Con: Unused subscription time and partial use are not refundable or creditable, despite the option to cancel anytime.

Alternatives

For a different applicant tracking option, compare Applicant Tracking Systems. Employers focused on employee referrals can browse Employee Referral Software instead.

HireZapp is worth considering for a web-based recruiting option with a free plan capped at one active job and 100 credits, with paid plans priced in INR.
Sprad offers a free web ATS Core plan with a career site, Google for Jobs, pipeline and candidate management, team roles, analytics, and an MCP/AI connection.
RapidHR may suit teams seeking a broader platform with Android, iOS, web, API, and self-hosted availability; it offers a 14-day full-platform trial with limited candidate records.
Refered is an alternative to consider for employee referrals, with paid tiers priced by employee-count bands.
ERIN offers a free referral plan for three hires, with paid options for higher referral volumes.
Zoho Recruit has a free plan for one active job and paid tiers with higher active-job limits per recruiter license.
Boon is another recruiting option with flexible terms and pricing that scales with an organization's needs.
AvaHR (formerly VIVAHR) is a paid alternative with a Lite plan for three live job postings, one user seat, one location, and one hiring pipeline.

Verdict

Choose Jobsoid if you want job-board reach, candidate management, and team hiring coordination in one system, and can match your workload to its posting tiers. Its free plan is a useful low-risk entry, and the no-card Standard trial offers a meaningful test for up to 10 openings. Look elsewhere if a one-role free plan is not enough and the step up in price or the nonrefundable remaining subscription time does not suit your hiring needs.
