Overview

Teloz IVR is a business calling system that directs callers through voice menus and keypad prompts. It suits operations teams that need to adjust routing without code, particularly when caller paths depend on a CRM lookup. The free allowance is small, but a 14-day trial opens every feature without a credit card.

Key features

Visual flow builder: A drag-and-drop editor lets operations teams build and revise call flows without code. That can make routine menu changes less dependent on development work, though teams still need to design and maintain the routing logic.
Branching menus: Nested prompts can vary by time of day, language, and caller location. This is useful for organizations with different service paths by schedule or region; it is less compelling if callers all follow the same short menu.
Speech and keypad input: NLP voice recognition and DTMF keypad input can coexist in one flow, with keypad entry available as a fallback to voice recognition. That gives callers another way through the menu when speaking is inconvenient.
CRM-aware routing: A CRM lookup can inform how an incoming caller is routed. Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho integrations are included on Professional, so teams relying on those connections should budget for that tier rather than Starter.
Analytics and recording: Analytics are listed on every IVR node, and call recording is a product capability. Recording retention depends on plan: 30 days on Professional and one year on Enterprise.
Security and continuity: Teloz states that it encrypts data in transit with TLS 1.3 and SRTP and at rest with AES-256. SAML 2.0 SSO, SCIM 2.0 provisioning, MFA, role-based access, and tamper-evident audit logs are included on every plan. The company also says US and Canadian traffic receives STIR/SHAKEN A-level attestation and automated failover spans at least three carrier paths. These controls are relevant to teams with access-management or calling-continuity requirements.

Pricing

Teloz uses a freemium model, with paid plans priced per user per month. The 14-day trial includes every feature and requires no credit card, giving teams a way to assess higher-tier capabilities before committing.

Plan	Price	What it includes	Who it fits
Free	0.00 USD per free	100 US/Canada calling minutes, 50 SMS segments, one local DID, 25 AI receptionist minutes per month, and iOS and Android apps.	Individuals or small teams with light calling needs. The monthly minute and messaging caps make it a limited ongoing option for busier lines.
Starter	7.99 USD per month, per user	Unlimited US/Canada calling, business SMS and MMS, call queues, CNAM, an AI assistant, and a 99.9% uptime SLA.	Teams needing regular North American calling and queues. It does not include the named Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho integrations or the recording and AI receptionist allowances specified for higher plans.
Professional	15.99 USD per month, per user	Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho integrations, 30-day call recording, 100 AI receptionist minutes per month, an omnichannel inbox, and a 99.95% uptime SLA.	Teams that need CRM connections, more AI receptionist capacity, or cross-channel inbox handling.
Enterprise	25.99 USD per month, per user	Predictive auto-dialer, 300 AI receptionist minutes per month, one-year call recording, Analytics Pro dashboards, and a 99.99% uptime SLA.	Organizations that need the higher AI allowance, longer recording retention, or predictive dialing and advanced dashboards.
Custom	Custom pricing	Minimum 50 seats, white-label/rebranding, a dedicated CSM, a 99.999% uptime SLA, custom AI and voice cloning, and data warehouse export.	Large organizations seeking those enterprise-specific provisions; the 50-seat minimum makes it unsuitable for smaller teams.

The free plan's 100 calling minutes and 50 SMS segments are monthly caps, while its AI receptionist allowance is 25 minutes per month. The paid plan prices are per user, per month; no total cost can be inferred without a seat count. Teloz says its network operations center is staffed 24/7 and customer inquiries receive a response within one business day.

Platforms

Teloz supports Android, iOS, and web. The Free plan specifically includes iOS and Android apps; the web platform is also supported.

Who it's for

Teloz is a good fit for operations teams that want to build multi-level routing themselves and need voice and keypad paths, CRM-aware branching, or node-level analytics. Starter is the more practical entry point for regular North American calling, while CRM-dependent teams should consider Professional. The capped Free plan is best treated as a small-scale starting point, not an assumption of unlimited calling.

It is a weaker fit for organizations that need a published custom-tier price before discussing scope, or for teams that cannot work within per-user pricing and plan-specific allowances. The custom tier's minimum of 50 seats also rules it out for many smaller organizations.

Pros and cons

Pro: Voice recognition and DTMF can share a flow, with keypad fallback, so callers have an alternative input path.
Pro: The visual builder and routing branches support flow changes without code, including routing based on a CRM lookup.
Pro: Identity controls are included on every plan, rather than reserved for higher tiers.
Pro: A full-feature 14-day trial without a credit card gives teams a meaningful evaluation window.
Con: Free calling and SMS are tightly capped, limiting the free tier's usefulness for sustained business traffic.
Con: The named CRM integrations start at Professional, nearly twice Starter's per-user monthly price.
Con: A custom account requires at least 50 seats, even if a smaller team wants its specialized provisions.

Alternatives

Consider IVR Software if you want to compare directory options rather than choose a single platform.

Voicent is worth considering when a 100-minute/text free plan or campaign-oriented setup matters; its listed Starter tier is 179.00 USD per month for 6,500 minutes/texts and unlimited campaigns.
Momo Business IVR is a possible alternative for buyers looking for a pay-as-you-go option billed in TZS, with no monthly fee.
CallFire IVR may suit buyers who prefer a no-monthly-fee pay-as-you-go option or phone-number and keyword rentals; its Lite plan is 99.00 USD per month.
MyOperator is an alternative with Android, iOS, API, and web platforms and a free trial; its plans are billed yearly and GST applies.
JVoiceXML is a free VoiceXML interpreter for Java for teams seeking a self-hosted or Linux/API option rather than Teloz's business phone plans.
Knowlarity Cloud Contact Center is another paid contact-center option with Android, iOS, and web support and a free trial.
VoiceGuide is a paid alternative for teams seeking a Windows or self-hosted option, with listed one-time per-line pricing.
Cloud IVR is a web-based alternative with a Starter plan priced at 99.99 EUR per year and a Pro plan at 499.99 EUR per year.

Verdict

Choose Teloz IVR if your team needs configurable voice-and-keypad routing, CRM-aware paths, and plan-based security controls, and can match its per-user pricing and allowances to your call volume. Its strongest case is the combination of a no-code flow builder and flexible routing; look elsewhere if the free caps are too restrictive, CRM integrations must come at the entry tier, or a custom plan's 50-seat minimum is too high.
