Overview

Momoyoga is yoga-studio management software for teachers and studio owners who want to coordinate classes, bookings and payments alongside online teaching. It is strongest for studios that want those operations in one service; costs and plan limits deserve a close look as sales or account needs grow.

Key features

Studios can create, change or cancel classes and events, assign teachers and set prices. Live online classes and prerecorded uploads extend the schedule beyond in-person sessions, while booking and cancellation windows give studios control over reservations. Automated waitlists notify the next yogi when a place opens, and group booking is supported. Calendar sync is one-way, so it will not keep calendars synchronized in both directions.

Credit cards, PayPal and direct debits share a checkout experience, and automated reminders can help keep students informed. The schedule widget works with WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Joomla and JavaScript websites, making it useful for studios that already have a site. The Urban Sports Club integration syncs bookings, cancellations, attendance and available spots, but supports only one USC location per studio.

Yogis can use the iPhone and Android app to browse schedules, book classes, buy memberships or class passes, and manage bookings. Studios can also use booking pages. The processor agreement says GDPR applies to personal-data processing and that Momoyoga will notify the studio within 24 hours of discovering a data breach. Support is through a Help Center and contact-us option.

Pricing

The Free plan is free. It allows up to two memberships or class passes and one paid ticket type per event. Online payments carry a 5% platform fee on top of the payment processor fee. This is a way to start without a subscription, but the sales caps and added fee may become restrictive as a studio grows.

Standard costs 29.00 EUR per month, billed annually. It removes the membership and class-pass limits and includes unlimited video playlists, waitlists, exports and custom payment integrations. It suits studios that need more sales capacity and operational tools without Plus-level branding or account features.

Plus costs 59.00 EUR per month, billed annually. It adds recurring memberships, branding, promo codes, customizable emails, Mailchimp integration and multiple full-access accounts to Standard. Studios that need those marketing and access options may find the step up worthwhile; those that do not can stay on Standard.

Custom costs 179.00 EUR per month, billed annually, and adds a branded mobile app for yogis to all Plus features. It is the fit for a studio that specifically wants its own branded app, rather than merely access to the Momoyoga app. The Free plan and a 14-day trial offer ways to begin before taking on an annual billing commitment.

Platforms

Momoyoga is available on web, Android and iOS. The mobile app is for yogis; the schedule widget can connect the booking experience to supported studio websites.

Who it's for

Momoyoga is a good fit for yoga teachers and studio owners managing a class schedule, student bookings and payments, especially those who also offer online classes. It is less suitable for a studio needing two-way calendar sync, multiple Urban Sports Club locations, or a branded yogi app without choosing Custom.

Pros and cons

Pro: Scheduling, booking controls, waitlists, payment collection and online teaching sit together, reducing the need to handle those parts of studio operations separately.
Pro: Website widgets support several common site platforms, while the USC integration syncs attendance and availability as well as bookings.
Con: Free limits memberships or passes and paid event ticket types, and adds a 5% platform fee to processor fees.
Con: Calendar sync is one-way, and USC integration is limited to one location per studio.
Con: The branded yogi app is reserved for the €179/month Custom plan, billed annually.

Alternatives

For a broader comparison, browse Gym Website Builder Software or Appointment Scheduling Software. Choose Appy Pie Fitness Website Builder if a free option with up to 100 members, a basic class schedule and standard templates is the priority. Fitune is another freemium option, with plans described by active-client and admin-access limits.

Puter for Personal Trainers, Zarla, Finegym, Gym Builder, Gymdesk and MotionHub are additional alternatives to compare.

Verdict

Choose Momoyoga if you run a yoga studio and want scheduling, booking, payment collection and online teaching under one roof, with a clear path from a free plan to broader paid features. Look elsewhere if the Free plan’s transaction fee and caps do not fit, or if you need two-way calendar sync, several USC locations or a branded app at a lower plan level.
