Overview

TruckPulse brings together tasks that Hub operators might otherwise manage separately: driver applications, event coordination, points and telemetry. The strongest case for it is the way these pieces connect: attendance and Trucky telemetry can feed points rules, while points can trigger automatic promotions. That makes it a more targeted choice for ETS2 and ATS Hubs than a general-purpose community platform.

Drivers sign in through Steam or Discord, with no passwords. Truck Pulse says it operates to GDPR standards, does not sell personal data or run ads, and sends card details directly to Stripe without seeing or storing card numbers. Raw delivery-tracker payloads are kept for 90 days; audit and activity logs for 365 days. For privacy requests that self-service tools do not handle, support is contacted by email, and data-subject requests are answered within one month.

Paid plans renew automatically on monthly or yearly cycles, though users can cancel from the billing dashboard at any time. Truck Pulse describes itself as fan-made and unaffiliated with SCS Software, TruckersMP, Trucky or TruckersHub.

Key features

Recruitment and driver management

Customizable applications feed a review pipeline and an automatically built roster. This can make intake and roster upkeep more orderly for a Hub with regular recruitment, though the value depends on whether the Hub needs a dedicated process rather than a basic member list.

Events, convoys and progression

Operators can schedule convoys, import TruckersMP events, track RSVPs and attendance, and offer realtime numbered slot booking. The event cap is 20 per month on Free, 50 on Pro and unlimited on Elite, so active Hubs should weigh that quota against their calendar. Points rules draw on event attendance and Trucky telemetry, with automatic promotions linking participation to ranks.

Telemetry and Discord

Trucky can log hauls automatically and add a live map, replays and driving score to the Hub. The Discord bot can publish announcements, synchronize roles and run staff slash commands; custom bot identity starts at Pro. These integrations give operators ways to connect Hub activity with Discord and driving data, but are most relevant to Hubs already using those services.

The maker’s documentation lists integrations with Steam, Discord, TruckersMP, Trucky, TruckersHub and CCSupervisor. Advanced moderation, private groups and custom domains are also listed as platform capabilities.

Pricing

TruckPulse has a free plan, paid plans from €15/mo and a 14-day trial. The listed monthly plan prices are:

Plan	Price	What it includes
Free	Free	Up to 30 drivers, 20 events per month, a public Hub profile and directory listing, points, ranks and events engine, and Steam and Discord sign-in.
Pro	15.00 EUR per month, billed monthly	Up to 150 drivers, 50 events per month, a custom Discord bot, leave-of-absence tracking, Discord slash commands and a Hub resource library.
Elite	20.00 EUR per month, billed monthly	Unlimited drivers and events, a custom domain, public convoy slot booking, staff applications, driver conduct reports and priority directory placement.

Free is a reasonable starting point for a small Hub, but its 30-driver and 20-event monthly caps can constrain growth. Pro raises those limits and adds operational tools, making it the more suitable step for a growing roster. Elite removes the driver and event ceilings and adds public booking and staff and conduct tools; its higher price is easiest to justify for larger or busier Hubs. Paid subscriptions renew automatically; cancellation is available through the billing dashboard.

Platforms

TruckPulse is available on the web. Drivers can sign in with Steam or Discord.

Who it's for

TruckPulse is for operators of ETS2 and ATS Drivers Hubs who need a joined-up way to recruit drivers, coordinate convoys and tie attendance or telemetry to points and ranks. Smaller groups can begin on Free, while Hubs approaching its quotas have a clear upgrade path. It is not the natural fit for communities seeking a broad, general-purpose platform.

Pros and cons

Pro: Recruitment, roster building, events, points and Trucky telemetry work together, which suits Hubs that want progression tied to participation.
Pro: Free includes the core points, ranks and events engine, plus a public profile and directory listing, for up to 30 drivers and 20 events per month.
Pro: Pro and Elite add progressively higher capacity and Hub-specific tools, including leave tracking, public slot booking and conduct reports.
Con: Free and Pro have monthly event limits, and Free also caps the Hub at 30 drivers; active or growing Hubs may need to upgrade.
Con: Paid plans renew automatically, so subscribers need to manage cancellation in the billing dashboard if they do not want another cycle.
Con: Its focus on ETS2 and ATS Hubs makes it a poor match for communities looking for a general-purpose platform.

Alternatives

Online Community Platforms is a useful starting point for comparing broader community tools. Choose NodeBB instead if you want a platform available for self-hosting as well as web use, with a Starter plan at 20.00 USD per month billed monthly that includes 50,000 pageviews and 5 GB storage.

Daisie offers a 7-day trial with full access on its 0.00 USD-per-year Standard subscription; Mobilize has a free limited starter account for 5 team members and the next 5 events or online actions, with signup and petition caps. HumHub has a self-hosted Community Edition under an AGPLv3 license, with module marketplace access and community support.

Jodel, Nodyx, Wisdo and Circle are also alternatives.

Verdict

TruckPulse is a strong fit for ETS2 and ATS Hub operators who want recruitment, event management and driver progression connected rather than handled as separate workflows. Its free tier gives smaller Hubs a useful starting point, and Pro and Elite scale the driver and event capacity. Look elsewhere if you need a general-purpose community platform, or compare the quotas carefully if your Hub is already large or event-heavy.
