Overview

Loyverse is a point-of-sale suite for merchants, with restaurant workflows for table orders, kitchen tickets, inventory and customer loyalty. It is a strong fit for smaller restaurants that want these basics in one system and can work within a 31-day sales-report window. Longer history and some deeper staff and stock tools add recurring costs.

Key features

Restaurant service

Staff can assign open tickets to tables, split or merge them, and move items between tickets. Custom menu categories, modifiers and dine-in, takeout or delivery labels cover useful front-of-house needs. This makes Loyverse practical for restaurants with table service and varied orders, though it is not a substitute for a broader ordering system on the strength of these features alone.

Kitchen workflow

Orders can be sent to kitchen displays or printers with item details, quantities, modifiers and comments. Keeping preparation notes with each order helps kitchens handle customized dishes without relying on a separate handoff.

Inventory, loyalty and integrations

Inventory tools include purchase orders, composite items for prepared goods and ingredients, location transfers, counts and corrections. Points-based loyalty and customer notes support repeat visits and recorded preferences. The marketplace includes QuickBooks Online, Xero, WooCommerce, Shopify and Otter; the API supports connections for sales analytics, accounting, orders, items and inventory, customers and e-invoicing.

Offline mode and employee permissions are useful operational safeguards. Loyverse also says its support team is available around the clock through live chat, alongside help articles. Loyverse Payments uses PCI-compliant infrastructure for transaction processing.

Pricing

The free plan includes POS, essential inventory, loyalty, customer and kitchen displays, multi-store management, integrations and reports for the last 31 days. That is a substantial starting point for a small operator, but businesses that need older report data must add Unlimited sales history.

Plan	Price	What it includes
Loyverse POS	Custom pricing	Sales history for 31 days
Free plan	0.00 USD per free	POS, recent sales reports, essential inventory, loyalty, displays, multi-store management and integrations
Unlimited sales history	5.00 USD per month	$5/month per store or $50/year per store; reports beyond 31 days
Employee management	25.00 USD per month	$25/month per store or $250/year per store; team performance, permissions and hours worked
Advanced inventory	25.00 USD per month	$25/month per store or $250/year per store; purchase orders, stock transfers and deeper inventory insights

The paid additions are priced per store, so costs rise with additional locations. Employee management is aimed at operators needing team performance and hours worked; Advanced inventory adds depth beyond the free plan’s essential stock tools. A 14-day trial is offered, though no trial terms are stated.

Platforms

Loyverse supports Android, iOS, web and API access. Its restaurant tools include table management and kitchen displays, and offline mode can help maintain service when connectivity is unavailable.

Who it's for

Loyverse suits small businesses, especially restaurants that want table tickets, kitchen routing, basic stock control and loyalty without an upfront subscription. It is less suitable for teams that need sales history beyond 31 days without paying, or more advanced employee and inventory management at no added cost.

Pros and cons

Pros: The free plan combines POS, loyalty, kitchen displays, integrations and multi-store management, keeping core restaurant operations accessible without a subscription.
Pros: Table tickets can be split, merged and moved, while kitchen orders carry modifiers and comments through to preparation.
Cons: Free sales analytics stop at 31 days; accessing older reports requires a paid add-on.
Cons: Employee management and advanced inventory each cost $25/month per store, which can make a fuller setup materially more expensive.

Verdict

Choose Loyverse if you run a small restaurant and want table service, kitchen tickets, inventory and loyalty in a free POS foundation. Its main advantage is the breadth of core tools without an entry subscription; look elsewhere if your reporting must reach past 31 days or your team needs deeper staff and stock controls without per-store add-on costs.
