Overview

SearchRush combines Google Business Profile tools, rank tracking, citation management, review monitoring, ad creation and lead discovery. That breadth can keep routine local-search tasks together, but the plan caps on locations and monthly credits matter: this is a better fit for teams with ongoing workflows than for someone who only needs an occasional audit.

Key features

Local rankings and citations

The Google Maps geo-grid tracker scans daily, compares competitors and produces white-label client reports on Pro and Agency. Its heatmap can help teams see variation across a service area rather than relying on one ranking snapshot. SearchRush's citation network spans more than 500 directories, including Yelp, YellowPages, Foursquare, Apple Maps, Bing Places, Angi and HomeAdvisor. Most citations go live within 24 to 72 hours, although manual reviews can take up to seven days. The monthly citation allowance remains 500 on Starter and Growth, so high-volume listing work may require a higher tier.

Reviews and Google Business Profile

Review monitoring covers Google around the clock, with alerts for one- and two-star reviews, suggested replies written in the business's tone, reply history and an audit log. The Reputation Management add-on extends monitoring to Yelp and Facebook and supports SMS and email review requests. SearchRush also auto-publishes two Google Business Profile posts each week. These tools make the service useful for teams pairing visibility work with reputation management, but reply allowances vary by plan.

Ads, leads and AI visibility

The Ad Maker creates Facebook, Instagram and Google display ads using AI-written copy, industry templates and reusable Brand Kits. SearchRush also describes a database of more than 50 million verified B2B leads. Its LLM Citations feature uses GPT-4o to create authority listicles of more than 1,000 words and publish them to more than 500 domains, targeting recommendations by ChatGPT and Gemini. These broaden the platform beyond conventional local listings; teams focused only on rank tracking may not need that wider toolkit.

Additional seats use Admin, Editor and Viewer roles. Pro and Agency include full white-label reporting, and Agency adds unlimited client businesses, bulk submission and automated branded reports. SearchRush states that every plan includes SOC 2 compliance and 24/7 monitoring. Monthly tokens are included, with top-ups possible without changing subscriptions.

Pricing

The Free plan is free, billed $0 forever. It allows one business location, three citations per month, three tracked keywords, five lead credits and five AI review replies per month. That is a useful small-scale introduction, but the low citation and keyword caps make it unsuitable for regular optimization work.

Starter: $57.00 USD per month billed monthly, or $47.00 USD per month billed annually. It includes three locations, 500 citations per month, 10,000 rank-tracker credits, 50 lead credits and 200 AI review replies. It fits a small operator or team with modest local coverage.
Growth: $149.00 USD per month billed monthly, or $124.00 USD per month billed annually. Five locations, 500 citations, 25,000 rank-tracker credits, 100 lead credits and unlimited AI review replies make it the more suitable step up for teams handling more tracking and review responses.
Pro: $297.00 USD per month billed monthly, or $247.00 USD per month billed annually. It covers 10 locations, 500+ citations, 50,000 rank-tracker credits and 200 monthly lead credits, plus 5,000 lead credits on signup. White-label reporting makes it more relevant to agencies reporting to clients.
Agency: $497.00 USD per month billed monthly, or $414.00 USD per month billed annually. Unlimited locations, 500+ citations, 200,000 rank-tracker credits, unlimited lead credits and 50,000 lead credits on signup support larger client portfolios. Unlimited client businesses, bulk submission and branded reports distinguish it from Pro.
Enterprise: custom pricing for large brands and franchise networks. It includes Agency features plus unlimited LLM citations, LocalBoosts and API calls, and a custom SLA.

Annual billing saves approximately 17%. Paid plans include a seven-day free trial with no charge today, and customers can cancel anytime. The Free plan is billed at $0 forever; the trial terms do not change that ongoing free-plan cap.

Platforms

SearchRush is web-based. Social content supports Facebook, Instagram and Google.

Who it's for

SearchRush is strongest for agencies and multi-location businesses that want rankings, citations and reputation workflows under one roof. Starter and Growth suit smaller location counts, while Pro and Agency add higher tracking allowances and agency reporting tools. A solo business needing only a few tracked keywords can start free, but should expect to outgrow its three-keyword and three-citation monthly limits quickly.

Pros and cons

Pro: Daily geo-grid tracking with competitor comparison gives local teams a geographic view of Google Maps performance.
Pro: Citation, review, posting and ad tools share one service, reducing the need to coordinate these listed workflows across separate platforms.
Pro: Agency and Pro white-label reports, plus Agency bulk submission and unlimited client businesses, address client-facing operations directly.
Con: The free tier allows just one location, three citations and three tracked keywords, limiting its usefulness for continuing work.
Con: Starter and Growth both cap citations at 500 per month, which may constrain teams with heavier listing workloads.
Con: Monthly pricing rises from $57.00 USD to $497.00 USD across the named paid tiers, so broader allowances carry a substantial commitment.

Alternatives

For a wider comparison of local SEO software, consider the scope of work and tracking allowance first.

LeadSnap is another freemium web option; its free plan provides one website connection and 250 heatmap credits per month, while Starter is $59.00 USD per month for 10 locations and 10,000 heatmap credits. Choose it when those heatmap and location allowances better fit your needs.
Getpin Local SEO Landing Pages is a paid web service with a free plan covering one location and a 14-day trial. Consider it when a one-location starting point is the relevant fit.
Geo Authority offers a free web plan with one website or project, 10 pages per month and five location pages; it requires your own AI API key and has no WordPress publishing. Choose it if those page-building limits and conditions suit your work.
Semrush has a free API plan with one demo project and 10 reports per day. It is an alternative for readers whose immediate need matches those reporting limits.
LocalGecko offers a free local SEO audit with limited features, including an NAP consistency check, GBP completeness score and review snapshot. Choose it when an audit is the priority rather than SearchRush's broader ongoing toolkit.
BrightLocal Local Rank Tracker is paid, with a Track plan at $31.00 USD per month billed annually for one location and up to 100 keywords. It is a lower-cost option when a single-location, 100-keyword tracking plan is sufficient.
Whitespark Local Rank Tracker has a paid Small Business weekly-tracking plan at $14.00 USD per month billed annually, covering 100 location keywords, unlimited domains and unlimited locations. Consider it when weekly tracking and that keyword allowance meet the need.
BrightLocal Citation Tracker is a paid web and API option with a Track plan at $31.00 USD per month billed annually for one location, citation tracking, up to 100 keywords and four competitors. Choose it when focused citation and rank monitoring for one location is preferable to an all-in-one suite.

Verdict

SearchRush is a strong fit for agencies and businesses managing several locations that want local rankings, citations, reviews and campaign tools together. Its daily geo-grid tracking and agency reporting are compelling reasons to choose it; its capped free plan and rising subscription costs are reasons to look elsewhere if your needs are narrow or your workload is small.
