Overview

My PT Hub is coaching-business software for fitness professionals who want to manage clients and deliver training across in-person, hybrid or online services. Its broad mix of programming, communication, scheduling and payment tools makes it a strong fit for coaches building a joined-up service, but the Starter plan’s three-client ceiling is restrictive.

Trainers control which materials clients can access, limiting them to assigned content or content shared through Packages. That separation is useful when clients follow different programs. Fitii Ltd, the UK-based operator, says it complies with UK and EEA data-protection laws, including GDPR, and maintains internal GDPR policies.

Key features

My PT Hub brings together more than 15 personal-training features, including workout and nutrition coaching, check-ins, bookings, compliance tools, communities and messaging. That breadth can cover many routine coaching operations in one service; coaches who need only workout tracking may find its business-management scope unnecessary.

Workout and nutrition programming: The library contains more than 8,000 HD exercise videos, and coaches can upload their own. A food database of over 650,000 items and a barcode scanner support nutrition coaching. This gives coaches a substantial starting point for creating programs without limiting them to preloaded exercises.
Client communication and scheduling: Session scheduling, a client portal, goals and progress tracking, forms and assessments, and group coaching support both individual and group services. Bookings and messaging help keep client interactions within the coaching workflow.
Payments and integrations: Payment processing supports one-off and recurring payments from more than 190 countries, including Apple Pay. Direct integrations include Apple Health, Apple Watch, Google Fit, MyFitnessPal and Fitbit; Google Calendar and iCal are also supported. Wearable connections can surface calories burned, steps, sleep, distance and flights climbed, giving coaches extra progress measures without relying only on manual check-ins.
Support: Coaches can use the support center, live chat, email or book a call. Priority support is included with Premium, while Ultimate includes concierge support.

Pricing

My PT Hub advertises a 30-day trial and a free plan, but its stated Free plan has no included client access. The paid plans below are billed annually but paid monthly, so the monthly price should not be mistaken for a month-to-month commitment.

Free — 0.00 USD per free: The plan has no stated client allowance or feature bundle, so it is not a practical substitute for a paid coaching workspace.
Starter — 22.50 USD per month: Includes 3 clients, 50 workouts, 50 nutrition plans, payment processing, 1-to-1 bookings, habit coaching, metrics and progress photos, and chat messaging. It suits a solo coach with a very small roster, but the client and content caps can force an upgrade as the business grows.
Premium — 5215.60 USD per month: Includes unlimited clients, workouts and nutrition plans, plus an AI workout builder, group bookings, classes and live streams, automated check-ins, scheduled and automated messaging, program compliance, communities and priority support. It is aimed at growing practices that need group delivery and automation, though the listed price makes it a substantial commitment.
Ultimate — 195.00 USD per month: Includes everything in Premium and concierge support, with unlimited clients, workouts and nutrition plans. It suits businesses that want the broadest stated package and concierge assistance; its listed monthly price is lower than Premium’s, so compare the plan terms carefully before choosing.

Platforms

My PT Hub runs on Android, iOS and the web. That mix supports coaches working from a browser and clients using mobile devices, while integrations extend its reach to major fitness and calendar services.

Who it's for

The platform is intended for in-person, hybrid and online personal trainers, nutrition, wellness and holistic-health coaches, CrossFit and HYROX coaches, studios and small gyms. Its programming library and business tools are most compelling for professionals who manage multiple aspects of client delivery. Starter is better suited to a coach with no more than three clients; a larger roster needs a higher tier.

Pros and cons

Pro: Workout, nutrition, scheduling, payments and communication tools share one platform, which can simplify a coach’s operating setup.
Pro: Large exercise and food libraries, with support for coach-uploaded exercises, offer a broad base for individualized programming.
Pro: One-off and recurring payments, broad international coverage and mobile health integrations support varied client workflows.
Con: Starter caps accounts at three clients, 50 workouts and 50 nutrition plans, which leaves little room for a growing practice.
Con: Paid plans are billed annually even though they are paid monthly, so the displayed monthly rate does not indicate a purely monthly term.

Alternatives

Traneos is a better fit for a coach who wants a free plan with up to five clients and basic progress tracking, plus a 14-day Pro trial. ABC Trainerize suits someone seeking a free entry point capped at one coaching client, with Android and iOS support. Helms offers a free plan for up to seven clients on iOS and web, making it worth considering for a small roster that can do without its excluded social scheduling, AI suite and funnels. FitSW may suit trainers who want a monthly Premium for Trainers plan with a selectable client limit from five to 1,000 and program creation and automation.

TrainHeroic is another paid coaching platform with athlete-count tiers. CoachRx is a paid option with client-count tiers. upcoach is worth comparing for teams seeking participant and seat allowances, media storage and email support. FitBudd is a paid alternative with a two-client Starter tier and a per-client charge above that allowance.

Verdict

My PT Hub is a strong choice for fitness professionals who want client management, programming, communication and payments in one service, especially when they offer more than one coaching format. The Starter cap makes it a poor long-term fit for a busy practice, and the annual billing terms matter; coaches should choose it when its breadth justifies moving beyond a small client roster.
